Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instrument manufacturing, and relates to a fistulous tract step-by-step expansion type drainage tube with a balloon.
Background
Calculus of gallbladder and intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts is a common disease and can induce complications such as acute and chronic cholecystitis, cholangitis, obstructive jaundice, biliary tumors and the like. The traditional treatment modes of gallstones are abdominal cholecystectomy and liver lobe resection, and the laparoscopic and choledochoscope technology is increasingly developed nowadays, and the cholecystotomy and the biliary tract exploration lithotomy under the laparoscope become important means for treating the gallstones.
No matter the cholecystotomy is performed under a laparoscope, the biliary tract exploration calculus extraction needs to be performed under general anesthesia. For the elderly and high-risk patients who can not tolerate the general anesthesia risk and the patients who receive a plurality of laparotomy operations, percutaneous transhepatic cholecystectomy and bile duct puncture drainage can be adopted firstly, then the fistula tract is gradually expanded, and when the fistula tract is expanded to more than 16Fr, a choledochoscope can be placed through the fistula tract to enter the gallbladder and lithotript in the duct. Fistulous tract expansion comprises two modes, wherein one mode is that different types of hard expansion tubes are used for expanding the fistulous tract in one operation, but the mode still needs to be completed under the general anesthesia state, complications such as bleeding, liver abscess and gallbladder leakage easily occur, the other mode is that a biliary tract drainage tube with a thicker type is replaced discontinuously, anesthesia is not needed in the mode, but the interval between two operations is longer, so that the disease treatment time is longer. If the interval time is shorter or a drainage tube with a thicker model is selected, the pain of the patient is increased, and the difficulty of tube placement is also increased.
