With the above arrangement, after the welding of the two risers 100 and the top plate 200 of the steel pipe pole cross arm is completed, the second positioning mechanism 3 is moved to completely separate the second positioning mechanism 3 from the inclined end of the steel pipe pole cross arm, the seventh slider 44 is adjusted to slide up and down in the sliding groove 431 of the supporting plate 43 to adjust the height of the guide block 45 from the two risers 100, the third guide groove 451 of the guide block 45 is kept flush with the two risers 100 by rotating the guide block 45, and the adjusting screw 46 is locked by rotating the adjusting knob 461, so that the relative positions of the guide block 45, the seventh slider 44 and the sliding groove 431 are fixed. After the inclination angle of the guide block 45 is adjusted, the distance between the two third positioning mechanisms 4 is adjusted by moving the sixth slider 41 on the sixth slide rail 131, so that the distance between the third guide grooves 451 on the two guide blocks 45 is exactly the same as the width of the steel pipe pole cross arm bottom plate 300, and the third positioning mechanisms 4 can be locked with the bearing platform 13 by the sixth locking screw 42. Finally, the floor panel is inserted along the two third guide grooves 451 and attached to the two riser panels 100, so that the bottom panel 300 is welded to the two riser panels 100.
Preferably, the sixth slider 41 is further provided with a third clamping piece 411 for clamping the steel pipe pole cross arm top plate 200. By adopting the technical scheme, after the first positioning mechanism 2 and the second positioning mechanism 3 are completely separated from the steel pipe pole cross arm through the clamping of the third clamping piece 411 to the clamping steel pipe pole cross arm top plate 200, the clamping steel pipe pole cross arm top plate 200 can be clamped through the third clamping pieces 411 in the third positioning mechanisms 4 on two sides of the bearing platform 13, and the separation of the steel pipe pole cross arm on the bearing platform 13 is prevented from sliding or rotating.
Further, when the other end of the steel pipe pole cross arm is subjected to positioning welding, the part of the steel pipe pole cross arm on the bearing platform 13 can be clamped on the clamping steel pipe pole cross arm top plate 200 through the third clamping pieces 411 in the third positioning mechanisms 4 on two sides of the bearing platform 13, so that the steel pipe pole cross arm is flush with the whole workbench 1, and the second positioning mechanism 3 is convenient to align with the other end of the steel pipe pole cross arm in the sliding process.
