Abstract
The invention discloses a separable heating non-combustible cigarette, which is divided into a tobacco raw material section and a filter stick section: wherein the tobacco material section can be separated, and the length can be adjusted to adapt to a corresponding smoking set; the filter stick segments can be separated, so that the suction resistance and the additional fragrance brought by the filter stick can be properly reduced according to the suction preference; the tobacco section and the filter stick section can be separated, and the heating device can be suitable for split type heating non-combustion smoking sets. The invention designs a separable heating non-combustion cigarette, which can change the original structure of the cigarette according to the preference of a user and meet diversified smoking experience.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco, and particularly relates to a separable cigarette which is not combusted by heating.
Background
With the growing concern on the health of cigarette consumers, how to reduce the harm caused during the use of tobacco products becomes a hot spot of current research. The novel tobacco products comprise electronic cigarettes, heating non-combustible cigarettes and buccal cigarettes, and because the nicotine-generating transmission mode is different from that of the traditional cigarettes, and no sidestream smoke is generated, the harm of second-hand cigarettes is reduced, and the novel tobacco products are accepted by more and more consumers.
The cigarette which is not burnt is heated by a specific heater to generate smoke which is carried by air flow and enters the oral cavity through the filter stick. Generally, once the cigarettes are produced, the basic dimensions and specifications have been determined, i.e. it is substantially determined what smoking set is used and what taste of smoke is produced. However, diversified ways of use and diversified tastes are increasingly sought by consumers. Example 1:

The cigarette can be broken off and put into a split type smoking set, namely, the tobacco section is put into the raw material heating cavity, the filter stick section is put into the filter stick groove, and then the filter stick section is heated for a period of time and is sucked; the cigarette can also be directly used, and is heated by central heating or peripheral heating, and is sucked by the filter stick section.

The cigarette can be directly used by using a peripheral heating mode; the cigarette can also separate the raw material section and use the raw material section in a peripheral heating or central heating mode; the cigarette filter stick can be separated, if the taste of the popping beads is not needed, the popping bead section can be removed, and the suction resistance is reduced.

The node adopts a separation mode as follows: the tobacco raw material section is separated in a pre-punching way, namely, a hole is preset and can be broken off; the filter rod segments are closed together in a nested relationship and are separable by pulling out a portion; the two sections are combined together in an adhesive mode, and the adhesive part is peeled and separated. The tobacco raw material section is a disordered slice; the filter rod section is of a quaternary structure, and a hollow structure, a solid filter rod particle structure, a solid filter rod structure and a solid filter rod bead blasting structure are sequentially arranged from the tobacco shred end to the filter rod end. The cigarette has a circumference of 20 mm and a length of 70 mm; wherein the tobacco material section is 30 mm, the node position is 15 mm, the length of the filter stick is 40 mm, and the node position is in the middle of the solid filter stick structure.

The cigarette can be adjusted by shortening the raw material section according to different smoking sets, and peripheral heating or central heating modes can be used.

1. A separable cigarette without combustion by heating is composed of raw tobacco material segment, filter rod segment and several separable nodes.

The separable non-combustible heat cigarette according to claim 1, wherein: the nodes can be separated, and the cigarette can be divided into two sections; the separation mode is as follows: the separation can be performed in a pre-punching way, namely, a hole is preset and can be broken off; the separation can be rotary type, namely the separation can be divided into two parts by rotating and twisting; can be pulled apart, i.e. the two parts which are initially separable are closed together in a nested relationship and can be separated by pulling one part out; the adhesive portion may be peel-off, i.e., the two initially separated segments are adhesively joined together.

A separable heat non-combustible cigarette according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the nodes can be independently distributed in the tobacco raw material section and the filter stick section or simultaneously distributed in the tobacco section and the filter stick section; the number of the nodes can be 0-5/segment.
