10. The method for preparing the quick-hanging flat belt for the lightweight, high-strength, wear-resistant and shear-resistant mountaineering equipment according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
firstly, twisting 630D-1500D ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber filaments into ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber plied yarns, wherein the twist number is set to be 20-60 twists/m;
step two, using a warping machine to prepare the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber plied yarns into warp yarns;
winding yarns on the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber plied yarns by using a weft winder to prepare weft yarns;
step four, the warp yarns and the weft yarns pass through a creel, the weft yarns are not moved, and the warp yarns sequentially pass through a reed, a dropper, a palm threading sheet, a dropper and a heddle eye to complete a yarn threading process;
step five, starting a ribbon loom, adjusting the positions of crochet needles and weft needles of the ribbon loom, introducing weft yarns to produce a ribbon in a staggered manner, weaving a next layer until the number of layers meeting the process requirement is reached after one layer of warp yarns and weft yarns are interwoven, and obtaining the ribbon of the connecting flat belt, wherein the width of the ribbon of the connecting flat belt is 8-12 mm, and the thickness of the ribbon of the connecting flat belt is 1-3 mm;
step six, cutting the ribbon of the connecting flat belt according to the specified length size by using a ribbon cutting machine to obtain the connecting flat belt;
and seventhly, putting the connecting flat belt into a semi-automatic pattern sewing machine for sewing and forming according to the corresponding length and the required pattern requirement.
