Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,包括硅胶条本体;所述的硅胶条本体设有主体、倒齿和逆向倒齿,所述的主体为长条状,主体上分别设置两排倒齿和逆向倒齿,所述的两排倒齿相对设置,分别设置在主体的上下两个弧面上,所述的两排逆向倒齿相对设置,分别设置在主体的左右两个弧面上,所述的倒齿和逆向倒齿数量为多个,多个倒齿和逆向倒齿并排排列。本发明涉及一种治疗干眼症的硅胶条,材料是由纯硅胶制成,具有无毒、无味、对人体无副作用、生物相容性好、柔软、弹性高、耐辐射、耐高温蒸汽等特点。硅胶条植入干眼症患者的泪点,阻塞泪小点,减少或者阻止泪液的排出从而起到保护泪液的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及硅胶制品领域,确切地说是一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条。
背景技术
干眼症是由各种因素引起的泪液和角结膜上皮的慢性疾病,且是伴随有眼睛的不适感、视功能异常的疾病。干眼症在亚洲人中的发病率要显著高于高加索人。即便是年轻人也提示干眼发病率接近30%。近年来,干眼症在我国也受到越来越多的关注,经调查,干眼在国人的发病率与亚洲其他国家类似,均呈高发态势。无论在我国还是世界范围内,干眼症都是高发病,具有广大的患病人群,并随着环境污染、空调使用、人口老龄化、视频终端的普及,发病率会继续攀升。
干眼症是由如下情况引起的:泪腺中泪液的分泌量减少;因泪液中的脂质、黏蛋白的异常而促进水分量的蒸发,导致泪液的量减少,会产生角膜表面和结膜表面的慢性刺激、炎症,从而导致患者的生活品质下降。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是泪点塞主要用于干眼治疗,通过堵塞泪小点,使得泪液更多的储留于眼表,缓解干眼症状。传统的泪点塞多需要根据患者的泪点大小选择不同的塞子,并且在植入过程中需要进行表面麻醉及泪点扩张。泪点塞容易去意识丢失。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术手段:
一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,包括硅胶条本体;所述的硅胶条本体设有主体、倒齿和逆向倒齿,所述的主体为长条状,主体上分别设置两排倒齿和逆向倒齿,所述的两排倒齿相对设置,分别设置在主体的上下两个弧面上,所述的两排逆向倒齿相对设置,分别设置在主体的左右两个弧面上,所述的倒齿和逆向倒齿数量为多个,多个倒齿和逆向倒齿并排排列。
作为优选,本发明更进一步的技术方案是:
所述的硅胶条本体为纯硅胶材质。
所述的倒齿数量为6-12个,每排倒齿数量为3-6个。
所述的逆向倒齿数量为6-12个,每排逆向倒齿数量为3-6个。
所述的倒齿和逆向倒齿在主体上交叉排列。
所述的主体两端设有半圆的封头。
所述的一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条制备方法,其特征在于:
步骤1:辊炼切块:双辊混炼机混炼好固体硅橡胶,把混炼好的硅橡胶切成1g左右的块状;
步骤2:入模成型:放入硅胶条的下模中,盖上模具上模,推入平板模压机中,用120℃温度硫化1分钟左右;
步骤3:取出成品:打开模具,取出硅胶条即为成品。
本发明涉及一种治疗干眼症的硅胶条,材料是由纯硅胶制成,具有无毒、无味、对人体无副作用、 生物相容性好、柔软、弹性高、耐辐射、耐高温蒸汽等特点。硅胶条植入干眼症患者的泪点,阻塞泪小点,减少或者阻止泪液的排出从而起到保护泪液的作用。
1.这种治疗干眼症硅胶条放入人体时无需表麻,无需扩张泪点;
2.植入方便(时间短、易操作);手术简单,门诊裂隙灯下,甚至肉眼下即可操作;
3.不易滑脱。

具体实施例1:
参见图1可知,本发明一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,硅胶条本体设有主体1、倒齿2和逆向倒齿3,所述的主体1为长条状,主体1上分别设置两排倒齿2和逆向倒齿3,所述的两排倒齿2相对设置,分别设置在主体1的上下两个弧面上,所述的两排逆向倒齿3相对设置,分别设置在主体1的左右两个弧面上,所述的倒齿2和逆向倒齿3数量为多个,多个倒齿2和逆向倒齿3并排排列,硅胶条本体1为纯硅胶材质,倒齿2数量为10个,每排倒齿2数量为5个,逆向倒齿3数量为10个,每排逆向倒齿3数量为5个,倒齿2和逆向倒齿3在主体上交叉排列,主体1两端设有半圆的封头。
具体实施例2:
参见图1可知,本发明一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1:辊炼切块:双辊混炼机混炼好固体硅橡胶,把混炼好的硅橡胶切成1g左右的块状;步骤2:入模成型:放入硅胶条的下模中,盖上模具上模,推入平板模压机中,用120℃温度硫化1分钟左右;步骤3:取出成品:打开模具,取出硅胶条即为成品。
具体实施例3:
参见图2可知,本发明一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,硅胶条主体1通过硅胶条夹植入到泪点101内,上泪点102正常分泌泪液。硅胶条上的倒齿2和逆向倒齿3结构有利于将主体1锚定泪小管中,主要起到防止硅胶管脱出的作用。这样泪液就可以更长时间的留在眼睛表面,不会使眼睛里的水分过早的蒸发。泪液不足或“干眼”为优于泪腺产生泪液不足而导致的常见病症,硅胶条插入泪小点中,能够防止泪液排出泪小管。
由于以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护不限于此,任何本技术领域的技术人员所能想到本技术方案技术特征的等同的变化或替代,都涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,包括硅胶条本体;其特征在于:所述的硅胶条本体设有主体、倒齿和逆向倒齿,所述的主体为长条状,主体上分别设置两排倒齿和逆向倒齿,所述的两排倒齿相对设置,分别设置在主体的上下两个弧面上,所述的两排逆向倒齿相对设置,分别设置在主体的左右两个弧面上,所述的倒齿和逆向倒齿数量为多个,多个倒齿和逆向倒齿并排排列。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,其特征在于:所述的硅胶条本体为纯硅胶材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,其特征在于:所述的倒齿数量为6-12个,每排倒齿数量为3-6个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,其特征在于:所述的逆向倒齿数量为6-12个,每排逆向倒齿数量为3-10个。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,其特征在于:所述的倒齿和逆向倒齿在主体上交叉排列。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于干眼症治疗的硅胶条,其特征在于:所述的主体两端设有半圆的封头。
