Abstract
The invention relates to a colorful film for a 5G mobile phone cover plate, which comprises a polycarbonate layer and a polymethyl methacrylate layer; the polymethyl methacrylate layer is arranged on the upper part of the polycarbonate layer; the polycarbonate layer is distributed in a plurality of layers; the total layer thickness of the polymethyl methacrylate layer is 30-60 micrometers; the total layer thickness of the polycarbonate layer is 125-1000 microns, and the preparation process of the colorful film for the 5G mobile phone cover plate comprises the following steps: (1) fully mixing two or more than two polycarbonates with different refractive indexes; (2) uniformly extruding the polycarbonate mixture in the step (1) from a multi-layer co-extrusion discharge port of a supply die head; (3) uniformly extruding the polymethyl methacrylate from a single-layer co-extrusion discharge port of a supply die head; (4) and (3) mixing the polycarbonate mixture extruded from the step (2) and the polymethyl methacrylate extruded from the step (3), performing three-roll calendering molding, and then performing film coating treatment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a colorful film, in particular to a colorful film for a 5G mobile phone and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The traditional mobile phone cover plate uses a metal cover plate or a glass cover plate, the metal cover plate shields part of mobile phone signals, and the glass cover plate is fragile, complex in processing technology and high in cost.
The 5G mobile phone cover plate needs materials with good environmental protection and weak signal shielding; the polycarbonate film has the characteristics of stable size, ultraviolet light resistance, excellent toughness, high strength, difficult tearing and damage, easy adhesion, easy printing and good formability; meanwhile, the polymethyl methacrylate has the characteristics of good light transmission, high hardness, good formability and easiness in co-extrusion forming with polycarbonate.
Therefore, a film capable of compounding polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate is urgently needed to be designed, so that the problems that the processing of the 5G mobile phone cover plate is complex, the color is single, and the effect of bright color can be realized through retreatment such as printing, spraying and the like are met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the colorful film for the 5G mobile phone cover plate, which has the advantages of simple processing, various colors and capability of realizing the effect of bright colors without retreatment such as printing, spraying and the like, and the preparation process thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a colorful film for a 5G mobile phone cover plate comprises a polycarbonate layer and a polymethyl methacrylate layer; the polymethyl methacrylate layer is arranged on the upper part of the polycarbonate layer; the polycarbonate layers are distributed in a multilayer manner; the total layer thickness of the polymethyl methacrylate layer is 30-60 micrometers; the total layer thickness of the polycarbonate layer is 125-1000 microns.
Furthermore, the number of the multilayer polycarbonate layers is 200-1000.
Further, the multilayer polycarbonate layer is formed by co-extrusion through a co-extrusion multilayer die head.
Further, the polycarbonate and the polymethyl methacrylate are co-extruded and molded by adopting a composite extrusion process.
Further, the polymethyl methacrylate layer contains an ultraviolet resistant additive.
Further, the polycarbonate mixture is thoroughly mixed with polycarbonates of different refractive indices before the co-extrusion of the plurality of polycarbonate layers.
Furthermore, the multi-layer polycarbonate co-extrusion die head is a micron-sized co-extrusion die head, and no gap exists between co-extrusion layers.
A preparation process of a colorful film for a 5G mobile phone cover plate comprises the following steps:
① mixing two or more polycarbonates with different refractive indexes, and stirring;
②, uniformly extruding the polycarbonate mixture in the step (1) from a multi-layer co-extrusion outlet of a supply die head;
③ the polymethyl methacrylate is evenly extruded from a single-layer co-extrusion discharge port of the supply die head;
④ mixing the polycarbonate mixture extruded from the step (2) and the polymethyl methacrylate extruded from the step (3), rolling and molding by three rolls, and then coating.
Due to the application of the technical scheme, compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
according to the colorful film for the 5G mobile phone cover plate and the preparation process thereof, the polycarbonates with different refractive indexes are mixed, the types of the polycarbonates can be two or more, so that the possibility of more colors is provided, the colors of all layers are different after the mixed polycarbonates are uniformly extruded from a multi-layer co-extrusion port of a supply die head, and the film formed by extrusion of the mixed polycarbonates and a polymethyl methacrylate layer can realize the effect of bright colors without retreatment such as printing, spraying and the like.

Referring to fig. 1, the colorful film for the 5G mobile phone cover plate includes a polycarbonate layer 1 and a polymethyl methacrylate layer 2; the polymethyl methacrylate layer 1 is arranged on the upper part of the polycarbonate layer 2; the polycarbonate layer 2 is distributed in a plurality of layers, and the number of the polycarbonate layers is 200-1000; the total layer thickness of the polymethyl methacrylate layer 1 is 30-60 micrometers; the total layer thickness of the polycarbonate layer 2 is 125-1000 microns.
As a further preferred embodiment, the multilayer polycarbonate layer is co-extruded by a co-extrusion multilayer die, so that more color types can be formed.
As a further preferred embodiment, the polycarbonate and the polymethyl methacrylate are co-extruded by a composite extrusion process.
In a further preferred embodiment, the polymethyl methacrylate layer contains an anti-uv additive to improve its anti-uv ability.
As a further preferred embodiment, the polycarbonate mixture is intimately mixed with polycarbonates of different refractive indices prior to coextrusion of the multiple polycarbonate layers.
As a further preferred embodiment, the multilayer polycarbonate co-extrusion die head is a micron-scale co-extrusion die head, and no gap exists between co-extrusion layers.

① mixing two or more polycarbonates with different refractive indexes, and stirring;

③ the polymethyl methacrylate is evenly extruded from a single-layer co-extrusion discharge port of the supply die head;
④ mixing the polycarbonate mixture extruded from the step (2) and the polymethyl methacrylate extruded from the step (3), rolling and molding by three rolls, and then coating.
The film laminating treatment is adopted to protect the formed colorful film and the colorful film is torn when the colorful film is used.
The invention adopts polycarbonates with different refractive indexes for mixing, and the types of the polycarbonates can be two or more, so that more colors are possible, and the colors of the layers are different after the mixed polycarbonates are uniformly extruded from the multi-layer co-extrusion opening of the feeding die head, thereby generating infinite possible combinations of colors.

④ mixing the polycarbonate mixture extruded from the step (2) and the polymethyl methacrylate extruded from the step (3), rolling and molding by three rolls, and then coating.
