As shown in fig. 6 and 8, two first passages 300 are respectively communicated with one first inlet 310, and each first passage 300 is respectively communicated with one first outlet 320, and the two first outlets 320 are symmetrically arranged along the axis of the inner sleeve 100. Therefore, gas is introduced into the two first channels 300 through the first inlets 310, and the gas introduced from the two first outlets 320 is blown to the closed end of the inner sleeve 100, so as to further improve the cleaning effect of the closed end of the inner sleeve 100, and further realize the anti-fog and anti-fouling functions.
In one embodiment, the second outlet 420 is positioned between the two first outlets 320, and referring to fig. 9, each second outlet 420 has an arc shape in cross section ranging from 5 ° to 90 °.
Specifically, the cross section of each second outlet 420 is arc-shaped, and the radian is one of 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 °, 65 °, 70 °, 75 °, 80 °, 85 ° and 90 °.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the diameter of the connection end of the outer sleeve 200 and the cap body 500 is larger than the diameter of the connection end of the outer sleeve 200 and the cap body 500. In some embodiments, at least one support is disposed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve; when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are connected with each other through the supporting piece.
In some embodiments, two supports are disposed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, the two supports including a first support and a second support; when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, a first channel and a second channel are respectively formed on two sides of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece.
In still other embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the inner wall of the outer sleeve 200 is provided with a first support 220, a second support 230, a third support 240 and a fourth support 250 which are matched with the outer wall of the inner sleeve 100, and the first support 220, the second support 230, the third support 240 and the fourth support 250 are circumferentially spaced along the outer sleeve 200 and extend in the axial direction of the outer sleeve 200.
When the outer sleeve 200 is sleeved outside the inner sleeve 100, the outer wall of the inner sleeve 100 abuts against the first support 220, the second support 230, the third support 240 and the fourth support 250, wherein the second channel 400 is formed between the first support 220 and the second support 230, the first channel 300 is formed between the second support 230 and the third support 240, and the first channel 300 is formed between the first support 220 and the fourth support 250.
The first support 220, the second support 230, the third support 240, and the fourth support 250 are respectively integrally formed with the outer sleeve 200.
In one embodiment, the first support member 220 and the second support member 230 are each arcuate in cross-sectional shape and are disposed toward each other such that the second channel 400 formed thereby is approximately circular in cross-section to fit the shape of the therapeutic appliance.
In another embodiment, the first support member 220 and the second support member 230 are sequentially connected end to form a closed loop structure, the interior of which forms the second channel 400.
As shown in fig. 10, the first and second supporting members 220 and 230 extend until the outer sleeve 200 is flush with the connecting end of the cover 500.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 10, the diameter of the connecting end of the inner sleeve 100 and the cover body 500 is larger, the first support part 221 engaged with the inner sleeve 100 is provided on the first support part 220, the second support part 231 engaged with the inner sleeve 100 is provided on the second support part 230, and the first support part 221 and the second support part 231 are located at the side where the outer sleeve 200 and the cover body 500 are connected. When the inner sleeve 100 is inserted inside the outer sleeve 200, the outer wall of the larger diameter end of the inner sleeve 100 is supported on the first support part 221 and the second support part 231, so that the assembled structure of the inner sleeve 100 and the outer sleeve 200 is more stable.
The first support part 221 and the second support part 231 are shaped to fit the outer wall of the larger diameter end of the inner tube 100 and are both arc-shaped.
In addition, support portions having the same shape as the first support portion 221 and the second support portion 231 may be further added to the inner wall of the side where the outer sleeve 200 is connected to the cover body 500, to further improve the structural stability.
As shown in fig. 5 and 10, the inner wall of the outer cannula 200 is further provided with a guide member 260, the guide member 260 is located between the first support member 220 and the second support member 230, i.e. located in the second channel 400, the guide member 260 is provided with a guide groove 261, after passing through the second inlet 410, the therapeutic device can enter the second channel 400 along the guide groove 261 and finally pass out from the second outlet 420, thereby improving the moving efficiency of the therapeutic device in the second channel 400.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, one end of the guide 260 is flush with the end of the outer sleeve 200 connected to the cap body 500, and the other end extends into the second channel 400.
The guide 260 may be integrally formed with the outer sleeve 200.
The outer surface of the outer sleeve 200 is coated with a hydrophilic layer, namely the outer surface of the outer sleeve 200 has a lubricating type, so that the comfort of inserting the outer sleeve 200 into the tube cavity is improved, and the application stability of the device is ensured.
When the device is used for treatment, the treatment instrument extends into the second channel 400 from the second inlet 410 and extends out from the second outlet 420, the focus in the cavity of the tube is treated by matching with camera shooting and ventilation operation, the treatment instrument comprises operation forceps, a medicine needle and the like, the focus is subjected to operation or medicine treatment, the operation is simple and convenient, and the treatment is simpler.
The inner sleeve 100, the outer sleeve 200 and the cap body 500 may be made of biological materials, medical materials, nano materials or the combination thereof.
To sum up, the lumen is exploreed to the transparent blind end of interior sheathed tube of camera lens permeable, and through letting in gas to first passageway, it is unclear to prevent to appear the camera lens and make a video recording, and then can realize accurate discernment pathological tissue to accurately make treatment judgement, can treat the focus of lumen through the second passageway, has had visual exploration concurrently and has treated dual function, effectively improves the availability factor, is favorable to popularizing and applying. In addition, the surface of the outer sleeve is coated with a hydrophilic layer, so that bacteria are prevented from being adsorbed, and the phenomena of cross infection/infection and the like are effectively avoided. Also has the advantages of good sealing performance, simple and convenient treatment operation, low use cost and the like.

Claims (13)

1. A lumen examination treatment assistance device, comprising:
the inner sleeve comprises a cover body and a tube body, wherein the cover body is made of transparent materials, the tube body is of a hollow structure, one end of the tube body is opened and used for placing a lens, the other end of the tube body is sealed by the cover body, and the diameter of the tube body between the near end and the far end is larger than that of the connecting end of the tube body and the cover body;
the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, and a first channel and a second channel are formed between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve; the first channel comprises a first inlet and a first outlet; the second channel comprises a second inlet and a second outlet, at least two oppositely arranged first channels are formed between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, and the distal end of the outer sleeve is far away from the proximal end of the inner sleeve compared with the distal end of the inner sleeve;
when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, the first outlets are formed between the cover body and the open end of the outer sleeve, and the two first outlets are symmetrically arranged along the axis of the inner sleeve; the shape of the forming track of the first outlet is arc-shaped; the outer surface of the cover body is coated with a hydrophobic layer;
the first channel is suitable for gas to flow through, the first outlet is suitable for blowing gas towards one side of the outer side surface of the cover body, when gas is introduced into the first channel, the first channel is used for cleaning the cover body so as to assist the lens to inspect the lumen of the human body, and when medicines or instruments are introduced into the second channel, the first channel is used for inspecting, nursing or treating the lumen of the human body;
the first outlet and the second outlet are both positioned at one end of the outer sleeve close to the cover body, and the included angle between the axis of the first outlet and the axis of the inner sleeve is 5-90 degrees.
2. The lumen examination treatment assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the first inlet and the second inlet are located at an end of the outer cannula near an opening of the inner cannula.
3. The lumen examination treatment assisting device according to claim 2, further comprising:
the cover body is connected with the opening end of the inner sleeve, a first hole part communicated with the inner sleeve is formed in the cover body, the cover body is further connected with the outer sleeve, and the first inlet and the second inlet are formed in the cover body.
4. The device for assisting lumen examination and treatment according to claim 3, wherein one end of the outer sleeve is connected to the cover, and a second hole portion is formed at the other end of the outer sleeve;
when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, the closed end of the inner sleeve is positioned at the second hole part.
5. The auxiliary device for lumen examination and treatment according to claim 3, wherein a clamping sheet is arranged on the side wall of the first hole part or the inner sleeve, and a clamping protrusion is arranged on the clamping sheet.
6. The lumen examination treatment assisting device according to claim 1, further comprising:
a first seal removably connected to the second inlet;
a second seal removably connected with the second outlet.
7. The lumen examination treatment assisting device according to claim 1, wherein at least one support is provided between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve;
when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve are connected with each other through the support.
8. The lumen examination treatment assisting device according to claim 7, wherein two supports are provided between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, the two supports including a first support and a second support;
when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, the first channel and the second channel are respectively formed on two sides of the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece.
9. The lumen examination and treatment assisting device according to claim 7, wherein four supports are arranged between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve, and the four supports comprise a first support, a second support, a third support and a fourth support;
when the outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve, the second channel is formed between the first support and the second support, the first channel is formed between the second support and the third support, and the first channel is formed between the first support and the fourth support.
10. The lumen examination and treatment auxiliary device as claimed in claim 9, wherein a guide member is further provided on an inner wall of the outer sleeve, the guide member is located between the first support member and the second support member, and a guide groove is provided on the guide member.
11. The lumen examination and treatment assisting device according to claim 3, wherein the diameter of the connecting end of the tube body and the cover body is larger than the diameter of the connecting end of the tube body and the cover body.
12. The lumen examination treatment assistance device according to claim 1, wherein the outer sleeve outer surface is coated with a hydrophilic layer.
13. The lumen examination treatment assistance device according to any one of claims 1-12, wherein an angle between the first outlet axis and the inner cannula axis is one of 5 °, 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 °, 65 °, 70 °, 75 °, 80 °, 85 ° and 90 °.
