Description

Cosmetic container
Technical area
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container.
Background
A makeup cosmetic is a cosmetic that is applied to a body part such as a face or nails after using a base product to give a color feeling and to present a beautiful skin color, and to make skin flaws that cannot be covered by the base product invisible. For example, makeup cosmetics may be classified as: the base makeup cosmetics are used for uniformly finishing the whole face complexion or covering skin defects such as chloasma, freckles and the like to ensure that the skin is healthier and more beautiful; a spot-color cosmetic for naturally expressing self-assertion by enhancing color or shading in a part of lips, eyes, cheeks, nails, etc. Examples of the base makeup cosmetics include foundation, foundation cream, pressed powder, etc., and examples of the spot makeup cosmetics include lipstick, eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow (eyeshadow), etc.
An eye shadow, which is one of spot makeup cosmetics, is a cosmetic applied to an eyelid or an eye pad for the purpose of rendering a stereoscopic impression or coloring, and generally, it is conventionally used in the form of directly taking out a solid pressed powder applied in a predetermined box with a sponge-like applicator or a finger.
Recently, with the growing interest in beauty convenience, eye shadows using liquid cosmetics that can be more conveniently made up than solid pressed powders have been disclosed, and liquid cosmetics are also provided to include a plate (plate) shaped powder capable of producing gloss, such as pearl pigment, in order to improve beauty effects.
Such eye shadow cosmetics are used in a method of dipping and applying the cosmetics by using an applicator such as a flocked tip or a brush head, as in other existing cosmetics using a general liquid cosmetic.
However, this prior art has problems that the plate-like gloss powder is not effectively applied to the skin because it sticks to the tip, the spreadability is poor, and the more the gloss powder is used, the poorer the spreadability is because a large amount of gloss powder remains on the tip.
In addition, due to the characteristics of the flocked tip or the brush, it is difficult to apply the cosmetic in an embrocation form, and the eye shadow cannot be effectively formed, so that there is a problem that the user satisfaction is lowered.
In particular, in the case of a plate-like gloss powder, there is a problem that it is difficult to apply makeup with a flocked tip or a brush once it is closely attached to the skin during application.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Meanwhile, in describing the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of a related known structure or function may obscure the gist of the present invention, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of an eye shadow cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a cosmetic container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a storage unit 20 for storing a liquid cosmetic 220 containing plate-shaped powders 222, 224 capable of producing a glossy effect; and an applying unit 10 capable of dipping the cosmetic 220 stored in the storage unit 20 and including a tip 130 made of a porous material.
In the present embodiment, the cosmetic container 1 is exemplified as a cosmetic container for an eye shadow cosmetic for giving a three-dimensional effect or coloring to eyelid or eyes.
The storage unit 20 includes a storage part 210, and a predetermined storage space for storing the cosmetic 220 is formed inside the storage part 210. The form of the storage part 210 may be provided in various forms, and is exemplified to be formed in a cylindrical shape in the present embodiment.
An inlet portion 212 through which the tip 130 can pass and from which the cosmetic 220 can be taken out may be formed at one side of the storage portion 210. According to an embodiment, the inlet portion 212 may have a neck (neck) shape formed at the storage portion 210, and may perform a function of fixing the applying unit 10 to the storage unit 20 by a predetermined coupling member such as a screw thread formed at a rim. The structure of the storage unit 20 is merely an example, and various structures that can be easily changed by those skilled in the art within the scope of keeping the technical idea of the present invention may be adopted as the constituent elements of the storage unit 20.
The cosmetic material 220 is a powder for imparting a gloss effect to makeup, and may include: a first powder 222 having a predetermined average size that has been set; and a second powder 224 having a relatively larger average size than the first powder 222. In the present embodiment, the size of the powder may be understood as the distance between the farthest two vertexes of the powder particle, and the average size of the powder may be understood as the average of the sizes of a plurality of powder particles.
The first powder 222 and the second powder 224 may be processed in a plate shape. In the present embodiment, the shape of the plate may be understood as not only a flat plate having a complete plane but also a plate as a whole, and may be understood as a thin film. Such powder may be pearl particles as an example.
Here, the powders may have only various sizes due to limitations in their preparation processes, and the first powder 222 and the second powder 224 in this embodiment are not understood to generate relative differences in average sizes by arbitrarily distinguishing the powders having only various sizes. That is, it can be understood that the first powder 222 and the second powder 224 are powders having different sizes from each other intentionally mixed into the cosmetic 220 in the preparation step of the cosmetic 220.
In one embodiment, a powder having a difference in the average size of the first powder 222 and the average size of the second powder 224 of greater than 50 μm may be used. Specifically, the average size of the first powder 222 may be 15 μm or more and 50 μm or less, and the average size of the second powder 224 may be 100 μm or more and 150 μm or less. The average size of the first powder 222 and the average size of the second powder 224 may be 50 μm or more and 100 μm or less.
The first powder 222 having a relatively small size among the first powder 222 and the second powder 224 is uniformly dispersed, and can give a feeling of overall brightness when forming an eye shadow, and the second powder 224 having a relatively large size can give an effect of shining according to the point when forming an eye shadow.
On the other hand, the powders 222 and 224 may be contained in the cosmetic 220 in a weight ratio of 5% to 15% based on the total weight of the cosmetic 220. When the content of the powders 222, 224 is less than 5%, the gloss effect by the powders 222, 224 is remarkably reduced, and the gloss effect of a level satisfactory to the user cannot be exerted. In addition, when the content of the powders 222, 224 is more than 15%, there is a problem in that: the amount of powder precipitated by gravity increases, and the overall viscosity of the cosmetic 220 needs to be very high in order to maintain a stable and uniformly dispersed state of the powder.
On the other hand, the cosmetic 220 stored in the storage unit 20 may be provided in a liquid state. In the present embodiment, the cosmetic 220 may be a liquid having a viscosity of 10,000cps or more and 20,000cps or less. When the viscosity of the cosmetic 220 is less than 10,000cps, the powder is not uniformly distributed, and particularly, there is a problem that the second powder 224 having a large size is precipitated. In this case, the user needs to perform an additional operation such as shaking the cosmetic container 1 to uniformly disperse the powders 222 and 224 before using the cosmetic container 1, which results in very poor convenience of use. In addition, when the viscosity of the cosmetic 220 exceeds 20,000cps, the discharge after dipping into the tip 130 cannot be smoothly achieved, and the property of spreading evenly is remarkably deteriorated. The inability to spread evenly for application can be a fatal disadvantage in terms of the characteristics of eye shadow make-up used to impart a shine effect.
The application unit 10 is a member that dips the cosmetic 220 stored in the storage unit 20 as described above, and applies the cosmetic 220 to the skin of the user after being taken out from the storage unit 20, and includes a tip 130 that can dip and apply the cosmetic 220.
The applying unit 10 may include: a cover 110 coupled to the storage unit 20 and capable of shielding a storage space of the cosmetic 220; and a brush bar 120 extending from an inner side of the cover 110 and supporting a tip 130. A screw thread corresponding to the screw thread formed at the inlet portion 212 is provided at the inner side surface of the cap 110, whereby the plastering unit 10 can be combined and fixed with the storage unit 20. In a state where the applying unit 10 is combined with the storage unit 20, there may be a state where the brush bar 120 passes through the inlet portion 212 and the tip 130 is placed in the cosmetic material 220. The structure of the applying unit 10 is merely an example, and various structures may be adopted as the structural elements of the applying unit 10 as long as the structure can be easily changed by those skilled in the art within the scope of keeping the concept of the present invention.
The tip 130 may be a porous material having a plurality of holes 132, and may be a sponge, for example, which may be made of polyurethane. The end 130 is a product formed through a series of manufacturing processes and is integrally formed, so that the end 130 may have a hole 132 having a similar size as a whole, and may be fixed to the brush bar 120 by being adhered or insert-coupled to the end of the brush bar 120.
The average size of the pores formed in the tip 130 may be greater than the average size of the first powder 222 and less than the average size of the second powder 224. In this embodiment, the size of the hole may be understood as the distance between the two farthest vertices in the hole, and the average size of the hole may be understood as the average of the sizes of a plurality of powder particles. In addition, the holes having such a relationship with the first powder 222 and the second powder 224 may be defined as holes formed in the outer circumferential surface of the tip 130 and performing the function of directly dipping the powders 222, 224 contained in the cosmetic 220. In one embodiment, the average size of the holes 132 formed in the tip 130 may be 50 μm or more and 100 μm or less.
The average size of the holes 132 formed in the tip 130 is larger than the average size of the first powder 222, so that the first powder 222 can be easily dipped in a state of being impregnated into the holes 132 of the tip 130 together with water constituting the cosmetic 220. In addition, a part of the first powder 222 can be dipped so as to be closely attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tip 130. On the other hand, the average size of the holes 132 formed in the tip 130 is smaller than the average size of the second powder 224, so that the second powder 224 can be dipped so as to be closely attached to the outer peripheral surface of the tip 130 without being dipped in the holes 132 of the tip 130.
Finally, the liquid cosmetic 220 containing the first powder 222 and the second powder 224 can be dipped in the entirety on the outer peripheral surface of the tip 130, and the liquid cosmetic 220 containing the first powder 222 can be dipped through the hole 132.
The first powder 222 and the second powder 224 dipped on the outer peripheral surface of the tip 130 can be uniformly applied to the entire application site when the tip 130 is used, and the entire gloss effect of the powders 222 and 224 can be exhibited excellently. In particular, when the user performs the spreading application motion, a relatively large force is applied to the tip 130, whereby the first powder 222 dipped in the hole 132 is leaked out together with the water constituting the cosmetic 220. This may impart a cool feeling (cooling feeling) to the user and a viscosity suitable for spreading the applied cosmetic 220, while the effect of improving the gloss effect and the degree of application of the cosmetic may be produced with the supplementary application of the first powder 222, and the spreadability and gloss effect of the cosmetic as a whole may be excellently exhibited.
In the case where pearls are used as the eye shadow of the powder, this effect can be more prominent, and the satisfaction of the user resulting therefrom can also be greatly increased. Thus, when the cosmetic 220 is an eye shadow cosmetic, the first powder 222 and the second powder 224 may include eye shadow pearls.
According to the cosmetic container 1 of the embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration, the liquid cosmetic 220 containing the gloss powder 222, 224 can be applied with good spreadability, and can exhibit an excellent gloss effect and a cooling feeling.
The results of the cosmetic application test using the cosmetic container 1 are examined below with reference to the drawings and tables. In the following description, the powders 222, 224 used in the cosmetic 220 are exemplified as pearls.
The following table shows the results of measuring the characteristics of the tip to which the cosmetic was applied and varying the viscosity characteristics of the cosmetic to measure spread spreadability, pearl effect, and gloss.
[ Table 1]
Figure BDA0002361340960000071
In the above table, the texture comparative examples and examples each used pearls having an average size of 30 μm as the first powder 222 and pearls having an average size of 130 μm as the second powder 224. Meanwhile, the following percentages are all weight%.
Texture comparative example 1 is a solid compressed cake comprising 13.5% first powder 222, 31.5% second powder 224, 55% spherical powder, and a base (surfactant/oil). Texture comparative example 2, texture comparative example 3, texture example 1, and texture example 2 each contained 4% of first powder 222 and 5% of second powder 224, and were cosmetics adjusted to have different viscosities depending on the contents of spherical powder and base (surfactant/oil). Specifically, the contents of the spherical powder and the base material were 3.5% in texture comparative example 2, 7% in texture comparative example 3, 4.5% in texture example 1, and 6% in texture example 2. The remainder of each texture was filled with water.
The stability of each texture was measured in a state that the powders 222 and 224 were diffused in the cosmetic 220 after 1 week at 40 degrees celsius, and in the case of texture comparative example 2, since the powders 222 and 224 were precipitated, it was difficult to use as a cosmetic for imparting gloss effect without an additional mixing process.
In addition, the flocked tip is an application member based on the prior art, and is a nylon tip formed with flocking of a length of 1.1mm, and the porous sponge tip is the tip 130 of the present embodiment, which is a polyurethane foam type tip 130 having pores 132 of an average size of 100 μm.
Spread spreadability is the result of visual evaluation on the following criteria.
◎, spreading and applying property is excellent, and spreading and applying are performed uniformly by applying only once, and the spreading and applying are uniform from the beginning to the end.
○ spreading and spreading the paste for 2 times.
Δ: spreading and smearing properties are slightly poor, and lumps or spots which cannot be smeared are still formed when the paste is smeared for 2 times.
×, the spreading and smearing properties are poor, the lines are generated when smearing is carried out for 2 times, and the smearing area is narrow.
The pearl effect was evaluated on the following basis.
◎ the pearl has excellent pearl effect, and the big pearl has strong glittering and light pearl feeling.
○ the pearl effect is general, the big pearl has weak glittering, and the beautiful pearl has light pearl feeling.
Δ: the pearl effect is weak, and both the big pearl and the beautiful pearl are weak.
× the pearl effect is not observed, and the pearl feeling of large pearl is not observed.
The gloss is measured at 60 degrees using a gloss meter (Glossmeter) for measuring the amount of light reflected. When the cosmetics 220 are spread and applied on the artificial leather uniformly and the reflection amount of the pearls is large, it can be judged that the glossiness is high. The reason for this is that although the artificial leather has a rough surface and the cosmetic material 220 applied thereto does not have a uniform surface, the amount of light reflected is relatively low, but if the plate-shaped pearl to be applied is applied flat and well, the amount of light reflected is large compared to the case where the pearl is not applied, and the glittering effect of the pearl is also large.
Fig. 2 is a graph showing the results of the cosmetic material application test of the cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and is the results corresponding to the column (column) of texture example 1 in the table above.
Specifically, (a) of fig. 2 shows the result of repeatedly applying the cosmetic material 220 to the artificial leather 2 times using the flocked tip as in the conventional art, (b) shows the result of repeatedly applying the cosmetic material 222 to the artificial leather 2 times using a finger, and (c) shows the result of repeatedly applying the cosmetic material 220 to the artificial leather 2 times using the porous sponge tip.
Referring to fig. 2, in the case (a) of using flocking, it was confirmed that the cosmetic 220 was not sufficiently applied and the pearl effect and the glossiness were not good. In the case (b) of using a finger, it was confirmed that although more cosmetic 220 was applied than in the case of using flocking, the cosmetic was applied in a state where a large amount of cosmetic 220 was piled up at the initial contact point, and the uniform characteristics were not exhibited as a whole. On the contrary, in the case (c) of using the porous sponge tip of the present example, it was confirmed that the excellent spreading property, the pearl effect of the general level and the relatively highest glossiness were exhibited.
Fig. 3 is a graph showing the results of still another cosmetic material application test of the cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention, and is the result corresponding to the column (column) of texture example 2 in the table above. Fig. 3 (a), (b), and (c) are the same as fig. 2, respectively, and are the results of repeatedly applying the cosmetic 220 to the artificial leather 2 times using the flocked tip, the finger, and the porous sponge tip.
Referring to fig. 3, it was confirmed that both the case (a) of using the flocked fabric and the case (b) of using the finger exhibited poor spreading and luster effects (pearl effect, glossiness), but the case (c) of using the porous sponge tip exhibited spreading and luster effects of a general level, a very excellent level, and an excellent glossiness.
Fig. 4 is a graph showing the results of another cosmetic material application test of the cosmetic container according to the embodiment of the present invention, which corresponds to the row (row) of the porous sponge tips in the above table, and shows the results of repeatedly applying the porous sponge tips to the artificial leather 2 times.
Specifically, (a) of fig. 4 is a result of applying a solid cosmetic, (b) is a result of applying a cosmetic having a viscosity of 9,000cps, (c) is a result of applying a cosmetic having a viscosity of 21,000cps, (d) is a result of applying a cosmetic having a viscosity of 10,000cps, and (e) is a result of applying a cosmetic having a viscosity of 20,000 cps. Where (d) is the result corresponding to (c) of fig. 2 and (e) is the result corresponding to (c) of fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 4, the solid cosmetic material (a) exhibits a general level of application properties as a whole, the cosmetic material (b) having a viscosity of 9,000cps exhibits a poor level of properties such as a low specific gravity of a pearl, and the cosmetic material (c) having a viscosity of 21,000cps exhibits a poor level of application properties as a whole.
As can be seen from the test results described above, when the cosmetic 220 having a viscosity of 10,000cps to 20,000cps is applied to the porous sponge-type tip 130 having pores with a size larger than the average size of the first powder 222 and smaller than the average size of the second powder 224, the cosmetic 220 can be applied with excellent spreadability, pearl effect, gloss, and the like.
