Optionally, the transceiver 62 is further configured to send a log or indication information to a network device before receiving the request message, where the log or indication information prompts that the terminal has updated the cell reselection information.
Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present invention further provides another terminal, as shown in fig. 7, a terminal 700 includes: a processor 701, a transceiver 702, a memory 703 and a bus interface, wherein:
the transceiver 702 is configured to receive a configuration message sent by a network device, where the configuration message is used to instruct the terminal to record cell reselection information;
in this embodiment of the present invention, the terminal 700 further includes: a computer program stored on the memory 703 and executable on the processor 701, the computer program when executed by the processor 701 performing the steps of: and recording the cell reselection information after the terminal enters an idle state or an inactive state according to the configuration message.
In fig. 7, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors, represented by processor 701, and various circuits, represented by memory 703, being linked together. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. The transceiver 702 may be a number of elements including a transmitter and a receiver that provide a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The user interface 704 may also be an interface capable of interfacing with a desired device for different user devices, including but not limited to a keypad, display, speaker, microphone, joystick, etc.
The processor 701 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 703 may store data used by the processor 701 in performing operations.
The configuration message is further used for indicating the content of the cell reselection information needing to be recorded by the terminal, and the content of the cell reselection information comprises at least one of the following information:
the time and geographic location at which cell reselection occurs;
a cell parameter of a source cell;
a cell parameter of a target cell;
a time length threshold T of the timer;
a counting threshold N of the counter;
triggering and recording the triggering condition of the cell reselection information;
wherein the cell parameters include one or more of a cell identity, a cell quality indicator, and a beam identity and its quality that participate in the calculation of the cell quality indicator.
Optionally, the trigger condition includes at least one of the following conditions:
the first target cell reselected by the terminal at present is a target cell in the history reselection record of the terminal;
a target cell with the occurrence frequency exceeding the counting threshold exists in the historical reselection record of the terminal;
the reselection times of the terminal in the duration threshold exceed the counting threshold;
wherein the historical reselection record is used for recording a target cell reselected by the terminal in a time period from T0-T to T0, and T0 represents the current time.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to send the cell reselection information to a network device.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to send the cell reselection information to a network device after the terminal enters a connected state; or, in the process that the terminal enters the connection state, the cell reselection information is sent to the network equipment; or, when the terminal is in an idle state or an inactive state, the cell reselection information is sent to the network device through a predefined notification message.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to receive a request message sent by a network device for requesting the cell reselection information before sending the cell reselection information.
Optionally, the transceiver 702 is further configured to send a log or indication information to a network device before receiving the request message, where the log or indication information prompts that the terminal has updated the cell reselection information.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment of the present invention.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a U disk, a removable hard disk, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (28)

1. A method for configuring and recording cell reselection information is applied to a network device, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the network equipment sends a configuration message to a terminal, wherein the configuration message is used for indicating the terminal to record cell reselection information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the configuration message is further used for indicating content of cell reselection information that the terminal needs to record, the content of cell reselection information comprising at least one of the following information:
the time and geographic location at which cell reselection occurs;
a cell parameter of a source cell;
a cell parameter of a target cell;
a time length threshold T of the timer;
a counting threshold N of the counter;
triggering and recording the triggering condition of the cell reselection information;
wherein the cell parameters include one or more of a cell identity, a cell quality indicator, and a beam identity and its quality measured by the UE or involved in calculating the cell quality indicator.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the trigger condition comprises at least one of:
the first target cell reselected by the terminal at present is a target cell in the history reselection record of the terminal;
a target cell with the occurrence frequency exceeding the counting threshold exists in the historical reselection record of the terminal;
the reselection times of the terminal in the duration threshold exceed the counting threshold;
wherein, the historical reselection record may be used to record a target cell reselected by the terminal in a time period from T0-T to T0, and T0 represents the current time.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and receiving the cell reselection information sent by the terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to receiving the cell reselection information sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
and sending a request message for requesting the cell reselection information of the terminal to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein prior to sending the request message, the method further comprises:
receiving a log or indication information sent by a terminal;
and when the log or the indication information prompts that the terminal records or updates the cell reselection information, entering the step of sending a request message for requesting the cell reselection information of the terminal to the terminal.
7. A method for configuring and recording cell reselection information is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a configuration message sent by network equipment, wherein the configuration message is used for indicating the terminal to record cell reselection information;
and recording the cell reselection information after the terminal enters an idle state or an inactive state according to the configuration message.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the configuration message is further used for indicating content of cell reselection information that the terminal needs to record, the content of cell reselection information comprising at least one of the following information:
the time and geographic location at which cell reselection occurs;
a cell parameter of a source cell;
a cell parameter of a target cell;
a time length threshold T of the timer;
a counting threshold N of the counter;
triggering and recording the triggering condition of the cell reselection information;
wherein the cell parameters include one or more of a cell identity, a cell quality indicator, and a beam identity and its quality that participate in the calculation of the cell quality indicator.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the trigger condition comprises at least one of:
the first target cell reselected by the terminal at present is a target cell in the history reselection record of the terminal;
a target cell with the occurrence frequency exceeding the counting threshold exists in the historical reselection record of the terminal;
the reselection times of the terminal in the duration threshold exceed the counting threshold;
wherein the historical reselection record is used for recording a target cell reselected by the terminal in a time period from T0-T to T0, and T0 represents the current time.
10. The method of any of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
and sending the cell reselection information to network equipment.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the step of sending the cell reselection information to a network device comprises:
after the terminal enters a connection state, the cell reselection information is sent to network equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
in the process that the terminal enters a connection state, the cell reselection information is sent to network equipment; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and when the terminal is in an idle state or an inactive state, sending the cell reselection information to the network equipment through a predefined notification message.
12. The method of claim 10, wherein prior to transmitting the cell reselection information, the method further comprises:
and receiving a request message which is sent by network equipment and used for requesting the cell reselection information.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein prior to receiving the request message, the method further comprises:
and sending a log or indication information to the network equipment, wherein the log or the indication information prompts the terminal to update the cell reselection information.
14. A network device, comprising:
the terminal comprises a transceiver and a controller, wherein the transceiver is used for sending a configuration message to the terminal, and the configuration message is used for indicating the terminal to record cell reselection information.
15. The network device of claim 14, wherein the configuration message is further used to indicate content of cell reselection information that the terminal needs to record, the content of cell reselection information comprising at least one of:
the time and geographic location at which cell reselection occurs;
a cell parameter of a source cell;
a cell parameter of a target cell;
a time length threshold T of the timer;
a counting threshold N of the counter;
triggering and recording the triggering condition of the cell reselection information;
wherein the cell parameters include one or more of a cell identity, a cell quality indicator, and a beam identity and its quality that participate in the calculation of the cell quality indicator.
16. The network device of claim 15, wherein the trigger condition comprises at least one of:
the first target cell reselected by the terminal at present is a target cell in the history reselection record of the terminal;
a target cell with the occurrence frequency exceeding the counting threshold exists in the historical reselection record of the terminal;
the reselection times of the terminal in the duration threshold exceed the counting threshold;
wherein the historical reselection record is used for recording a target cell reselected by the terminal in a time period from T0-T to T0, and T0 represents the current time.
17. The network device of any of claims 14 to 16,
the transceiver is further configured to receive the cell reselection information sent by the terminal.
18. The network device of claim 4,
the transceiver is further configured to send a request message for requesting the cell reselection information of the terminal to the terminal before receiving the cell reselection information sent by the terminal.
19. The network device of claim 18,
the transceiver is further used for receiving the log or the indication information sent by the terminal before the request message is sent; and when the log or the indication information prompts that the terminal updates the cell reselection information, sending the cell reselection information for requesting the terminal to the terminal.
20. A terminal, comprising:
the terminal comprises a transceiver and a controller, wherein the transceiver is used for receiving a configuration message sent by network equipment, and the configuration message is used for indicating the terminal to record cell reselection information;
and the processor is used for recording the cell reselection information after the terminal enters an idle state or an inactive state according to the configuration message.
21. The terminal of claim 20, wherein the configuration message is further used for indicating a content of cell reselection information that the terminal needs to record, the content of cell reselection information comprising at least one of the following information:
the time and geographic location at which cell reselection occurs;
a cell parameter of a source cell;
a cell parameter of a target cell;
a time length threshold T of the timer;
a counting threshold N of the counter;
triggering and recording the triggering condition of the cell reselection information;
wherein the cell parameters include one or more of a cell identity, a cell quality indicator, and a beam identity and its quality that participate in the calculation of the cell quality indicator.
22. The terminal of claim 21, wherein the trigger condition comprises at least one of:
the first target cell reselected by the terminal at present is a target cell in the history reselection record of the terminal;
a target cell with the occurrence frequency exceeding the counting threshold exists in the historical reselection record of the terminal;
the reselection times of the terminal in the duration threshold exceed the counting threshold;
wherein the historical reselection record is used for recording a target cell reselected by the terminal in a time period from T0-T to T0, and T0 represents the current time.
23. The terminal according to any of the claims 20 to 22,
the transceiver is further configured to send the cell reselection information to a network device.
24. The terminal of claim 23,
the transceiver is further configured to send the cell reselection information to a network device after the terminal enters a connected state; or, in the process that the terminal enters the connection state, the cell reselection information is sent to the network equipment; or, when the terminal is in an idle state or an inactive state, the cell reselection information is sent to the network device through a predefined notification message.
25. The terminal of claim 23,
the transceiver is further configured to receive a request message sent by a network device for requesting the cell reselection information before sending the cell reselection information.
26. The terminal of claim 25,
the transceiver is further configured to send a log or indication information to a network device before receiving the request message, where the log or indication information prompts that the terminal has updated the cell reselection information.
27. A communication device, comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which computer program, when executed by the processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
28. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 13.
