The outlet end 8 is arranged below the same side of the opening and closing handle mechanism 1; the inlet wire end 7 is arranged on the other side of the housing 2. The short-circuit protection mechanism 4 and the overload protection mechanism 5 are in driving fit with the switching-on/off handle mechanism 1 through the operating mechanism 3 respectively, and the short-circuit protection mechanism 4 is arranged on the right side of the wire outlet end 8 and below the operating mechanism 3 and is connected with the wire outlet end 8. The overload protection mechanism 5 is arranged in connection with the inlet line end 7 through a flexible lead/flexible coupling and is arranged between the operating mechanism 3 and the inlet line end 7. The arc extinguishing mechanism 6 is arranged below the overload protection mechanism 5 and on the right of the short-circuit protection mechanism 4.
The switching-on/off handle mechanism 1 specifically comprises a handle rocker arm 11, a rotary disc 12, a first connecting rod 13 and a second connecting rod 14. The handle rocker 11 is hinged to the non-inserted end of the housing 2 by a first pivot 16. The rotary disc 12 is hinged in the housing 2 through a second rotating shaft 17 and is positioned behind the handle rocker 11, and the handle rocker 11 and the rotary disc 12 are connected through a first connecting rod 13. The operating mechanism 3 is located behind the rotary plate 12, and is connected with the rotary plate 12 through a second connecting rod 14. When the handle rocker 11 rotates around the first rotating shaft 16, the first connecting rod 13 drives the rotating disc 12 to rotate together, and then the rotating disc 12 drives the moving contact 31 on the operating mechanism 3 to move through the second connecting rod 14, so that the moving contact 31 is in contact with or separated from the fixed contact 41 in the short-circuit protection mechanism 4, and the switching-on or switching-off of the circuit breaker is realized. The opening and closing handle mechanism 1 further comprises a locking member 15 which is linked with the handle rocker arm 11.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the locking member 15 includes a second coupling portion 15a and a boss portion 15b connected to each other, and the connection is hinged in the housing 2 by a third rotation shaft 18 and a spring member 19. The locking member 15 is located rearward and above the handle rocker 11. The spring member 19 is typically a torsion spring or a tension and compression spring, and a torsion spring is used in this embodiment. The torsion spring is nested on the third rotating shaft 18, one end of the torsion spring is fixedly connected to the locking piece 15, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the inner side wall of the shell 2. An opening 21 is provided at the top end of the housing 2, and the locking member 15 is normally under the action of the spring member 19 to make the boss portion 15b always protrude out of the housing 2 from the opening 21, so as to form a fixing with the cabinet.
The handle swing arm 11 is provided with a first elongated shaft hole 11a, a second elongated shaft hole 11b, and a first interlocking portion 11 c. The second elongated shaft hole 11b is parallel to the first elongated shaft hole 11 a. The first rotating shaft 16 fixed to the housing 2 passes through the first elongated shaft hole 11 a; one end of the first link 13 passes through the second elongated shaft hole 11 b. The direction of projection of the grip portion 11d on the handle swing arm 11 is parallel to the direction of extension of the first elongated shaft hole 11 a. One end of the first elongated shaft hole 11a is the rotation center of the handle swing arm 11.
When the plug-in type circuit breaker is in the opening state, the handle swing arm 11 is rotated to a position such that the first interlocking portion 11c contacts the second interlocking portion 15a on the locking member 15 while the first elongated shaft hole 11a and the second elongated shaft hole 11b are both in a horizontal state. When the swing handle lever 11 is pulled in an outward direction of the housing 2, the first elongated shaft hole 11a and the first rotating shaft 16 slide relatively, the second elongated shaft hole 11b and the first link 13 slide relatively at the same time, the first interlocking part 11c moves the second interlocking part 15a, so that the locking member 15 rotates about the third rotating shaft 18 against the restoring force of the spring member 19, and the boss part 15b retracts into the housing 2 from the opening 21 at the top end of the housing 2.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 6 to 8, when the circuit breaker is normally switched on and off, the locking piece 15 makes the boss part 15b extend out of the housing 2 from the opening 21 all the time under the action of the spring piece, so as to form a fixation with the cabinet. In this case, the first shaft 16 is located at the leftmost end of the first elongated shaft hole 11a, and the end of the first link 13 is also located at the leftmost end of the second elongated shaft hole 11 b. The locking piece 15 rotates about the leftmost end of the first elongated shaft hole 11 a.
When the breaker needs to be disassembled, the handle rocker arm 11 of the breaker is firstly shifted to an opening state. In the brake-off state, the handle 11d of the handle swing arm 11 is positioned at the lower end, and the first elongated shaft hole 11a and the second elongated shaft hole 11b are in a horizontal state. The first linkage portion 11c and the second linkage portion 15a contact each other; the lever arm 11 is then pulled outward, with the first pivot 16 located at the rightmost end of the first elongated shaft hole 11a and the end of the first link 13 also located at the rightmost end of the second elongated shaft hole 11 b. So that the first linkage portion 11c drives the second linkage portion 15a to move upward, specifically, the second linkage portion 15a slides along the inclined surface of the first linkage portion 11c, and thus, the locking member 15 rotates around the third rotating shaft 18 against the restoring force of the spring member, and the boss portion 15b retracts from the opening 21 at the top end of the housing 2 into the housing 2. And then the whole circuit breaker can be conveniently pulled out of the cabinet by continuously pulling the handle rocker arm 11 outwards.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the handle swing arm 11 is provided with a pulling portion 11e, and the pulling portion 11e is disposed in a direction parallel to the extending direction of the first elongated shaft hole 11a, so as to facilitate the horizontal movement of the handle swing arm 11 operated by the user. The pulling operation or the poking operation is distinguished through the original structures of the handle part 11d and the pulling part 11e, and the use by a user is convenient.
In yet another embodiment, the second elongated axial bore 11b is a generally circular bore. When the handle rocker arm 11 is pulled to the outside of the housing 2, the handle rocker arm 11 horizontally moves to drive the rotating disc 12 to continue rotating through the second connecting rod 14, and meanwhile, the first linkage part 11c of the handle rocker arm 11 drives the second linkage part 15a of the locking piece 15, so that the cabinet and the circuit breaker are in contact locking.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
