The installation form of the pair of roller die central shafts and the bearing device is convenient to disassemble, precise in positioning and quick in locking. The 3 groups of the pair of the roller dies have different tooth numbers, and the three pairs of the driving wheel devices have the same motion relation, namely the transmission ratio relation, that is, the tooth numbers rotating in unit time of each group of the roller dies are the same. The 3 pairs of mutually meshed roller die tooth sheets are fixed on 2 power shafts which can adjust the center distance, and the 2 shafts synchronously rotate oppositely without gaps and are obtained by a pair of gear pairs with adjustable gaps. The driving gear is divided into two identical gears in thickness and is sleeved on the driving shaft in an empty mode, the gears are adjusted to mutually dislocate through the positioning screws, and 2 teeth of the driving gear are meshed with driven gear teeth of the driving gear without gaps and are locked on the driving shaft through the connecting flange. Phase synchronization is guaranteed between the 2 nd set of roller die and the 1 st set of roller die, a special speed reducer is installed on a driving shaft of the 2 nd set of roller die, the upper roller die and the lower roller die are meshed together to rotate slightly by manual rotation, the radiating fins are pulled to move for a certain distance, the 1 st roller die is kept fixed at the moment, the 2 nd driving shaft is separated from the 2 nd roller die in a power connection mode, and a fastening and locking compression piece is fastened after adjustment is finished, so that the driving shaft is connected with the roller die. The mechanical adjustment and the program adjustment of the whole transmission control system of the equipment system can adapt to the continuous production of the radiating fins with various sizes and models, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. The efficiency of the model changing is greatly improved, and the die sinking cost of various sizes is saved.
