Claims (10)

1. The centrifugal equipment with the deodorization function for wastewater treatment comprises a main body (1), a motor (3), a centrifugal barrel (4), a water inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe and two support legs (2), wherein the two support legs (2) are respectively fixed on two sides below the main body (1), the water inlet pipe is arranged above the main body (1), the water outlet pipe is arranged on one side of the main body (1), the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are communicated with the main body (1), the motor (3) is fixed at the bottom in the main body (1), the motor (3) is in transmission connection with the centrifugal barrel (4), the other side of the main body (1) is provided with a control panel (23), P L C is arranged in the control panel (23), the motor (3) is electrically connected with P L C, and the centrifugal equipment is characterized by further comprising a deodorization mechanism and two cleaning mechanisms, the deodorization mechanism and the cleaning mechanism are both arranged in the main body (1), the deodorization mechanism is connected with the cleaning mechanism, and the centrifugal barrel (4);
the deodorization mechanism comprises a power assembly and two deodorization assemblies, the power assembly is arranged on the centrifugal barrel (4), the two deodorization assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides in the main body (1), the power assembly is connected with the deodorization assemblies, the deodorization assemblies correspond to the cleaning mechanism one by one, and the deodorization assemblies are connected with the cleaning mechanism;
the deodorization assembly comprises a rotating shaft (7), an air cylinder (13), a piston (12), a connecting unit, an air inlet pipe (14), an exhaust pipe (16), a connecting box (15) and two first bearings, wherein the top of the main body (1) is fixed on the connecting box (15), an air suction hole is uniformly formed in the lower portion of the connecting box (15), the air cylinder (13) is fixed on the main body (1), the upper portion of the air cylinder (13) is communicated with the connecting box (15) through the air inlet pipe (14), the lower portion of the air cylinder (13) is communicated with the exhaust pipe (16), the piston (12) is arranged in the air cylinder (13), the piston (12) is connected with the inner wall of the air cylinder (13) in a sealing manner, one side, close to the main body (1), of the piston (12) is connected with the connecting unit, the first bearings are fixed in the main body (1), one end of the rotating shaft (7) is connected with the connecting unit, the other end of the rotating shaft (7) is connected with the cleaning mechanism, and the rotating shaft (7) is fixedly connected with the inner ring of the first bearing;
clean mechanism includes second bearing, connecting axle (21), cylinder brush (22) and drive assembly, the below at connecting box (15) is fixed to the second bearing, the one end of connecting axle (21) and the inner circle fixed connection of second bearing, cylinder brush (22) are fixed on the other end of pivot (7), cylinder brush (22) support with the inner wall of centrifugation bucket (4) and lean on, connecting axle (21) are connected with pivot (7) through drive assembly.

The centrifugal apparatus with deodorization for wastewater treatment according to claim 1, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a belt (20) and two rotating wheels (19), the two rotating wheels (19) are fixedly connected with the connecting shaft (21) and the rotating shaft (7), respectively, and the two rotating wheels (19) are connected through the belt (20).

The centrifugal apparatus with deodorization for wastewater treatment according to claim 1, wherein the power assembly comprises a first gear (5) and two second gears (6), the first gear (5) is provided with a through hole, the outer circumference of the centrifugal tub (4) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the through hole, the second gears (6) correspond to the rotating shafts (7) one by one, the second gears (6) are fixedly connected with the rotating shafts (7), and the first gear (5) is engaged with the second gears (6).

The centrifugal apparatus having a deodorization function for wastewater treatment according to claim 1, wherein the connection unit comprises an eccentric wheel (8), a moving plate (9), a bracket (10), and two springs (11), the eccentric wheel (8) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (7), one side of the moving plate (9) abuts against the eccentric wheel (8), the other side of the moving plate (9) is fixedly connected with the bracket (10), the bracket (10) is U-shaped, two first through holes are provided on both sides of the main body (1), two second through holes are provided on one side of the air cylinder (13) close to the main body (1), the first through holes and the second through holes correspond one to one, the bracket (10) is fixedly connected with the piston (12) through the first through holes and the second through holes in sequence, the two springs (11) are respectively provided at both ends of the bracket (10), two ends of the spring (11) are respectively connected with the inner wall of one side of the air cylinder (13) close to the main body (1) and the piston (12).

The centrifugal apparatus with deodorization for wastewater treatment as recited in claim 4, wherein said connection unit further comprises two protrusions (18), said protrusions (18) correspond to said second through holes one by one, said protrusions (18) are fixed on the inner wall of said second through holes, said bracket (10) is provided at both ends thereof with grooves, said grooves correspond to said protrusions (18) one by one, said protrusions (18) are disposed inside said grooves, and said protrusions (18) are slidably connected with said grooves.
6. The centrifugal apparatus having a deodorizing function for wastewater treatment according to claim 3, wherein said first gear (5) and said second gear (6) are each coated with an anti-corrosive zinc plating layer.
7. The centrifugal apparatus having a deodorizing function for wastewater treatment according to claim 1, wherein a check valve is provided in each of said intake pipe (14) and said exhaust pipe (16), said check valve being electrically connected to P L C.
8. The centrifugal apparatus having a deodorizing function for wastewater treatment according to claim 1, wherein an activated carbon screen (17) is fixed to an end of said exhaust pipe (16) remote from said gas cylinder (13).
9. The centrifugal apparatus with deodorization function for wastewater treatment according to claim 1, wherein the motor (3) is a waterproof motor.
10. The centrifugal apparatus with deodorization for wastewater treatment as claimed in claim 1, wherein said control panel (23) is provided with a plurality of buttons, said buttons being electrically connected with P L C.
