The steel wire rope is obliquely arranged, so that the pull rope 4 has an upward lifting function on the folded part, the folded part in the middle of the guard bar is easier to open, and the pull rope 4 has an upward component force on the folded part, so that the lifting function is realized.
The bed leg 1 is hollow, and the pull rope 4 extends into the bed leg 1 and extends out of the opening of the side wall of the upper part of the bed leg 1 to be connected with the middle part of the guard bar 12. When the child game bed is completely unfolded, the included angle between the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 is 1.5-4 degrees. The frame body 6 is provided with an auxiliary support rod 601 which can rotate relative to the frame body 6, the auxiliary support rod 601 is L-shaped, and when the bed legs 1 are completely opened, the end part of the L-shaped auxiliary support rod 601 is pressed against the ground. The transmission mechanism can be connected with the folding part in the middle of the guard bar 12 at the top of the folding bed through the pull rope 4, and the arc-shaped end part 32 is an oval end part.
The connecting rod movably connected with each base 2 is composed of an upper connecting rod 21 and a lower connecting rod 31 which are arranged up and down, one end of the upper connecting rod 21 extends into the upper inner cavity 22 of the base 2 and is rotatably connected with the base 2 through an upper shaft pin 221, the other end of the upper connecting rod 21 is rotatably connected with the frame body 6 in the folding driving device through an upper shaft pin 222, one end of the lower connecting rod 31 extends into the lower inner cavity 23 of the base 2 and is rotatably connected with the base 2 through a lower shaft pin 231, the end part of the lower connecting rod extending into the lower inner cavity 23 of the base 2 is linked with a transmission mechanism, the lower shaft pin 231 is positioned below the upper shaft pin 221 and is rotatably connected with the base 2, the other end of the lower connecting rod 31 is rotatably connected with the frame body 6 through a lower shaft pin 232, and the positioning point of the lower shaft pin 232 on the frame body 6 is positioned above the right oblique shaft pin of the virtual point A and is lower than the upper rotating shaft pin 222, the virtual point a is a fourth point position of a parallelogram formed by connecting three points of the upper axis pin 221, the upper axis pin 222, and the lower axis pin 231 together. An angle a between a line connecting the positioning point of the lower rotating shaft pin 232 and the virtual point a and the horizontal line is 45 °.
The working principle is as follows: when the child game bed is in a folded state, the folding driving device is pressed to move downwards, the four-bar mechanism consisting of the upper connecting bar and the lower connecting bar drives the bed legs to incline outwards gradually in the process of moving outwards, so that the top of the bed legs is unfolded quickly and the bottom of the bed legs is unfolded slowly, the arc-shaped end portion 32 of the lower connecting bar pushes the transmission roller 34 to enable the swinging block 3 to swing in the anticlockwise direction, the connecting shaft 36 is driven to move downwards in an arc shape to enable the pull rope 4 to pull downwards, the protection rod is driven to be locked, after the top is completely unfolded, the folding driving device continues to move downwards to enable the connecting bar to continue to push the bottom of the bed legs to be unfolded outwards until the bottom of the bed legs is completely unfolded to a normal use state, and when the folding driving device is pulled upwards to fold the bed body, the steps are recovered.
The whole unfolding and folding process is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings:

The folding driving device is pressed downwards, the folding driving device drives the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 to rotate, when the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 rotate, the base 2 and the bed legs 1 are driven to move outwards (away from the center) and simultaneously incline outwards gradually, and the left rod body and the right rod body are synchronously driven to rotate (as shown in the position H1 in fig. 16); the upper link 21 and the lower link 31 are in a substantially parallel state with the legs 1 at the maximum tilt angle (position H2 shown in fig. 16); continuing to press the folding driving device downwards, when the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 rotate, the base 2 and the bed leg 1 are driven to move outwards and incline inwards gradually, at the moment, the bed leg 1 pulls the connecting seat 5 corresponding to the top of the bed leg 1 outwards to make the connecting seat 5 far away from each other, and the guard bar 12 is driven to be unfolded to be close to a horizontal state, as shown in fig. 4; continuing to press the folding driving device downwards, wherein the folding driving device drives the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 to rotate, the arc-shaped end part 32 of the lower connecting rod 31 pushes the transmission roller 34 to enable the swinging block 3 to swing in the anticlockwise direction, and drives the connecting shaft 36 to move downwards in an arc shape so as to enable the pull rope 4 to be pulled downwards, so that the corresponding protection rod 12 is driven to be unfolded to a horizontal use state, and a folding part is locked; the folding driving device is continuously pressed downwards until the child play bed is completely unfolded, the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 rotate to drive the base 2 and the bed legs 1 to move outwards and simultaneously gradually incline inwards to a vertical state, as shown in fig. 1, in the process, the connecting shaft 36 continuously moves downwards in an arc shape to enable the pull rope 4 to be pulled downwards, the tension spring 41 is in a stressed state, and the folding part is ensured to be in a constant force state all the time. The tension spring 41 plays a tensioning role, and if the tension spring 41 is not used, high requirements are provided for manufacturing and processing the pull rope 4, the processing precision of the length of the pull rope 4 is difficult to ensure by a general production process, and the length of the pull rope 4 between the connecting shaft 36 and the rotating shaft 84 is slightly long, so that the rotating part of the folding part cannot be pulled timely, and the folding part is not in a locking state; the length of the pull rope 4 between the connecting shaft 36 and the rotating shaft 84 is slightly short, and the transmission mechanism capable of pulling the pull rope 4 in the inner cavity of the base 2 enables the pull rope to be stressed and can exceed the maximum load force of the pull rope to break. And the elastic force of the tension spring 41 is far greater than the elastic force of the extrusion spring 91 on the elastic positioning body 9, when the transmission mechanism capable of pulling the pull rope 4 in the inner cavity of the base 2 drives the folding part to be locked, firstly, the gravity of the guard bar is overcome to expand the guard bar, meanwhile, the elastic resistance of the extrusion spring 91 is overcome, the pull rope 4 tensions the corresponding rotating part, the rotating part is driven to enable the three-point connecting line of the corresponding group of the sheet body shaft pin 813, the rotating shaft 84 and the rotating block shaft pin 812 to be positioned on a straight line from top to bottom, so that the folding part is locked, and then, the transmission mechanism continues to drive the pull rope 4 to enable the tension spring 41 to be in a tension state. The locking piece extends out from the corresponding side surface of the unlocking pull rod 64 and the guide rod 61 and is supported and locked with the bottom surface of the sliding seat 7, so that the folding bed is in a fully opened and locked state.
The folding process of the present invention is shown in FIG. 1 → FIG. 4 → FIG. 5.
Folding process: when the children game bed is in the unfolding state, as shown in figure 1; the tab 67 on the folding drive can be lifted by only one hand, unlocking the folding drive by the unlocking mechanism, to allow the folding drive to continue moving in an upward direction; the pull ring 67 is continuously lifted, the folding driving device drives the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 to rotate, and the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 drive the base 2 and the bed legs 1 to move inwards and incline outwards gradually when rotating; the end face of the arc end part 32 of the lower connecting rod 31 moves around the driving roller 34 and away from the axis of the driving roller, so that the pulling force of the pulling rope 4 is gradually lost, and the elastic positioning body 9 in the folding part pushes the corresponding rotating part to rotate, so that the folding part is unlocked, and the guard bar is folded, as shown in fig. 4; the pull ring 67 is lifted up continuously, the protection rod drives the corresponding bed leg 1 to move towards the folding driving device continuously, the left rod body and the right rod body of the protection rod 12 rotate downwards to the vertical position, and the children game bed is in the folding state, as shown in fig. 5.
The four-bar mechanism formed by skillfully designing the connecting positions of the upper connecting rod 21 and the lower connecting rod 31 ensures that when the child game bed is unfolded, the bed legs 1 can generate a motion track which inclines outwards firstly and then returns to the vertical direction, and can be divided into two unfolding processes; in the process that the bed body continues to be unfolded, the lower ends of the bed legs are gradually unfolded to catch up with the unfolding range of the upper ends of the bed legs, the bed legs are restored to be in a vertical state again, the complete unfolding of the bed body is realized, and the unfolding bed body which is not easy to fall down, suitable for children to jump and run, firm and durable is formed.
It will be apparent that the invention has the significant advantageous feature of a one-step operation in which the folding drive is pushed down or lowered to open the bed and pulled up or raised to fold the bed. Movement of the folding drive in either direction can cause movement of all other components and structures of the bed simultaneously when the bed is opened and folded.
