Thus, the objects of the invention may also be achieved by running a program or a set of programs on any computing device. The computing device may be a general purpose device as is well known. The object of the invention is thus also achieved solely by providing a program product comprising program code for implementing the method or the apparatus. That is, such a program product also constitutes the present invention, and a storage medium storing such a program product also constitutes the present invention. It is to be understood that the storage medium may be any known storage medium or any storage medium developed in the future. It is further noted that in the apparatus and method of the present invention, it is apparent that each component or step can be decomposed and/or recombined. These decompositions and/or recombinations are to be regarded as equivalents of the present invention. Also, the steps of executing the series of processes described above may naturally be executed chronologically in the order described, but need not necessarily be executed chronologically. Some steps may be performed in parallel or independently of each other.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (28)

1. A method for transmitting system information, which is applied to a terminal, the method comprising:
sending indication information to network equipment, wherein the indication information is used for indicating system information which the terminal wants to acquire;
and receiving the system information sent by the network equipment.
2. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 1, wherein sending the indication information to the network device includes:
sending indication information to the source network device through a first message, wherein the first message comprises: presetting information or measurement report information; or
Sending indication information to the target network device through a second message, wherein the second message comprises: the method comprises the steps of presetting a message, sending a random access request message to a target network device in the process of initiating random access to the target network device, sending a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment request, and sending a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration completion message to the target network device after completing the random access.
3. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 2, wherein receiving the system information sent by the network device comprises:
receiving a cell switching command or a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message or a preset RRC message sent by the target network equipment, wherein the cell switching command or the RRC reconfiguration message or the preset RRC message carries part or all of the system message.
4. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 1, wherein sending the indication information to the network device includes:
sending the indication information to the master node through a third message, where the third message includes: a preset message or measurement report information.
5. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 4, wherein the measurement report information is measurement report information of a frequency point where the secondary node is located.
6. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 4, wherein receiving the system information sent by the network device comprises:
receiving auxiliary node or auxiliary cell adding information or a preset message sent by the main node, wherein the auxiliary node or auxiliary cell adding information or the preset message carries part or all of system information indicated by the indication information; or
Receiving the system information sent by the auxiliary node; or
And receiving the system information forwarded by the auxiliary node through the main node.
7. The method for transmitting system information according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the indication information indicates that the system information requested by the terminal in the target cell or the secondary cell is the same as the system information requested by the terminal from the serving cell, or the content indicated by the indication information is a system information list including at least one system information block.
8. A method for transmitting system information, which is applied to a network device, the method comprising:
receiving indication information sent by a terminal, wherein the indication information is used for indicating system information which the terminal wants to acquire;
and sending the system information to a terminal.
9. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 8, wherein the receiving the indication information sent by the terminal includes:
a source network device receives a first message which is sent by a terminal and carries the indication information, wherein the first message comprises a preset message or measurement report information, and sends part or all system information required by the terminal indicated by the indication information to a target network device; or
And the target network equipment receives a second message which is sent by the terminal and carries the indication information, wherein the second message comprises one of a preset message, a random access request message sent to the target network equipment in the process that the terminal initiates random access to the target network equipment, a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection establishment request and a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration completion message sent to the target network equipment after the random access is completed.
10. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 9, wherein the sending the system information to a terminal includes:
and the target network equipment sends a cell switching command or a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message or a preset RRC message to the terminal, wherein the cell switching command or the RRC reconfiguration message or the preset RRC message carries part or all of the system message.
11. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 8, wherein the receiving the indication information sent by the terminal includes:
and the main node receives a third message which is sent by the terminal and carries the indication information, wherein the third message comprises a preset message or measurement report information.
12. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 11, wherein the measurement report information is measurement report information of a frequency point where the secondary node is located.
13. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 11, further comprising:
and the main node sends auxiliary node adding request information to the auxiliary node, wherein the auxiliary node adding request information carries part or all system information required by the indication information indication terminal.
14. The method for transmitting system information according to claim 13, wherein the sending the system information to a terminal includes:

17. The terminal of claim 16, wherein the transceiver is configured to send the indication information to the source network device via a first message, and wherein the first message comprises: presetting information or measurement report information; or

The terminal of claim 17, wherein the transceiver is further configured to: receiving a cell switching command or a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message or a preset RRC message sent by the target network equipment, wherein the cell switching command or the RRC reconfiguration message or the preset RRC message carries part or all of the system message.
19. The terminal according to claim 16, wherein the transceiver is specifically configured to: sending the indication information to the master node through a third message, where the third message includes: a preset message or measurement report information.
20. The terminal of claim 19, wherein the transceiver is further configured to receive secondary node or secondary cell addition information sent by the master node, where the secondary node or secondary cell addition information carries part or all of system information indicated by the indication information; or receiving the system information sent by the auxiliary node; or receiving the system information forwarded by the secondary node through the primary node.
21. A network device, comprising:
the transceiver is used for receiving indication information sent by a terminal, wherein the indication information is used for indicating system information which the terminal wants to acquire and sending the system information to the terminal.

The network device according to claim 21, wherein a transceiver of a source network device receives a first message carrying the indication information and sent by a terminal, and the first message includes a preset message or measurement report information, and sends part or all of system information required by the terminal indicated by the indication information to the target network device; or, the transceiver of the target network device receives a second message carrying the indication information, where the second message includes one of a preset message, a random access request message sent to the target network device in a process that the terminal initiates random access to the target network device, a radio resource control RRC connection establishment request, and a radio resource control RRC reconfiguration complete message sent to the target network device after completing the random access.

The network device of claim 22, wherein the transceiver of the target network device sends a cell handover command or a Radio Resource Control (RRC) reconfiguration message or a preset RRC message to a terminal, and the cell handover command or the RRC reconfiguration message or the preset RRC message carries part or all of the system message.
24. The network device of claim 21, wherein the transceiver of the master node receives a third message carrying the indication information sent by the terminal, and the third message comprises a preset message or measurement report information.
25. The network device of claim 24, wherein the transceiver of the primary node is further configured to send secondary node addition request information to the secondary node, where the secondary node addition request information carries part or all of system information required by the indication information indication terminal.
26. The network device of claim 25, wherein the transceiver of the primary node is further configured to send secondary node or secondary cell addition information or a preset message to the terminal, where the secondary node or secondary cell addition information or preset message carries part or all of the system information indicated by the indication information; or receiving the system information sent by the auxiliary node and sending the system information to a terminal; or when the network equipment is an auxiliary node, the transceiver of the auxiliary node sends the system information to the terminal.
27. A communication device, comprising: a processor, a memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, performs the method of any of claims 1 to 7 or the method of any of claims 8 to 15.
