Background
An ITA (Intelligent Target Accounting) is generally applied to a routing device with a charging function (e.g., a broadband access server, a virtual broadband access server, a router, etc.), different charging levels are defined according to different source or destination addresses accessed by an access user, and differentiated charging services and speed limit are provided, for example, in a campus network, it is possible to apply an ITA service policy to the access device of the user, so that user traffic in an access education network is not charged or very low, and network resources outside the access education network are charged higher.
When the ITA is currently implemented, an access control list ACL (hereinafter abbreviated as ACL) is used to mark out different levels according to an object accessed by a user, each level is configured with an intelligent targeted charging rule, however, resources of the ACL are limited, and the ACL needs to be used for recording and forwarding a plurality of contents, such as a message field, a forwarding mark and the like of a message.

The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
It should be noted that the ITA in this embodiment and the intelligent target charging mean the same.
As shown in fig. 1, this embodiment discloses an intelligent target charging method, which is applied to a routing device with a charging function, and includes:
s1, receiving a service message;
s2, acquiring first routing information corresponding to the service message from a forwarding table, and determining a first intelligent targeted charging rule corresponding to the first routing information according to the corresponding relation between the routing information and the intelligent targeted charging rule;
and S3, charging the service message according to the first intelligent target charging rule.
In step S1, the service packet is sent by the user equipment accessing the routing device, where the service packet includes a destination address of the destination device for sending the service packet.
In step S2, after receiving the service packet, the routing device obtains a destination address from the service packet (for convenience of explanation, only the destination address is taken as an exemplary explanation in this embodiment, and in practical applications, elements that can correspond to a forwarding table, such as a source address, an MAC address, and the like, can also be obtained from the packet), obtains first routing information corresponding to the destination address from the forwarding table according to the destination address, obtains a first intelligent targeted charging rule corresponding to the first routing information according to a correspondence between the routing information and the intelligent targeted charging, and charges the user equipment that sends the service packet according to the first intelligent targeted charging rule.
Wherein, the intelligent target charging rule comprises: the system comprises charging rules and flow control rules, wherein the charging rules can comprise the price per unit flow, and the flow control rules can comprise the speed limit.
The embodiment also provides a method for establishing a corresponding relationship between routing information and intelligent targeted charging, which comprises the following steps:
when the elements in a specific table in the forwarding table are acquired for route learning, the destination address (or source address) of the route is acquired, a qos-local-id value is set for the acquired destination address, the qos-local-id value is added into the forwarding table, and an intelligent targeted charging rule is configured for the qos-local-id value, so that the corresponding relation between the route information in the forwarding table and the intelligent targeted charging rule is established.
In step S3, if the routing device obtains the first intelligent targeted charging rule according to step S2, the routing device performs charging management on the user equipment that sends the service packet according to the first intelligent targeted charging rule; if the first intelligent target charging rule is not obtained, charging management is carried out according to the existing mode, and therefore the user equipment needing intelligent target charging and the user equipment not needing intelligent target charging are distinguished.
It can be seen from the above embodiments that when the routing device executes the ITA function, the routing device is not limited by ACL resources, and the ITA function can be implemented according to the forwarding table.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a method for configuring intelligent target charging, where the method is applied to a routing device with a charging function, and the method includes:

and S5, configuring an intelligent target charging rule for the routing information according to the identification, and forming a corresponding relation between the routing information and the intelligent target charging rule.
In step S4, there may be other routing devices (e.g., gateway devices or core routing devices, which are hereinafter referred to as upstream devices for convenience of description) upstream of the routing device, that is, the upstream device may have access to a plurality of downstream devices (routing devices) with charging functions, and when an ITA function needs to be performed for a certain routing information, in order to implement that the plurality of downstream devices may perform the ITA function for the certain routing information at the same time, the disclosed embodiment utilizes an advertisement characteristic of the BGP route, and adds a corresponding identifier to the BGP route to enable the downstream device that receives the BGP route to configure an intelligent targeted charging rule for the routing information in the BGP route, where the identifier may be a specific flag used to indicate that the device that receives the BGP route performs the ITA configuration.
Similarly, when the intelligent target charging rule is specifically configured, a QOS-local-id value can be set for the routing information (such as a destination address and/or a source address) carried in the BGP route according to the QOS protocol, and the value is written into the forwarding table, and then the intelligent target charging rule is configured according to the QOS-local-id value, so as to establish the corresponding relationship between the routing information in the forwarding table and the intelligent target charging rule.
It can be seen from the foregoing embodiment that, by receiving a BGP route and configuring an intelligent targeted charging rule for routing information in the BGP route according to whether the BGP route carries an identifier for indicating configuration of the intelligent targeted charging rule, the routing device having a charging function can implement an ITA function according to a forwarding table, and thus does not need to rely on an ACL any more.
