Abstract

本发明公开了一种养生香，包括附加材料，水，以红豆杉枝、根、茎、叶粉碎后的红豆杉粉为主要原料，配以一定量的迷迭香草和茶籽壳粉，以龙楠树皮粉为粘固剂，经加水搅拌均匀后压制成形，是一款天然养生香，使用本品可以改变环境气场，改善家居氛围，令人素净安详、舒适愉悦，长期使用有凝神静气、助眠养生、清喘平痰、防癌抗癌的功效，还可消除潮湿杂味，使人神清气明，有利身心健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种养生香及其制作工艺，属于中草药技术领域。
背景技术
香是以木材粉末与一些添加的香料、药剂、粘合剂做成的用于燃烧的物品。香在燃烧时能够释放出香气和药剂。香通常在香炉中燃烧，燃烧的灰烬称为香灰；燃香会导致污染悬浮微粒等污染物数目大增，危害与二手烟类似，一般会伤害身体。目前市场上的香的种类很多，但这些香制作工艺简单粗糙，不但不利于身体健康，而且容易污染环境。基于此，本发明提供了一种养生香及其制作工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述已有技术存在的不足之处，提供一种具有养生功能的养生香及其制作工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
包括附加材料，水。
一种养生香的制作工艺，具体为：
(1)将附加材料溶于水中，配制成水溶液；所述附加材料包括红豆杉粉、迷迭香草粉、茶籽壳粉；
所述附加料还包括香柏木、百步草、薄荷叶、肉桂；
所述附加料还包括营养提取物，具体包括马齿苋、竹荪、紫苏，加入上述原料总重量4倍的水，煎煮，去渣，后将滤液浓缩、干燥后；
所述附加料还包括复合香辛料，具体包括肉豆蔻粉、草果粉、香菇粉、竹荪粉；
所述附加料还包括夜来香、七里香、天竺葵、薰衣草、驱蚊草中的至少一种；
所述附加料还包括中草药，具体为苏合香、甘松、冰片、红景天、麝香、藿香、白芍、丹参、大叶冬青枝。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的水溶液加入楠树皮粉粘结料中，搅拌分散均匀后，再加入余量水溶液，搅拌混合分散均匀；
(3)将红豆杉粉加入步骤(2)得到的黏合剂中，充分搅拌后得到黏稠膏状基料；采用桂花精油作为分散剂，天然无污染；少量硝酸钾作为助燃剂，制得的养生香易被点燃；
(4)将制得的基料注入模具中加压成型，再经切割制得所需的养生香。
(2)步骤中，保持搅拌45～60min，直至全部糊化得到黏合剂。
所述附加材料的用量为基料总量的10％～15％，粘结料的用量为基料总量的10％～20％，红豆杉粉的用量为基料总量的65％～80％。
本发明的一种养生香，以红豆杉枝、根、茎、叶粉碎后的红豆杉粉为主要原料，配以一定量的迷迭香草和茶籽壳粉，以龙楠树皮粉为粘固剂，经加水搅拌均匀后压制成形，是一款天然养生香，使用本品可以改变环境气场，改善家居氛围，令人素净安详、舒适愉悦，长期使用有凝神静气、助眠养生、清喘平痰、防癌抗癌的功效，还可消除潮湿杂味，使人神清气明，有利身心健康。
另外，香柏木具有止血、化痰、抗菌的功效，能够治疗流行性感冒、浮肿、风湿痛等症状；百步草具有祛寒湿、止痛的功效，能够治疗风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、心腹冷痛等症状；薄荷叶具有疏散风热、清利头目、利咽透疹、疏肝行气的功效，能够治疗头痛、咽喉肿痛、食滞气胀、口疮、牙痛等症状；肉桂具有养心安神、润肠通便的功效，能够治疗惊悸、失眠、遗精、盗汗、便秘等症状；上述这些药用材料制作的养生香，使得养生香在焚烧过程中能够产生对人体有益的气体，无毒无害，具有提神醒脑、安神、杀菌作用，能够有效清除居室内空气中的细菌，提高缺氧。粘结剂，环保无污染，能够将上述药用材料很好的粘结在一起，并且与木质纤维素的结合进一步提高了养生香的韧性，使得制成盘状、线状的养生香不易被折断。粉末细度适中，制成的香料易成型、耐燃烧；养生香杂质少，材料混合过程中不易结块，混合均匀。该养生香制成梅花状、盘状或线状，在焚烧过程中具有提神醒脑、安神、杀菌的作用；同时该养生香密度大，耐燃烧，不易折断；并且该养生香易点燃，适合寺庙、会所等室内场所使用，能够有效清除室内空气中的细菌，提高缺氧，还能有效预防人多引发的呼吸道传染性疾病。
总之，本发明利用以上成分相互配合制成的养生香具有以下特点：清新，爽神，久用也不会有头晕的感觉；醒脑提神，有愉悦之感，但并不使人心浮气躁；香味醇和，浓淡适中，深呼吸也不觉得刺鼻。除具有免疫避邪、杀菌消毒、醒神益智、养生保健功能外，还可驱除蚊虫。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明涉及一种养生香及其制作工艺，包括以下步骤：
(1)将附加材料溶于水中，配制成水溶液；所述附加材料为红豆杉粉、迷迭香草粉、茶籽壳粉的混合；
所述附加料还包括香柏木、百步草、薄荷叶、肉桂；
所述附加料还包括营养提取物，具体包括马齿苋、竹荪、紫苏，加入上述原料总重量4倍的水，煎煮，去渣，后将滤液浓缩、干燥后；
所述附加料还包括复合香辛料，具体包括肉豆蔻粉、草果粉、香菇粉、竹荪粉；
所述附加料还包括夜来香、七里香、天竺葵、薰衣草、驱蚊草中的至少一种；
所述附加料还包括中草药，具体为苏合香、甘松、冰片、红景天、麝香、藿香、白芍、丹参、大叶冬青枝。
(2)将步骤(1)得到的水溶液加入楠树皮粉粘结料中，搅拌分散均匀后，再加入余量水溶液，搅拌混合分散均匀；
(3)将红豆杉粉加入步骤(2)得到的黏合剂中，充分搅拌后得到黏稠膏状基料；采用桂花精油作为分散剂，天然无污染；少量硝酸钾作为助燃剂，制得的养生香易被点燃；
制作养生香的原料有以下功效：
1、红豆杉粉
红豆杉是提取抗癌特效药“紫杉醇”的唯一原料。紫杉醇对白血病、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肺癌、结肠癌、黑色素瘤等有明显的疗效，被视为“晚期癌症的最后一道防线”。药典《本草推陈》就记载“紫杉”可入药，利尿、通经、对肾病、糖尿病有显著疗效。红豆杉能吸纳浮尘，稀释空气中的有害物质，并可净化空气。能散发多种对人体健康有益的微量元素，释放的生物碱可有效驱除蚊虫，杀灭细菌，减少疾病发生，对80％的有害气体能起到有效净化作用。红豆杉的枝、根、茎、叶粉碎后药用价值依然存在，粉碎到120目的原料粉末即可制香。红豆杉香可以改变环境气场，改善家居氛围，使居住其中的人产生素净、安详的感觉，从而达到让人心平气和、舒适、愉悦的效果，还可以消除潮湿、杂味等异味，使人神清气明。现代科学研究已经表明，红豆杉香具备一定的杀菌、抑菌、消炎、防癌、抗癌作用。一般居住环境每天熏香或点燃线香一两次，就会有很好的香味，对于新装修的房屋也具备良好的甲醛吸附作用。红豆杉香芳香溢鼻，可祛秽疗疾、颐养身心，于心旷神怡之中，助人沉宁镇定，达到与万物和谐共生之境，功效显著。
2、迷迭香草
迷迭香气味芬芳，富含鼠尾草酸、鼠尾草酚、迷迭香酚、熊果酸、迷迭香酸等成分许多抗氧化成分，有很多保健功效。迷迭香有着提神醒脑的作用，可改善记忆力衰退，能帮助脑部疲劳恢复，使人头脑清醒，条理分明，振奋精神，充满活力。
迷迭香叶中的挥发油对于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、霍乱弧菌等有着一定的抗菌作用。
3、茶籽壳粉
茶籽壳中含有茶皂素、茶籽多糖、茶籽蛋白等，有抑菌和抗氧化作用，它是制作天然香品的优质辅助原料，有利于香的成形，优化燃烧性能。
4、龙楠树皮粉
龙楠树皮粉是天然优质的制香粘固剂。龙楠树皮有清香味，含胶质，加工成粉，浸于水中产生黏性，与其他香原料混合作为制香粘固剂使用。采用龙楠树皮粉作为制香粘固剂，无需添加其他任何化学成分，可制作纯天然的优质香品，提升天然香品质。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭示如上，然其并非用以限定本发明，任何本领域技术人员，在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内，当可作些许的修改和完善，因此本发明的保护范围当以权利要求书所界定的为准。

1.一种养生香，其特征在于：包括附加材料，水。
2.如权利要求1所述的养生香，其特征在于：所述附加料还包括香柏木、百步草、薄荷叶、肉桂。
3.如权利要求2所述的养生香，其特征在于：所述附加料还包括营养提取物，具体包括马齿苋、竹荪、紫苏，加入上述原料总重量4倍的水，煎煮，去渣，后将滤液浓缩、干燥。
4.如权利要求3所述的养生香，其特征在于：所述附加料还包括复合香辛料，具体包括肉豆蔻粉、草果粉、香菇粉、竹荪粉。
5.如权利要求4所述的养生香，其特征在于：所述附加料还包括夜来香、七里香、天竺葵、薰衣草、驱蚊草中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的养生香，其特征在于：所述附加料还包括中草药，具体为苏合香、甘松、冰片、红景天、麝香、藿香、白芍、丹参、大叶冬青枝。
7.一种如权利要求6所述的养生香的制作工艺，其特征在于：
(1)将附加材料溶于水中，配制成水溶液；
(2)将步骤(1)得到的水溶液加入楠树皮粉粘结料中，搅拌分散均匀后，再加入余量水溶液，搅拌混合分散均匀；
(3)将红豆杉粉加入步骤(2)得到的黏合剂中，充分搅拌后得到黏稠膏状基料；采用桂花精油作为分散剂，天然无污染；少量硝酸钾作为助燃剂，制得的养生香易被点燃；
(4)将制得的基料注入模具中加压成型，再经切割制得所需的养生香。
8.如权利要求7所述的养生香的制作工艺，其特征在于：(2)步骤中，保持搅拌45～60min，直至全部糊化得到黏合剂。
9.如权利要求8所述的养生香的制作工艺，其特征在于：所述附加材料的用量为基料总量的10％～15％，粘结料的用量为基料总量的10％～20％，红豆杉粉的用量为基料总量的65％～80％。
