Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a dual-channel wireless communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the dual-channel wireless communication method provided in the present application may be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. The device end 102 employs a dual-channel communication mechanism, for example, the device end 102 employs two communication technologies of Zigbee and WIFI, the two communication modes are redundant of each other, and in terms of a software communication protocol, a certain fault-tolerant mechanism is employed, that is, after the device end 102 joins a Zigbee network in a role of a Zigbee network node, a Zigbee module of the device end 102 communicates with a Zigbee gateway 104, and obtains a WIFI network Service Set Identifier (SSID) and a password of an upstream WIFI router 106 of the Zigbee gateway 104, at this time, a WIFI module of the device end 102 accesses the network by using the obtained Zigbee SSID and the obtained WIFI password, so that dual connection of the device end in two communication modes of Zigbee and WIFI and mutual redundancy can be achieved. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various internet of things terminal devices such as an intelligent air conditioner, an intelligent light bulb, an intelligent curtain, an intelligent refrigerator, an intelligent camera, and the like.
In an embodiment, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a dual channel wireless communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, a dual channel wireless communication method is provided, which is described by taking the method as an example applied to the device side 102 in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step S210, the equipment end divides the transmission data into data frames and numbers the data frames, and the equipment end is respectively accessed into a first wireless communication network and a second wireless communication network;
in step S210, the dual-channel wireless communication system defines a standard data frame definition, where the data frame is a minimum unit of data transmission, for example, each data frame is defined to contain 1K data, a 10K file is divided into 10 data frames with a size of 1K and numbered 00-09, optionally, the number further includes an identifier for identifying the file to which the data frame belongs, and the receiving end can integrate and restore the original file according to the identifier of the file and the number of the data frame. In addition, the device end is simultaneously and respectively accessed to a first wireless communication network and a second wireless communication network in two wireless communication modes, the wireless communication networks can be wireless networks such as a WiFi network, a Zigbee network and a Sub-1G RF network, and after the two wireless communication networks are accessed, the device end keeps long connection with the two wireless networks in a heartbeat packet mode.
Step S220, the equipment end stores the first data frame into a buffer unit;
step S230, in case that the first wireless communication network fails to transmit the first data frame, acquiring the first number of the first data frame, and re-acquiring the first data frame according to the first number and transmitting the first data frame through the second wireless communication network.
In steps S220 and S230, the device end stores the data frame into the buffer unit when transmitting the data frame, the data transmission process includes both the data transmission process and the data reception process, the data frame in the buffer unit may be regarded as a record of the transmission process, for example, a file including 10 data frames is transmitted through the first wireless communication network, when the file is transmitted to the 5 th frame, the first wireless network is abnormal, optionally, the device end sets a preset retransmission number, for example, the device end transmits a certain data frame, and if an acknowledgment character of the receiving end is not received at a preset time interval, it is considered that the data frame is failed to be transmitted, the device end initiates retransmission, and if the retransmission fails for 5 consecutive times, it is determined that the first wireless network is abnormal.
Through the above steps S210 to S230, the device side obtains the data frame or the number of the data frame from the buffer unit, closes the connection of the first wireless communication network, enables the second wireless communication network maintaining the long connection, the data frame is transmitted or re-requested according to the number of the data frame immediately after the second wireless communication network is successfully enabled, therefore, under the condition that the first communication channel receives the interference network abnormity, the equipment end can be switched to the second wireless communication network for transmission, and the buffer unit records the data frame with transmission failure, the equipment end can be switched to the second wireless communication network and starts to transmit from the data frame again, so that more stable wireless communication and smooth switching of the wireless communication network are realized, and the non-inductive instantaneous switching is completely transparent to the user, so that the actual data network transmission is not influenced, and the high-efficiency non-inductive switching is realized.
In an embodiment, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a two-channel wireless communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, after the device stores the first data frame in the buffer unit, the method includes:
step S310, the buffer unit integrates the data frames into transmission data according to the serial numbers and stores the transmission data blocks into a nonvolatile storage area;
step S320, when the device side is powered off and restarted, acquiring the transmission data from the nonvolatile storage area for retransmission.
Through the above steps S310 to S320, aiming at the power-off volatility characteristic of the buffer unit, a nonvolatile area is specially opened in a storage space of a flash memory (F L ASH) or an external Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM) to store the standard data frame in the buffer unit, after a complete file is received, the standard data frame is automatically stored in the nonvolatile area, and optionally, each transmitted data frame is stored in the nonvolatile area.
In an embodiment, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third method for dual-channel wireless communication according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 4, after the device stores the first data frame in the buffer unit, the method includes:
step S410, the device end stores the data frame in the buffer unit into a nonvolatile storage area under the condition of receiving the power-off signal;
step S420, in case of power-off and restart of the device side, acquiring the data frame from the nonvolatile storage for retransmission.
In this embodiment, in the process of storing the data frame in the buffer unit, the non-volatile storage area starts the burst storage mode when receiving the external power outage signal flag, and stores the existing buffer data in the non-volatile area.
In one embodiment, after reacquiring the first data frame according to the first number and transmitting the first data frame through the second wireless communication network, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the recovery of the first wireless communication network is detected, acquiring a second number of a second data frame transmitted by a second wireless communication network, and acquiring a next data frame to be transmitted according to the second number and transmitting the next data frame to be transmitted through the first wireless communication network.
In this embodiment, after the device side switches to the second wireless communication network, the first wireless communication network is recovered, and optionally, the device side may continue to connect to the second wireless communication network while taking the recovered first wireless communication network as a standby network, and switch to the first wireless communication network in case of an abnormality in the second wireless communication network, where the priorities of the first wireless communication network and the second wireless communication network are the same. In this embodiment, an implementation is given in which the priority of the first wireless communication network is higher than that of the second wireless communication network, and setting the priority is favorable for low-power operation of the communication network, that is, the first wireless communication network is set to be a wireless communication network with lower power consumption, such as a Zigbee network, the communication network is limited to adopt a Zigbee module to communicate with a Zigbee gateway or other Zigbee network nodes by default and preferentially, and the second wireless communication network is in a sleep mode at other times except for maintaining long connection of heartbeat packets. Meanwhile, the equipment end can monitor the communication efficiency of the Zigbee network in real time, when the network condition is abnormal, a certain retransmission mechanism is adopted for communication again and timeout time is set, communication is still not successful after certain timeout time, the equipment end can close the Zigbee network communication and switch to the second wireless communication network, when the equipment end is switched to the second wireless communication network, the equipment end still keeps trying to restart the Zigbee network by switching different channels, and the equipment end is switched back to the Zigbee network again after the Zigbee network is restarted successfully. Optionally, during an idle period of data communication at the device side, that is, when no communication data is exchanged in the network, the device side may gradually reduce the power and time interval for sending the heartbeat packet, further reducing the overall power consumption of the device. Since the device side is battery powered in many application scenarios, the power consumption can be better reduced by the above-described embodiment.
In one embodiment, the device end is respectively connected to a first wireless communication network and a second wireless communication network, the first wireless communication network is a Zigbee network, and the second wireless communication network is a WiFi network. Because the Bluetooth transmission distance is short and is only about 10 meters, and protocols among different devices are incompatible, the Sub 1G RF technology is not provided with a communication protocol with a unified standard and can only be applied to a local network, and therefore a dual-channel wireless communication mechanism is established by selecting a Zigbee and WiFi network with good transmission distance and compatibility.
In one embodiment, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a fourth method for dual channel wireless communication according to an embodiment of the present invention, where as shown in fig. 5, after the first data frame is retrieved according to the first number and transmitted through the WiFi network, the method includes:
step S510, according to a channel scanning result of the WiFi network, selecting a first channel as a transmission channel of the Zigbee network, and restarting the Zigbee network, wherein the first channel is the most idle available channel in the channel scanning result;
in step S510, since the channel search capability of the WiFi module of the device end is utilized, the automatic channel scanning function is used to scan the surrounding wireless signal networks, calculate the channel with the minimum interference, and transmit the scanning result to the Zigbee module, the Zigbee module selects the channel optimal to the Zigbee network according to the scanning result of the WiFi module, and restarts the Zigbee network.
Step S520, acquiring a second number of a second data frame transmitted by the WiFi network, acquiring a next data frame to be transmitted according to the second number and transmitting the next data frame to be transmitted through the Zigbee network;
in step S520, the device side obtains the second number of the second data frame successfully transmitted by the WiFi network from the cache unit, for example, if the number of the data frame is 05, the Zigbee module of the device side requests the data frame numbered 06, restarts the Zigbee network, and transmits the 06 data frame through the Zigbee network, so that the breakpoint-free transmission of data is realized under the network switching condition.
In a specific embodiment, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a dual-channel wireless communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the WiFi and Zigbee dual-channel wireless communication method includes the following steps:
step S602, the equipment side judges whether the communication of the Zigbee communication network is normal;
step S604, under the condition that the Zigbee communication network is normal, starting a Zigbee communication module to transmit data;
step S606, writing the transmitted data frame into a buffer unit;
step S608, analyzing and processing the data frame;
step S610, the equipment end executes actions according to data analysis and processing results, for example, the equipment end is an intelligent camera, and if the received data is judged to be an instruction for rotating the camera after being processed, the equipment end can execute the instruction;
step S612, the data frame is stored in the nonvolatile storage area;
step S614, under the condition that the Zigbee communication network is abnormal, judging whether the WiFi communication network is normal or not;
step S616, under the condition that the WiFi network communication is normal, switching to the WiFi network for communication;
step 618, repairing the Zigbee network by using a channel scanning function in WiFi communication while performing communication through the WiFi network;
step S620, determining whether the Zigbee channel is successfully repaired, if the Zigbee channel is successfully repaired, switching to the Zigbee communication network again for data transmission, and if the Zigbee channel is not successfully repaired, continuing to use the WiFi network for data transmission, and optionally, after a preset time period, retrying the Zigbee channel repair;
step S622, outputting a fault code when both the Zigbee network and the WiFi network are abnormal, so as to analyze the reason for the network abnormality in the following.
