the server receives the configuration request, completes configuration, stores and associates and binds the locking device information and the user information corresponding to the mobile communication terminal, and the mobile communication terminal associated with and bound the locking device information has unlocking authority.

the mobile communication terminal initiates a forced unlocking request to the administrator terminal, wherein the forced unlocking request at least comprises user information;
