本发明提供数据传输方法及装置。一方面,本发明实施例通过终端向网络设备发送目标信息,所述目标信息用于指示所述终端利用目标发送功率作为最大发送功率进行数据发送的相关信息,使得所述网络设备能够根据所述目标信息,确定所述终端利用所述目标发送功率作为最大发送功率进行数据发送,由于终端能够主动将自身所能够采用的最大发送功率通知给网络设备,使得能够有效避免高功率终端的SAR值超标的问题。
