A silencing and dedusting device for rice processing equipment comprises an outer shell (1), a base (2) and a dustproof cover (3), and is characterized in that the top end of the base (2) is in contact connection with the bottom end of the outer shell (1), the top end of the outer shell (1) is in magnetic sealing connection with the bottom end of the dustproof cover (3) through a square-shaped sealing ring (13), a groove (11) is formed in the middle of the top end of the outer shell (1), a screening frame (12) is rotatably connected to the inside of the groove (11), a screening plate (20) is fixedly arranged at an opening at the bottom end of the screening frame (12), rotating shafts (21) are fixedly arranged at two ends of the screening frame (12), one of the rotating shafts (21) is rotatably connected with one side inside the outer shell (1) through a bearing seat, and the other rotating shaft (21) is movably connected with the other side inside the outer shell (1) through a driving mechanism (16, the middle part swing joint of shell body (1) inner chamber has pore screening board (10) relative with screening frame (12), the inside block of base (2) is connected with square container (15), the both sides of base (2) bottom are all fixed and are equipped with support bar (14), there is fan dust removal mechanism (8) through right angle pipe (31) threaded connection in the through-hole department of shield (3) top one side.

The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the driving mechanism (16) comprises a gear (17) fixedly connected with the other rotating shaft (21), a rack (18) is connected to the teeth of the gear (17) in a meshed mode, an electric slider (19) is fixedly mounted on the back face of the rack (18), and the electric slider (19) is connected with the inner side wall of the outer shell (1) in a sliding mode.

The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: fan dust removal mechanism (8) include with right angle pipe (31) fixed connection's dust removal section of thick bamboo (22), the inside activity of dust removal section of thick bamboo (22) is equipped with filtering mechanism (32), filtering mechanism (32) comprise first filter screen (23) and second filter screen (24), just the inside sliding connection of top of first filter screen (23) and bottom of second filter screen (24) all through movable block (33) and dust removal section of thick bamboo (22).

The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 3, wherein: fan dust removal mechanism (8) still include fan barrel (25) of being connected with dust removal barrel (22) block, the fixed silence fan (26) that is equipped with in inside of fan barrel (25), the fixed noise elimination section of thick bamboo (27) that is equipped with of opening part of fan barrel (25) one end, the fixed protection window (28) that is equipped with in trompil department of noise elimination section of thick bamboo (27) one end, the one end block of noise elimination section of thick bamboo (27) is connected with protective cover (29).
5. The noise reduction and dust removal device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein: a rubber strip (30) is movably arranged at the contact part between the dust removing cylinder (22) and the air cylinder (25).

The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the top fixed mounting of shell body (1) one side has flush mounting plate of switch (9), the surface mounting of flush mounting plate of switch (9) has first switch and second switch, electronic slider (19) and silence fan (26) are respectively through first switch and second switch and external power source electric connection.

The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of shield (3) both sides all is fixed and is equipped with installation otic placode (34), two the equal fixed threaded connection in surface of installation otic placode (34) has locking bolt (35).
8. The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the inner part of the dustproof cover (3) is in threaded connection with a sticky dust net (36).

The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the middle part of the top end of the dust cover (3) is fixedly provided with a hanging rod (4), one end of the hanging rod (4) is fixedly connected with an electric push rod (5), and the electric push rod (5) is electrically connected with an external power supply.
10. The silencing and dedusting device for the rice processing equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the through hole on the other side of the top end of the dustproof cover (3) is fixedly connected with a corrugated pipeline (6), and one end of the corrugated pipeline (6) is fixedly connected with a flange piece (7).
