Abstract
The invention discloses a hot air blowing machine for an air valve, which comprises a frame; the barrel assembly is erected on the rack and comprises a central barrel, and an air inlet front cover and an air outlet rear cover which are positioned at two ends of the central barrel; a high-pressure centrifugal fan communicated with the air inlet front cover; the confluence guide pipe is communicated with the air outlet rear cover, a filtering assembly is arranged in the confluence guide pipe, and the front end of the confluence guide pipe is provided with a plurality of purging valves; and a heating assembly disposed within the central barrel. The invention realizes the drying treatment of the inside of the gas cylinder valve by blowing through the high-pressure centrifugal fan and heating, filtering and dedusting the inside of the cylinder component, thereby avoiding the trouble of insufficient heating and drying by adopting a side wall type in the past.

Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of gas equipment, and particularly relates to a hot air blowing machine for a gas valve.
Background
When bottled high-purity gas is produced, in order to ensure that the quality of the gas filled in the gas cylinder is qualified, the gas cylinder for containing the gas needs to be dried in advance. When the gas cylinder is dried, the gas cylinder is generally heated to sufficiently vaporize moisture remaining in the gas cylinder, and then vacuumized to remove the moisture. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heating assembly includes an asbestos layer mounted on an inner wall of the central cylinder; a heating layer arranged at the lower side in the central cylinder body; and the heat collecting plate is arranged around the heating layer and is arranged on the asbestos layer at intervals.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the asbestos layer is provided with a plurality of holes.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the heat collecting plate is a plated plate and is formed in a V shape.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the filter assembly includes a negative pressure dust suction pipe respectively located at the upper end and the lower end, the negative pressure dust suction pipe has a plurality of dust suction holes facing the purge valve, the diameter of the dust suction holes is not greater than 0.5mm, and the negative pressure dust suction pipe is communicated with the suction pump.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the filter assembly further includes a non-woven fabric covering the vacuum suction pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the application can obtain the following technical effects:

As shown, a gas valve hot air blower includes a frame 10; the cylinder assembly 20 is erected on the frame 10, and the cylinder assembly 20 comprises a central cylinder 21, and an air inlet front cover 22 and an air outlet rear cover 23 which are positioned at two ends of the central cylinder 21; a high-pressure centrifugal fan 30 communicated with the air inlet front cover 21; a confluence conduit 40 communicated with the air outlet rear cover 23, wherein a filtering component is arranged in the confluence conduit 40, and the front end of the confluence conduit is provided with a plurality of purging valves 60; and a heating assembly 70 disposed within central cylinder 21.
In an embodiment of the present invention, universal wheels convenient for moving are disposed at the bottom of the rack 10, the barrel assembly 20 is disposed at the upper end, and an air inlet front cover 22 and an air outlet rear cover 23 are respectively disposed at two ends of the barrel assembly 20, the air inlet front cover 21 is communicated with the high-pressure centrifugal ventilator 30 to realize air inlet and air exhaust, the central barrel 21 with the heating assembly 70 is heated up and finally exhausted by the air outlet rear cover 23, the converging duct 40 collects and branches to the plurality of purge valves 60 connected to the gas cylinders, so as to realize air purge and drying treatment in the gas cylinder valves, facilitate subsequent gas filling, and are practical and convenient.
The heating assembly 70 comprises an asbestos layer 71 mounted on the inner wall of the central cylinder 21; a heating layer 72 disposed on the inner and lower sides of the central cylinder 21; and a heat-collecting plate 73 surrounding the heating layer 72 and arranged at intervals on the asbestos layer 71. In the present embodiment, the heating layer 72 is an electrical heating tube, the asbestos layer 71 is insulated from the central cylinder 21 by heating to release heat, and the remaining surrounding heat-collecting plates 73 are preferably electroplated plates, so as to collect internal heat and increase heating efficiency.
Preferably, the asbestos layer 71 is porous, and absorbs heat by utilizing the gap, so that the heating of the central cylinder 21 is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
The filtering assembly comprises a negative pressure dust suction pipe 50 which is respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end, the negative pressure dust suction pipe 50 is provided with a plurality of dust suction holes facing the sweeping valve 60, the aperture of each dust suction hole is not more than 0.5mm, and the negative pressure dust suction pipe 50 is communicated with the air suction pump. In the embodiment, the suction pump is communicated with the negative pressure dust suction pipe 50 to suck dust in the confluence guide pipe 40, and micro particles are effectively removed through the dust suction holes, so that the inside of the gas cylinder is completely cleaned, and the quality of the gas filled subsequently is improved.
The filter assembly further comprises a non-woven fabric covered on the negative pressure dust suction pipe 50, so that the adsorbability of negative ion particles is improved, and the dust removal effect is enhanced.

Claims (6)
1. A gas valve hot air blower comprising:
a frame;
the barrel assembly is erected on the rack and comprises a central barrel, and an air inlet front cover and an air outlet rear cover which are positioned at two ends of the central barrel;
the high-pressure centrifugal fan is communicated with the air inlet front cover;
the confluence guide pipe is communicated with the air outlet rear cover, a filtering assembly is arranged in the confluence guide pipe, and the front end of the confluence guide pipe is provided with a plurality of purging valves; and
a heating assembly disposed within the central barrel.
2. A pneumatic valve hot air blower as set forth in claim 1 wherein the heating assembly includes a layer of asbestos mounted to an inner wall of the central cylinder; a heating layer disposed on the lower side within the central cylinder; and the heat collecting plate is arranged around the heating layer at intervals on the asbestos layer.
3. A pneumatic valve hot air blower as set forth in claim 2 wherein the asbestos layer is perforated.
4. An air valve hot air blower as set forth in claim 2 wherein the heat collection plate is provided as a plated plate and is formed in a V-shape.
5. A pneumatic valve hot air blower as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filter assembly includes a negative pressure suction pipe at upper and lower ends thereof, the negative pressure suction pipe having a plurality of suction holes facing the blower valve, the suction holes having a diameter of not more than 0.5mm, the negative pressure suction pipe being connected to the suction pump.
6. An air valve hot air blower as claimed in claim 5 wherein the filter assembly further includes a non-woven fabric covering the vacuum hose.
