Abstract
The invention discloses a sterile ultrasonic puncture bag and a using method thereof. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag comprises a puncture frame special for puncture operations, a medical coupling agent, an ultrasonic probe sleeve and a fixing piece for fixing the ultrasonic probe sleeve, so that a doctor can obtain a better ultrasonic image during the puncture operations, and can safely and reliably isolate the ultrasonic probe, and the puncture frame can also help the doctor to accurately position a puncture part.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of puncture surgical tools, in particular to a sterile ultrasonic puncture kit and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, no sterile ultrasonic puncture kit exists in the prior art, and particularly no sterile ultrasonic puncture kit is used for non-intracavity puncture biopsy such as kidney biopsy, liver biopsy, thyroid biopsy and breast biopsy.
At present, when the external puncture operation is carried out in hospitals, the isolation aspect of an ultrasonic probe generally uses sterile gloves, self-sterilized plastic bags or direct no-covering and no-isolation. Meanwhile, because no sterile medical coupling agent exists, only the sterile medical coupling agent can be replaced by the liquid such as the sterilized paraffin oil. The above-described operating mode has the following disadvantages:
1. the sterile gloves, plastic bags and the like have irregular shapes and are inconvenient to use; in addition, the aseptic gloves, plastic bags and other materials and thicknesses are different, so that the ultrasonic image is easily influenced, and the judgment of a doctor on a focus is further influenced;
2. the sterile gloves and plastic bags have limited length, and can not completely wrap the part of the ultrasonic probe which needs to be used, thereby causing surgical pollution;
3. the self-disinfection plastic bag is not strong enough and is easy to damage, and the ultrasonic probe cannot be safely and reliably isolated;
4. substitute articles such as paraffin oil influence the ultrasonic image, influence the diagnosis;
5. the puncture position can not be accurately positioned by puncturing with bare hands.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an aseptic ultrasonic puncture bag and a using method thereof, aiming at solving the defects that a sterile ultrasonic puncture bag is not available in the prior art, a doctor can only use sterile gloves, sterile paraffin oil and the like to replace the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag when performing an extracorporeal puncture operation, the ultrasonic image is influenced, the diagnosis is influenced, and the operation pollution is easily caused.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a sterile ultrasonic puncture bag comprises a bag body, a puncture frame 2 sealed in the bag body, a medical coupling agent 3, an ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 and a fixing piece 4 for fixing the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5.
Preferably, the bag body 1 is a medical sterilization packaging bag which is sealed by heat sealing and is sterilized integrally after heat sealing.
Preferably, the puncture rack is made of a high polymer material. The puncture frame can be matched with various ultrasonic probes in a cavity or in vitro for use and is used for fixing a sound detection probe or a puncture needle.
Preferably, the medical coupling agent is aqueous polymer gel. The medical coupling agent is a bagged medical coupling agent. The ultrasonic probe sleeve is directly smeared on the top of the ultrasonic probe sleeve (namely the closed end of the ultrasonic probe sleeve) or the head end of the ultrasonic probe during operation and is directly smeared on the operation part of a human body, so that the ultrasonic coupling effect of the ultrasonic probe and the human body is provided.
Preferably, the material of the ultrasonic probe sleeve is a high polymer material. The ultrasonic probe sleeve is used for coating the ultrasonic probe, so that the ultrasonic probe is isolated from the external environment and the aseptic environment is prevented from being polluted.
Preferably, an indication arrow is arranged at the top of the ultrasonic probe sleeve.
Preferably, the material of the fixing piece is an elastomer material. The fixing piece is used for stably binding the ultrasonic probe sleeve on the ultrasonic probe, so that the ultrasonic probe sleeve cannot fall off from the ultrasonic probe.

A method of using a sterile ultrasound puncture package, comprising the steps of:

3. smearing the medical couplant on the top of the ultrasonic probe sleeve;
4. sleeving the ultrasonic probe coated with the medical coupling agent on an ultrasonic probe sleeve;
5. taking out the fixing piece from the bag body, and fixing the ultrasonic probe sleeve and the ultrasonic probe by using the fixing piece;
6. and taking the puncture frame out of the bag body and installing the puncture frame on an ultrasonic probe sleeved with the ultrasonic probe sleeve.
Preferably, after the step 6, the method for using the sterile ultrasonic puncture package further comprises the following steps:

3. the used ultrasonic probe sleeve is discarded after the operation is finished, so that a doctor can conveniently and quickly carry out the next operation;
4. the special sterile medical coupling agent in the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag is directly applied to the operation part of a human body, so that a better ultrasonic image can be obtained, and the diagnosis of a doctor is facilitated;
5. the special puncture frame in the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag can help a doctor to accurately position a puncture part;
6. the doctor uses the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag for operation, so that sterile operation can be realized, and cross infection can be effectively avoided; better ultrasonic images can be obtained, and diagnosis is facilitated; the puncture site can be accurately positioned.

Detailed Description
The structure of the present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a bag body 1, a puncture frame 2 sealed in the bag body 1 and used with the bag body, a medical coupling agent 3, an ultrasonic probe cover 5 and a fixing piece 4 for fixing the ultrasonic probe cover; the bag body 1 is a medical sterilization packaging bag which is sealed in a heat-sealing mode and is sterilized integrally after the heat-sealing mode.
The sterile ultrasonic puncture package provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following manufacturing process: the puncture frame 2, the medical couplant 3, the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 and the fixing piece 4 are placed in a special medical sterilization packaging bag, then heat sealing and integral sterilization are carried out, so that the puncture frame 2, the medical couplant 3, the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 and the fixing piece 4 which are arranged in the medical sterilization packaging bag are all sterile, and the medical sterilization packaging bag can be integrally provided for patients to use. The outer side of the medical sterilization packaging bag is not sterile, and the sterilization treatment is not needed when the medical sterilization packaging bag is used.
According to the sterile ultrasonic puncture package provided by the embodiment of the invention, the puncture rack 2 is made of a high polymer material. The puncture frame 2 can be used in cooperation with various ultrasonic probes in a cavity or in vitro and is used for fixing a sound detection probe or a puncture needle.
In the sterile ultrasonic puncture package provided by the embodiment of the invention, the medical coupling agent 3 is aqueous polymer gel. The medical couplant 3 can be a bagged medical couplant 3, and is directly smeared on the top of the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 (namely the closed end of the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5) or the head end of the ultrasonic probe when a puncture operation is carried out, and is directly smeared on the operation part of a human body, so that the ultrasonic coupling effect of the ultrasonic probe and the human body is provided.
In the sterile ultrasonic puncture package provided by the embodiment of the invention, the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 is made of a high polymer material. The ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 is used for coating the ultrasonic probe, so that the ultrasonic probe is isolated from the external environment, and the aseptic environment is prevented from being polluted. And an indication arrow is arranged at the top of the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5.
According to the sterile ultrasonic puncture kit provided by the embodiment of the invention, the fixing piece 4 is made of an elastomer material. Preferably, the fixing member 4 is an elastic band. It should be noted that the fixing element 4 may also be a non-elastic cord. The fixing piece 4 is used for stably binding the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 on the ultrasonic probe, so that the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5 cannot fall off from the ultrasonic probe.
According to the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag provided by the embodiment of the invention, the bag body 1 can be provided with some prompts, so that a doctor can conveniently and quickly open the bag body 1 according to the prompts.

6. taking out the puncture rack 2 from the bag body 1 and mounting the puncture rack 2 on an ultrasonic probe sleeved with the ultrasonic probe sleeve 5;

6. The sterile ultrasound lancing package of claim 1 or 2, wherein the material of the ultrasound probe cover (5) is a polymeric material.
7. The sterile ultrasound lancing package according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the top of the ultrasound probe cover (5) is provided with an indication arrow.
8. The sterile ultrasound lancing package according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the material of the fixture (4) is an elastomeric material.
9. The sterile ultrasound lancing pack according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing member (4) is an elastic band.
10. The sterile ultrasonic puncture pack according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fixing member (4) is a non-elastic cord.
11. A method of using the sterile ultrasound lancing package of any one of claims 1-10, comprising the steps of:
1. opening the bag body (1) of the sterile ultrasonic puncture bag;
2. taking out the ultrasonic probe sleeve (5) and the medical coupling agent (3) from the bag body (1);
3. smearing the medical couplant (3) on the top of the ultrasonic probe sleeve (5);
4. sleeving an ultrasonic probe sleeve (5) coated with the medical couplant (3) on an ultrasonic probe;
5. taking out the fixing piece (4) from the bag body (1), and fixing the ultrasonic probe sleeve (5) and the ultrasonic probe by using the fixing piece (4);
6. and taking the puncture frame (2) out of the bag body (1) and installing the puncture frame (2) on an ultrasonic probe sleeved with the ultrasonic probe sleeve (5).
12. The method of using a sterile ultrasound stab bag of claim 11, wherein after said step 6, the method of using a sterile ultrasound stab bag further comprises the steps of:
