Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to illustrate the general inventive concept and should not be taken as limiting the invention.
In the following, a lancet according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being noted that some features or components are not specifically shown in the drawings for clarity of illustration. As shown in the drawings, in a specific embodiment, a lancet according to the present invention includes:
a housing 10 provided with a needle withdrawal groove 11;
a needle withdrawal key 30 adapted to cooperate with the needle withdrawal groove 11 and movable in the axial direction with respect to the housing 10; and
a switch 20, connected to the withdrawal key or the housing,
wherein:
the switch 20 is adapted to move in a lateral direction (as indicated by the double-headed arrow in fig. 3-1 to 5-2) relative to the needle-withdrawal key 30 between an unlocked position (e.g., the position shown in fig. 4-1 and 4-2) in which the switch 20 allows the needle-withdrawal key 30 to move in an axial direction (e.g., push in the direction of the needle outlet) and a locked position (e.g., the position shown in fig. 5-1 and 5-2) in which the switch 20 prevents the needle-withdrawal key 30 from moving in the axial direction.
As shown in the drawings of the present invention, the switch 20 is connected to the withdrawal button 30 such that the relative positions of the switch 20 and the withdrawal button 30 in the axial direction are fixed, and thus the position of the switch in the axial direction, i.e., the position of the withdrawal button in the axial direction, is restricted. One side of the switch 20 in the lateral direction may be provided with a locking portion, and one side of the needle retracting groove in the lateral direction (which corresponds to the one side of the switch) is provided with a locking engagement portion, so that in the unlocking position, the locking portion is disengaged from the locking engagement portion; in the locked position, the locking portion engages with the locking mating portion. More specific schemes are exemplified as follows:
as shown in fig. 3-1 of the present invention, the withdrawal key 30 is provided with a through hole 31; as shown in fig. 1, one side wall of the needle retraction groove 11 is provided with a notch 12, the notch 12 communicates with the needle retraction groove 11 (so that a later-mentioned lock block 21 can be moved from the position of the needle retraction groove to the position of the notch), and the notch 12 forms the above-mentioned lock engagement portion. As shown in fig. 2-1, the upper side of the switch 20 is provided with a striking part 23 protruding therefrom, the striking part 23 is adapted to pass through the through hole 31 to be exposed to the upper side of the withdrawal key 30 (i.e., the entire switch is located below the withdrawal key 30 but the striking part 23 thereof is exposed from the through hole 31), and the width of the through hole 31 is larger than the width of the striking part (to provide a moving space for the left-right movement of the striking part 23), and the length of the through hole is equal to or slightly larger than the length of the striking part (to fix the relative positions of the switch 20 and the withdrawal key 30 in the axial direction, where slightly larger indicates that the length difference is not such that the withdrawal operation can be completed with respect to the axial movement of the switch when the switch is in the locking position, for example, the length difference may be within 5 mm). As shown in fig. 2-2, the underside of the switch 20 is provided with a locking piece 21 protruding therefrom, the locking piece 21 forming said locking portion, where the locking piece is provided protruding in order to provide a blocking surface that can be engaged or abutted with the notch portion 12 in the axial direction, it being apparent that the above-mentioned notch portion 12 provides a blocking mating surface that mates with the blocking surface. As shown in fig. 4-1 and 4-2, in the unlocking position, the lock block 21 is disengaged from the notch portion 12, so that the needle retracting key can be allowed to be pushed forward; as shown in fig. 5-1 and 5-2, in the locked position, the locking block 21 is at least partially located within the notch portion 12, the notch portion 12 being adapted to prevent movement of the locking block 21 at least partially located therein in the axial direction, thereby also preventing forward axial movement of the withdrawal key.
The locking and unlocking of the switch 20 is not limited to the embodiment shown in the drawings. For example, although not shown, the following scheme may be adopted: the housing 10 is provided with a baffle or a blocking surface on the outer side of one side wall of the needle retracting groove 11 in the lateral direction, the baffle or the blocking surface forming the locking engagement portion; the upper side of the switch 20 is provided with a poking part 23 protruding from the switch, the poking part 23 is suitable for penetrating through a through hole 31 of the needle withdrawing key 30 to be exposed to the upper side of the needle withdrawing key, the width of the through hole is larger than that of the poking part, and the length of the through hole is equal to or slightly larger than that of the poking part; the lower side of the switch 20 is provided with an extension protruding therefrom in the lateral direction, the extension forming the locking portion; and in an unlocked position, the extension is disengaged from the baffle or blocking surface; in the locked position, the extension is blocked in the axial direction by the baffle or blocking surface.
The notch or recess may also be provided on the switch 20 and the side wall of the needle retraction slot may be provided with a protrusion cooperating with the recess. More specifically, the needle withdrawal key is provided with a through hole 31; a protruding part is arranged on one side wall of the needle withdrawing groove, the protruding part protrudes into the needle withdrawing groove, and the protruding part forms a locking matching part; the upper side of the switch is provided with a poking part 23 protruding from the switch, the poking part 23 is suitable for penetrating through the through hole 31 to be exposed to the upper side of the needle withdrawing key, the width of the through hole is larger than that of the poking part, and the length of the through hole is equal to or slightly larger than that of the poking part; the lower side of the switch 20 is provided with a groove forming the locking part; and in an unlocked position, the tab is disengaged from the recess; in the locked position, the protrusion is at least partially located within the recess, the recess being adapted to prevent movement of the protrusion at least partially located therein in an axial direction.
It is noted that in the above-described embodiment, the switch 20 is movable between the locked position and the unlocked position in the lateral direction with respect to the housing 30. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The switch 20 is also movable in an axial direction to effect movement between a locked position and an unlocked position.
In the invention, as long as a switch is arranged outside the needle withdrawing key to replace the pen cap as an unlocking component for needle withdrawing operation, no matter the switch moves in the axial direction or in the transverse direction, the switch is within the protection scope of the invention. In one embodiment of the present invention, the lancet may further comprise a switch positioning structure for positioning the unlocked position and/or the locked position, and the switch positioning structure allows the switch to move laterally between the unlocked position and the locked position.
The switch positioning structure includes a snap-fit portion (corresponding to 22, shown in fig. 2-1 and 2-2) provided on an end wall of the switch 20, and a snap-fit portion (corresponding to 32, shown in fig. 4-2) provided on a lower side of the withdrawal key 30.
As can be appreciated, the snap-fit portion may be one of a detent and a detent projection, and the snap-fit portion may be the other of a detent and a detent projection, the detent being adapted to mate with the detent projection.
More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2-1 and 2-2,
the snap-fit portion includes two detent grooves 22 spaced apart in the transverse direction, as shown in fig. 4-2, and the snap-fit portion includes one detent projection 32. In the unlocked position, as shown in fig. 4-2, the detent projections 32 engage the detent 22 on the right side, and in the locked position, as shown in fig. 5-2, the detent projections 32 engage the detent 22 on the left side.
Although not shown, in alternative embodiments, the snap-fit portion may include two detent projections spaced apart in the lateral direction, and the snap-fit portion may include one detent.
As shown in fig. 3-2, the lower side of the needle retracting key 30 is provided with a switch mounting groove 33; one end wall (lower end wall in the drawing) of the switch mounting groove 33 is provided with a positioning projection 32.
Based on the engagement between the clamping portion and the clamping engagement portion, the switch 20 may be temporarily stopped at the unlocking position or the locking position by toggling the toggle portion 23.
The switch positioning structure is not limited to the matching mode of the positioning protrusion and the positioning groove.
The switch positioning structure may include a resilient return structure disposed at the switch or the housing, the resilient return structure being located between a portion of the switch and a portion of the housing in a lateral direction to urge the switch laterally from the unlocked position to the locked position based on a spring force. More specifically, as shown in fig. 6-1 and 6-2, one side of the switch 20 is provided with an elastic strip 25, the elastic strip 25 is connected to the body of the switch, and a relief space 26 is provided between the elastic strip 25 and the body of the switch in the lateral direction; the elastic strip 25 is provided with a projection 24 on one side, the projection 24 extending beyond one side of the elastic strip 25 in the lateral direction (so that the projection 24 can be abutted against a side wall opposite to the projection 24 in the lateral direction, for example, can be abutted against a side wall 34 of the switch mounting groove 33), and the avoidance space 26 is located on the other side of the elastic strip 25 in the lateral direction; the elastic strip 25, the protrusion 24 and the escape space 26 form the elastic return structure.
In the above embodiment, the switch 20 is fixed directly to the needle retracting key 30 relatively, so that the axial movement of the needle retracting key is restricted by restricting the axial movement of the switch. However, the invention is not limited thereto, and although not shown, a switch may be provided to or connected to the housing 10, movable between a locked position and an unlocked position in a lateral direction with respect to the housing 10; the needle withdrawing key comprises a blocking part protruding from the upper side of the needle withdrawing key; in the unlocked position, a portion of the switch allows the needle withdrawal key to move in the axial direction, and in the locked position, a portion of the switch is adapted to abut the blocking portion to prevent the needle withdrawal key from moving in the axial direction.
In the above embodiment, the switch 20 is specifically provided to restrict the axial movement of the needle retracting key 30, but it is also possible to implement locking and unlocking of the needle retracting operation by the needle retracting key itself without removing the cap by two lateral positions of the needle retracting key 30 in the needle retracting groove 11, i.e., the locking position and the unlocking position, without providing the switch 20.
FIG. 7 schematically illustrates a schematic view of a housing of a lancing pen according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 8-1 and 8-2 are schematic views illustrating a withdrawal key of a lancet according to an embodiment of the present invention. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 7 to 8-2, the present invention also proposes a blood sampling pen comprising:
a housing 10 provided with a needle withdrawal groove 11;
a needle retraction key 30 adapted to cooperate with said needle retraction slot 11 and being movable in an axial direction with respect to the housing 10, wherein:
in the transverse direction, the needle-withdrawal key 30 has an unlocking position in which it can be moved in the axial direction and a locking position in which it is prevented from being moved in the axial direction within the needle-withdrawal groove 11. As shown in fig. 7, the needle withdrawing groove 11 is provided with a rectangular opening 13 for the protruding member 35 on the needle withdrawing key 30 to hang against, the protruding member 35 can enter and leave the rectangular opening in the transverse direction, the needle withdrawing key is in the locking position when entering the rectangular opening, and the needle withdrawing key is in the unlocking position when leaving the rectangular opening. As can be appreciated, in fig. 8-2, the components provided on the withdrawal key 30 that mate with the withdrawal components within the lancet are not shown.
The operation of the cooperation between the switch 20 and the withdrawal key 30 is described below in connection with fig. 4-2 and 5-2.
The toggle part 23 is adjusted to the left side of the through hole 31, the positioning groove 22 on the right side is matched with the positioning protrusion 32, the switch 20 is controlled to be in the unlocking position, as shown in fig. 4-2, and the needle withdrawing key 30 can longitudinally move forwards at the moment to play a role in withdrawing a needle.
The toggle part 23 is adjusted to the right side of the through hole 31, the positioning groove 22 on the left side is matched with the positioning protrusion 32, the switch 20 is controlled to be at the locking position, as shown in fig. 5-2, at the moment, the locking block 21 is embedded into the notch part 12, and the notch part 12 controls the locking block 21 to not move axially forwards, so that the needle withdrawing key 30 cannot move axially.
The operation of the cooperation between the switch 20 and the withdrawal key 30 is described below in connection with fig. 6-2.
In the case where the protruding point 24 is provided, the protruding point 24 abuts against the side wall 34, so that the lock block 21 is held in the notch 12, and the withdrawal key is locked; when the needle is withdrawn, an operator dials the switch 20 to the left, so that the salient points 24 sink into the avoidance space 26 along with the elastic strips 25, and at the moment, the locking blocks 21 are separated from the notch parts 12, and the locking of the needle withdrawing key is released; after the needle is withdrawn, the needle withdrawing key 30 is withdrawn to the original position, the left pushing force is not applied to the switch 20 any more, the elastic strip 25 is restored, and the needle withdrawing key 30 is locked again.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.
