The system comprises a wireless recording device, a cloud storage filtering system and a terminal editing system, wherein the wireless recording device comprises an audio and video acquisition module, a central processing unit module, a manual trigger module, a data cache module, an audio and video correction module, a backtracking recording module and a wireless communication module. The system comprises a data cache module, a wireless recording device, a cloud storage and filtration system and a wireless communication module, wherein the data cache module is used for caching external sound and video in real time, and when a user triggers a manual trigger module, the system automatically extracts audio and video data which are N seconds before the trigger time and at most M seconds after the trigger time and sends the audio and video data to the cloud storage and filtration system through the wireless communication module; the audio and video data can reach the terminal APP through forwarding of the cloud storage filtering system, and a user can check, edit and label the audio and video through the terminal editing system at the terminal APP.
