Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a method for detecting a crank call provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method may be applied to a first electronic device, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:
step 101, under the condition that a first communication connection is established between a first electronic device and a second electronic device, first target audio data from the second electronic device is obtained.
The first electronic device and the second electronic device may be mobile phones, tablet computers, wearable devices, and the like, and may transmit audio data through a communication network. The first communication connection is a communication connection established between the first electronic device and the second electronic device for transmitting audio data. For example, the second electronic device may respond to an input of the user B, which may be, for example, a click operation of clicking a send button, and send a communication request to the first electronic device requesting establishment of a first communication connection with the first electronic device. After receiving the communication request sent by the second electronic device, the first electronic device may respond to an input of the user a, which may be, for example, a click operation of clicking a determination button, and establish a first communication connection with the second electronic device. The process of establishing the first communication connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device may refer to the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, after the first communication connection is established, the first electronic device and the second electronic device may transmit audio data through the first communication connection. For example, the first electronic device may collect voice information of the user a, convert the voice information of the user a into audio data, and then transmit the audio data to the second electronic device. Similarly, the second electronic device may collect the sound information of the user B, convert the sound information of the user B into audio data, and then send the audio data to the first electronic device. In the transmission process of the audio data, the first electronic device may receive and store the audio data sent by the second electronic device as the first target audio data. The process of transmitting audio data by the first electronic device and the second electronic device through the first communication connection, and the process of acquiring the first target audio data by the first electronic device may refer to the process of transmitting and acquiring audio data in the prior art, which is not described herein in detail in this embodiment.
Step 102, receiving a first input from a user, and determining a first target time.
The first input may be, for example, a click operation of a user clicking an end button, and the first target time is a time point corresponding to the first input performed by the user.
In this embodiment, the first electronic device may receive and respond to a first input of a user, and determine a first target time corresponding to the first input. For example, when the user a performs a click operation of clicking the end button, the first electronic device may determine, as the first target time, a time point (e.g., 12 points 00 minutes 00 seconds) corresponding to when the user a clicks the end button in response to the click operation of the user a.
In practical applications, the first electronic device may disconnect the first communication connection within a preset time after receiving the first input. For example, the first electronic device may disconnect the first communication connection within 2 minutes (preset time) after receiving the first input, i.e., disconnect the first communication connection 12 points 02 minutes and 00 seconds after the user a clicks the end button. The length of the preset time may be set according to the requirement, which is not limited in this example.
Step 103, determining the communication type of the first communication connection according to the first target audio data and the first target time.
The communication types comprise normal communication and harassing communication. The normal communication may be a communication type of the first communication connection when the user using the first electronic device and the user using the second electronic device establish the first communication connection according with the will of both parties for performing communication of normal transactions. For example, when the user a and the user B establish the first communication connection for the communication work, the communication type of the first communication connection is normal communication. Conversely, the harassing communication may be a harassing communication in which the communication type of the first communication connection is the harassing communication when the first communication connection is established according to unilateral intention without the consent of the user using the first electronic device or the user using the second electronic device. For example, when the user B actively establishes the first communication connection with the user a for a promotional item, the communication type of the first communication connection is harassing communication. It should be noted that the communication type does not change the connection mode of the first communication connection, and the definition and classification method of the communication type may be set according to the requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the first electronic device may determine the communication type of the first communication connection according to the first target audio data and the first target time, so as to determine that the first communication connection is a normal communication or a harassing communication. For example, the first electronic device may determine, according to the first target time, audio data located before or after the first target time in the first target audio data, perform speech recognition on the audio data located before or after the first target time, and determine the communication type of the first communication connection according to a result of the speech recognition.
In practical application, the specific method for determining the communication type of the first communication connection by the first electronic device according to the first target audio data and the first target time may be set according to requirements, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step 104, when the communication type of the first communication connection is harassing communication, marking the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic equipment as a harassing telephone number.
And the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic equipment is the telephone number used by the second electronic equipment when the first communication connection is established.
In this embodiment, the first electronic device may obtain a phone number used by the second electronic device when the first communication connection is established. In combination with step 101, the communication request sent by the second electronic device may include a phone number corresponding to the second electronic device, and after receiving the communication request sent by the second electronic device, the first electronic device may parse the communication request to obtain the phone number included in the communication request. The method for acquiring the phone number corresponding to the second electronic device by the first electronic device may refer to the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In practical application, when the first electronic device determines that the communication type of the first communication connection is harassing communication, the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device may be marked as a harassing telephone number. After the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device is marked as a harassing telephone number, if the communication request including the harassing telephone number is received again, the first electronic device may ignore the communication request, and avoid establishing a communication connection with the second electronic device. The method for marking the telephone number and the method for using the harassing telephone number refer to the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the first electronic device may obtain first target audio data from the second electronic device when the first electronic device establishes the first communication connection with the second electronic device, receive a first input from a user, determine a first target time, determine a communication type of the first communication connection according to the first target audio data and the first target time, and mark a telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device as a harassing telephone number when the communication type of the first communication connection is a harassing communication. The communication type of the first communication connection is determined according to the first target audio data and the first target time, the communication type of the first communication connection can be accurately determined, whether the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device is a crank telephone number or not can be accurately determined, the identification precision of the crank telephone number is improved, and the problems that operation is complex and efficiency is low when crank telephones are identified and marked manually can be solved.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of another method for detecting a crank call provided in an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
step 201, under the condition that the first electronic device establishes the first communication connection with the second electronic device and the phone number is not a phone number pre-stored in the first electronic device, acquiring the first target audio data.
In this embodiment, after the first electronic device establishes the first communication connection with the second electronic device, the first electronic device may first determine a phone number corresponding to the second electronic device, and determine whether the phone number corresponding to the second electronic device is a phone number pre-stored in the first electronic device, so as to determine whether to acquire the first target audio data.
For example, the pre-stored phone number may be a phone number in an address book of the first electronic device, and may of course be a phone number stored in other application programs such as WeChat, QQ, Skype, and so on, and in connection with step 104, after the first electronic device receives the communication request sent by the second electronic device and determines the phone number included in the communication request, the first electronic device may compare the phone number included in the communication request with each phone number in the address book and determine whether the phone number included in the communication request is a phone number in the address book. When the telephone number included in the communication request is determined to be the telephone number in the address list, the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device can be determined to be the known telephone number, the communication type of the first communication connection does not need to be determined, and further the first target audio data does not need to be acquired. Conversely, when the phone number corresponding to the second electronic device is not the phone number in the address book, it may be determined that the phone number corresponding to the second electronic device is an unknown phone number, the first target audio data needs to be acquired, and the communication type of the first communication connection is further determined according to the first target audio data.
In practical application, when the phone number corresponding to the second electronic device is the phone number in the address book of the first electronic device, the first target audio data is not acquired, the communication type of the first communication connection is not judged, the known phone number can be prevented from being identified, and the load of the first electronic device is reduced.
Step 202, receiving a first input from a user, and determining a first target time.
Step 203, determining the communication type of the first communication connection according to the first target audio data and the first target time.
Wherein, according to the first target audio data and the first target time, determining the communication type of the first communication connection may be implemented as follows:
the implementation mode is as follows: and taking the harassing communication as the communication type of the first communication connection under the condition that the first target audio data comprises audio data after the first target time.
In this embodiment, after determining the first target time, the first electronic device may determine, according to the first target time, whether the first target audio data includes audio data located after the first target time, and determine that the communication type of the first communication connection is harassing communication when the first target audio data includes audio data after the first target time.
For example, the first electronic device may record an end time of the first target audio data during the process of acquiring the first target audio data. With reference to the above example, if the first electronic device receives the first input from the user at 12: 00/second and disconnects the first communication connection at 12: 02/00/second, the first electronic device may acquire the audio data from the second electronic device after 12: 00/second, where the first target audio data includes the audio data before 12: 00/second and the audio data after 12: 00/second. And, according to the disconnection time of the first communication connection, it may be determined that the first target audio data ends at 12 point 02 min 00 sec, and the first electronic device may determine and record the end time of the first target audio data as 12 point 02 min 00 sec. After determining the first target time, the first electronic device may compare the first target time with an end time of the first target audio data, and if the first target time is before the end time of the first target audio data, it may be determined that the first target audio data includes audio data after the first target time. For example, the ending time of the first target audio data is 12 o 'clock 02 min 00 sec, and if the first target time is 12 o' clock 00 min 00 sec, it may be determined that the first target audio data includes audio data between 12 o 'clock 00 min and 12 o' clock 02 min 00 sec, that is, it is determined that the first target audio data includes audio data after the first target time. Further, in the case where it is determined that the first target audio data includes audio data located after the first target time, the harassing communication is taken as the communication type of the first communication connection.
It should be noted that, the above is merely an exemplary example, in practical applications, it may also be determined whether the first target audio data includes audio data after the first target time by using other methods, for example, it may be determined whether the first target audio data includes audio data after the first target time by combining data such as a start time of the first target audio data, the first target time, and a length of the first target audio data, and the method of specifically determining whether the first target audio data includes audio data after the first target time may be set according to requirements, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In normal communication, when a user uses the electronic device to perform a call, the user generally informs the other party of ending the call and about to disconnect the first communication connection before ending the call and disconnecting the first communication connection. For example, when the user a and the user B perform a voice call through the first communication connection, before the call is ended, the user a and/or the user B may notify the other party to end the call, and the two parties may speak terms such as "kagaku" and "bye" to notify the other party that the call is to be ended, and after the other party is notified that the call is to be ended, the user a or the user B performs an operation of clicking an end button to disconnect the first communication connection. After the user A and/or the user B inform the opposite side that the call is about to be ended, the two sides can think that the call is ended and do not make a sound any more regardless of whether the first communication connection is disconnected. When the first communication connection is a nuisance communication, the user usually performs the first input directly without informing the opposite party that the call is to be ended, and disconnects the first communication connection to end the call. In this embodiment, after receiving the first input of the user a, the first electronic device disconnects the first communication connection within a preset time after receiving the first input, and if the first electronic device can still obtain audio data (audio data after the first target time) from the second electronic device after receiving the first input and before disconnecting the first communication connection, it may be determined that the user a directly performs the first input for ending the call without notifying the user B, so that the first electronic device disconnects the first communication connection within the preset time after receiving the first input. At this time, it may be determined that the call between the user B and the user a is an abnormal call, and the harassing communication may be used as the communication type of the first communication connection.
The implementation mode two is as follows: and converting the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data into a text, acquiring the last section of characters in the text, and taking harassing communication as the communication type of the first communication connection under the condition that the semantics of the last section of characters are incomplete.
It should be noted that, if it cannot be determined that the communication type of the first communication connection is a harassing communication through the first implementation, the communication type of the first communication connection may be determined through the second implementation. Or, the first implementation mode is not adopted, and the second implementation mode is directly adopted to judge the communication type of the first communication connection.
The second implementation manner is adopted to determine the communication type of the first communication connection, for example: after determining the first target time, the first electronic device may acquire, according to the end time of the first target audio data and the first target time, audio data located before the first target time in the first target audio data. For example, the first electronic device may crop out audio data of the last 2 minutes (i.e., audio data of 12: 00/min 00 sec to 12: 02/min 00 sec) in the first target audio data to obtain audio data located before the first target time (12: 00/min 00 sec) in the first target audio data. In practical applications, the first electronic device may also obtain, by other methods, audio data located before the first target time in the first target audio data, which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the first electronic device obtains the audio data of the first target audio data before the first target time, the audio data of the first target audio data before the first target time may be converted into a text by using a speech recognition technology, and the text is punctuated to obtain a last segment of characters in the text, and further, the last segment of characters may be subjected to semantic analysis to determine whether the semantics of the last segment of characters are complete. For example, if the last text is "do you need the consulting service provided by my company? "the last text is determined to be a complete semantic question sentence, and sentences such as" you need "and" you want to buy "lack objects and are incomplete semantic sentences. And when the semantic of the last text is determined to be incomplete, taking the harassing communication as the communication type of the first communication connection. The specific process of speech recognition and semantic analysis may refer to speech recognition and semantic analysis techniques in the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In practical application, when the communication type of the first communication connection is normal communication, the user may end the call after the semantic expression is complete, and disconnect the first communication connection. On the contrary, when the communication type of the first communication connection is harassing communication, the user receiving the communication request can directly disconnect the first communication connection, so that the user initiating the communication request cannot completely express the semantics. For example, when the user a and the user B are in a normal conversation, the user a may perform a click operation of clicking an end button after waiting for the user B to finish a last speech, and disconnect the first communication connection. At this time, in the text corresponding to the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data, the semantics of the last segment of text are complete. On the contrary, if the user B makes a harassing call, the user a does not patiently wait for the last sentence after the user B finishes speaking, but directly performs the click operation of clicking the end button to disconnect the first communication connection, so that the semantics of the last first segment of the text in the text are incomplete.
The implementation mode is three: and determining the last sentence in the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data, and taking the harassing communication as the communication type of the first communication connection under the condition that the semantic of the last sentence is incomplete.
In this embodiment, if it cannot be determined that the communication type of the first communication connection is a harassing communication through the first implementation manner, the third implementation manner may also be adopted to determine the communication type of the first communication connection.
Specifically, the first electronic device may first obtain audio data located before a first target time in the first target audio data, perform sentence recognition on the audio data located before the first target time in the first target audio data, and determine a last sentence in the audio data located before the first target time in the first target audio data. For example, after the first electronic device acquires the audio data located before the first target time in the first target audio data, the last sentence may be determined according to the speech interval of the audio data located before the first target time in the first target audio data. And then, converting the last sentence into a text, and taking the harassing communication as the communication type of the first communication connection under the condition that the semantic of the last sentence is determined to be incomplete according to the text obtained by conversion. For a specific method for determining the last sentence in the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data, reference may be made to the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
By means of the first implementation manner, the first electronic device directly determines the communication type of the first communication connection when determining that the first target audio data includes audio data located after the first target time, and the communication type of the first communication connection can be determined more quickly and simply. And when the first target audio data comprises audio data after the first target time, the communication type of the first communication connection can be directly determined, the process of determining the communication type by adopting the second implementation mode or the third implementation mode can be avoided, the operation of the first electronic device can be reduced, and the load of the first electronic device can be reduced.
In the case that the communication type of the first communication connection cannot be determined to be a nuisance communication by the first implementation, the communication type of the first communication connection may be determined in the second or third implementation. In the second mode, the communication type of the first communication connection is determined by judging whether the semantics of the last section of words in the text corresponding to the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data are complete, so that the communication type of the first communication connection can be accurately determined. Meanwhile, only the last segment of words in the word text corresponding to the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data is subjected to semantic analysis, so that the whole word text corresponding to the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data can be prevented from being analyzed, the data volume in the analysis process is reduced, and the load of the first electronic equipment is reduced. When the method III is adopted, the last sentence of the audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data is determined, then the last sentence is converted into the text, the communication type of the first communication connection is determined according to the text corresponding to the last sentence, the converted data of the text can be reduced, the data volume in the analysis process is reduced, and the load of the first electronic equipment is reduced.
And step 204, when the communication type of the first communication connection is harassing communication, marking the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic equipment as a harassing telephone number.
Optionally, after the step of receiving the first input from the user and determining the first target time, the method may further include the following step, that is, after the step of receiving the first input from the user and determining the first target time, step 203, determining the communication type of the first communication connection according to the first target audio data and the first target time, may be implemented by:
detecting first target audio data;
and under the condition that the first target audio data comprises the first sub-audio data, determining the communication type of the first communication connection as a harassing communication.
The first sub-audio data is audio data in the first target audio data within a first preset time after the first target time.
It should be noted that, if the first electronic device does not disconnect the first communication connection after receiving the first input from the user and determining the first target time, the first electronic device may still receive the audio data from the second electronic device. For example, a first preset time period is set, whether audio data of the second electronic device is received within the first preset time period is judged, if the audio data of the second electronic device is received within the first preset time period, the first electronic device may execute disconnection of the first communication connection, in this case, the first target audio data includes first sub-audio data, and the first sub-audio data is audio data in the first target audio data within the first preset time period after the first target time. By setting the first preset duration, the waiting time after the first electronic device receives the first input and determines the first target time can be reduced, and therefore the time required for determining the type of the first communication connection as harassing communication is reduced.
For example, the first preset time period may be set to 1 minute, and whether audio data of the second electronic device is received within 1 minute is determined.
Optionally, after the step of receiving the first input from the user and determining the first target time, the method may further include the following step, that is, after the step of receiving the first input from the user and determining the first target time, step 203, determining the communication type of the first communication connection according to the first target audio data and the first target time, may be implemented by:
detecting first target audio data;
and under the condition that the first target audio data comprises second sub audio data and third sub audio data, and the subjects of the second sub audio data and the third sub audio data are consistent, determining the communication type of the first communication connection as harassing communication.
The second sub-audio data is audio data in the first target audio before the first target time; the third sub-audio data is audio data within a second preset time length after the first target time in the first target audio data.
In this embodiment, after determining the first target time, the first electronic device may divide the first target audio data according to the first target time to obtain second sub-audio data before the first target time and third sub-audio data within a second preset time period after the first target time in the first target audio data, and reference may be made to the foregoing embodiment for understanding the second sub-audio data and the third sub-audio data, which is not described herein again.
With reference to the above example, in the process of acquiring the first target audio data, the first electronic device may record the start time of the first target audio data, for example, if the first communication connection is formally established at 11 points 59 minutes and 00 seconds, the start time of the first target audio data may be determined and recorded as 11 points 59 minutes and 00 seconds. After determining the first target time, the first electronic device may first cut the first target audio data according to the start time and the first target time of the first target audio data, and intercept audio data before the first target time in the first target audio data as second sub-audio data. After the second sub audio data is intercepted, the remaining audio data after the interception may be intercepted again, and the audio data of the first 1 minute in the remaining audio data (i.e., the audio data within a second preset time after the first target time from 12: 00/min to 12: 01/min) is intercepted as the third sub audio data. For the specific process of acquiring the second sub audio data and the third sub audio data, reference may be made to the prior art, which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the second sub audio data and the third sub audio data are acquired, it may be determined whether the subjects of the second sub audio data and the third sub audio data are consistent. For example, if it is determined that a sentence "do you need to purchase a house" appears in the text of the second sub audio data conversion and a sentence "geographical location of house of our company is superior" appears in the text of the third sub audio data conversion according to the speech analysis technique, it may be determined that the subject of the second sub audio data is consistent with the subject of the third sub audio data, and the harassing communication may be used as the communication type of the first communication connection. The method for specifically determining whether the topics of the second sub-audio data and the third sub-audio data are consistent may be set according to requirements, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In normal communication, the user ends the conversation, and after the first communication connection is disconnected, the conversation content of the user can be transferred to the next subject. If the user does not transfer the topic, it may be determined that the call has not ended. In harassing communications, it is common practice for a user to directly disconnect the first communication connection to end the call. With reference to the foregoing example, if the first communication connection is a nuisance communication, the user a usually directly performs a click operation of clicking the end button without notifying the user B, so as to disconnect the first communication connection. Therefore, if the second sub audio data and the third sub audio data have the same theme, it may be determined that the user B has not transferred the call theme, indicating that the user B has not received the notification that the user a has ended the call. The method can determine that the user A directly disconnects the first communication connection under the condition that the user B is not informed of ending the call, which indicates that the user A disconnects the harassing communication, and at this time, the harassing communication can be used as the communication type of the first communication connection.
In this embodiment, the communication type of the first communication connection is determined by judging whether the topics of the second sub-audio data and the third sub-audio data are consistent, so that the communication type of the first communication connection can be accurately determined, and further, whether the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device is a crank telephone number is accurately determined.
Optionally, when determining that the communication type of the first communication connection is a harassing communication, the first electronic device may send a phone number corresponding to the second electronic device to the server.
In this embodiment, when the communication type of the first communication connection is a harassing communication, the telephone number corresponding to the second electronic device may be sent to the server, so that the server records the telephone number, and adds the telephone number to the blacklist. The process of the server receiving the phone number sent by the first electronic device and establishing the blacklist, and the method for using the blacklist may refer to the prior art, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
