Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to electronic devices, and particularly to an electronic device with an input device capable of sliding and being disposed in an inclined manner.
Background
With the great popularization of notebook computers, the notebook computers are one of the indispensable devices in offices at present. Therefore, the use time of the notebook computer is not limited to a short time or convenient for carrying out outside the office, and some users replace all functions of the original desktop computer with the notebook computer.
The computer keyboard externally connected with a common desktop computer is provided with foot frames for adjusting the inclination of the keyboard, so that a user can more accord with the human engineering when typing characters, if the keyboard of the notebook computer can be inclined at a low front and a high back to accord with the human engineering, the keyboard can be used for a long time without causing hand fatigue or accumulated injury, and the problem that the keyboard characters cannot be identified due to light reflection when the keyboard is horizontally placed is solved.
In addition, as the demand of users for notebook computers is increasing, designers are expected to continuously improve notebook computers with the extremely limited volume capacity of notebook computers, so that the demand of users for different input modes can be satisfied if a plurality of input modules are added to the notebook computers.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1A is an exploded perspective view of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the invention, fig. 1B is an enlarged view of a region a of fig. 1A, fig. 2 is another view of fig. 1A, and as shown in fig. 1A and fig. 2, the electronic device 10 includes a first body 12 and a second body 14, the first body 12 includes a first housing 16, and the second body 14 includes a second housing 30 and a first input module 32. The electronic device 10 of the present embodiment is a foldable electronic device, such as a notebook computer, wherein the first body 12 is, for example, a display screen, and the second body 14 is, for example, a host body, but not limited thereto. The first housing 16 has a first surface 18, the first surface 18 has a first side 181 and a second side 182 opposite to each other, in an embodiment, the first surface 18 includes a display surface and an upper frame, a lower frame, a left frame and a right frame around the display surface, wherein the first side 181 is the lower frame, and the second side 182 is the upper frame, and the display surface can have a touch function or a display function. As shown in fig. 1A, taking the number of the pivot structures 20 as two, please refer to fig. 1B, each pivot structure 20 includes a first extending portion 22 and a second extending portion 24, the first extending portion 22 extends from the first side 181 of the first surface 18, the second extending portion 24 is connected to the first extending portion 22 and extends toward the second side 182, a gap 26 is formed between the second extending portion 24 and the first surface 18, and the second extending portion 24 has a pivot end 241 far away from the first extending portion 22. Continuing with the above description, the second housing 30 of the second body 14 is pivotally connected to the first side 181 of the first housing 16, and has a second surface 34, the second surface 34 has an accommodating space 36, and the first input module 32 is disposed in the accommodating space 36. The first input module 32 has a first end 321 and a second end 322 opposite to each other, and a bottom 323 facing the accommodating space 36, the bottom 323 is provided with a pivot portion 40 adjacent to the first end 321, and the second end 322 is slidably disposed on the second housing 30. Specifically, the accommodating space 36 is a groove, the second end 322 is slidably disposed in the groove, the accommodating space 36 has, for example, two inner walls 361 and a bottom surface 362 opposite to each other, and the two inner walls 361 are respectively provided with a sliding chute 38; the two opposite sides of the second end 322 are respectively provided with a protruding pin 42, and the two protruding pins 42 can be respectively slidably disposed in the two sliding slots 38. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of an electronic device according to a first embodiment of the invention, and fig. 4A to 4C are cross-sectional views of the electronic device according to the first embodiment of the invention in different states, please refer to fig. 3 and fig. 4A to 4C, in which the second housing 30 is pivoted to the pivoting member 28 (shown in fig. 1A) on the first side 181 of the first housing 16, the first input module 32 is disposed in the accommodating space 36, wherein the pivoting portion 40 (shown in fig. 2) of the bottom 323 of the first input module 32 is pivoted to the pivoting end 241 (shown in fig. 1B) of the pivoting structure 20, and the second end 322 of the first input module 32 is slidably disposed in the accommodating space 36 via the protruding pin 42 (shown in fig. 1A) mounted in the chute 38 (shown in fig. 1A). As shown in fig. 4A, when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are closed, the first surface 18 faces the second surface 34 of the second housing 30, the pivot structure 20 and the first input module 32 are accommodated in the accommodating space 36, and the first end 321 of the first input module 32 is partially accommodated in the gap 26 of the pivot structure 20; in the process of relatively expanding the first housing 16 and the second housing 30, as shown in fig. 4B and 4C, as the first surface 18 of the first housing 16 is far away from the second surface 34 of the second housing 30, the second extending portion 24 of the pivot structure 20 deflects away from the second surface 34, so that the pivot portion 40 and the first end portion 321 pivoted to the second extending portion 24 are lifted from the accommodating space 36, and the second end portion 322 slides toward the direction close to the first housing 16; when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are to be closed, as the first surface 18 of the first housing 16 approaches the second surface 34 of the second housing 30, the second extending portion 24 of the pivot structure 20 deflects to approach the bottom 362 of the accommodating space 36, and drives the first end 321 of the first input module 32 to descend and the second end 322 to slide away from the first housing 16 until the pivot structure 20 and the entire first input module 32 are accommodated in the accommodating space 36.
Fig. 5 is a schematic top view of the second surface of the second housing according to an embodiment of the invention, not showing the second receiving area and the second input module, as shown in the figure, the second surface 34 of the second housing 30 is provided with a receiving space 36, the receiving space 36 is composed of a plurality of inner walls 361 and a bottom surface 362, for example, the bottom surface 362 of the receiving space 36 has a plurality of openings 363, when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 shown in fig. 3 are relatively covered, the first input module 32 covers the openings 363, and when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are relatively unfolded, the first input module 32 exposes a part of the openings 363. Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a second body according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein a first input module 32 is not assembled yet, as shown in fig. 6, the second body 14 further includes a vibrator 44, a speaker 46 and a heat dissipation fan 48, the vibrator 44, the speaker 46 and the heat dissipation fan 48 are disposed in the second housing 30, wherein one end of the speaker 46 has a cavity 461, the cavity 461 has a sound outlet hole (not shown) to communicate with an opening 363 of the bottom surface 362 of the accommodating space 36, so that the opening 363 is used as a sound outlet hole, and a heat dissipation channel can be formed between the heat dissipation fan 48 and the opening 363, when the opening 363 is exposed, the opening 363 can be used as an air inlet for cold air, so as to increase the heat dissipation effect of the electronic device 10, and solve the problem of insufficient heat dissipation of the conventional thin high performance electronic device.
In the electronic device 10 according to the first embodiment of the invention, by the arrangement of the pivot structure 20 having the first extending portion 22 and the second extending portion 24, the first input module 32 can lift the first end portion 321 of the first input module 32 along with the lifting of the first housing 16, and when the first input module 32 is, for example, a keyboard module, the keyboard characters on the keyboard module are not easily reflected and cannot be identified when the keyboard module is laid flat due to the inclined arrangement of the keyboard module. When the first end 321 of the first input module 32 is lifted, the first side 181 of the first surface 18 of the first housing 16 is properly shielded, i.e., a part of the lower frame is properly shielded, so that the lower frame is narrowed to achieve the visual effect of four narrow frames, thereby visually increasing the screen occupation ratio. On the other hand, the pivot end 241 of the second extending portion 24 of the pivot structure 20 is the pivot portion 40 pivoted to the bottom 323 of the first input module 32, and since the pivot portion 40 is located at the bottom 323 of the first input module 32, the pivot structure 20 is pivoted without damaging the upper input surface of the first input module 32, so as to maintain the integrity of the input surface, and in addition, the pivot structure 20 is pivoted to the bottom 323 of the first input module 32, so that it is not necessary to reserve a pivot gap on the input surface, which results in the reduction of the size of the input surface. Since the pivot structure 20 is designed to be an L-shaped hook, for example, it can prevent the first housing 16 from being closed or the first housing 16 from swaying when the first input module 32 is pressed heavily. The first body 12 includes a first housing 16, and the second body 14 includes a second housing 30, a first input module 32, and a second input module 50. The second housing 30 is pivotally connected to the first side 181 of the first housing 16, the second housing 30 has an accommodating space 36, the accommodating space 36 is, for example, a groove, the accommodating space 36 includes a first accommodating area 36a and a second accommodating area 36b which are adjacent to each other, in an embodiment, the first accommodating area 36a has two inner walls 361 which are opposite to each other, and the two inner walls 361 are respectively provided with sliding chutes (not shown); the first input module 32 is disposed in the first receiving area 36a, the first input module 32 has a first end 321 and a second end 322 opposite to each other, the first end 321 is pivotally connected to the first side 181 of the first housing 16, the second end 322 is slidably disposed in the second housing 30, specifically, the second end 322 is slidably disposed in the receiving space 36 in a groove shape, two opposite sides of the second end 322 are respectively disposed with a protruding pin (not shown), the two protruding pins are respectively slidably disposed in the two sliding slots 38, so that the second end 322 can be slidably disposed in the receiving space 36. The second input module 50 is disposed in the second accommodating area 36b, and the second input module 50 has a predetermined block 501 extending into the first accommodating area 36a to be adjacent to the second end 322 of the first input module 32. In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the accommodating space 36 is, for example, T-shaped, wherein a length L1 of the first accommodating area 36a parallel to the first end 321 is greater than a length L2 of the second accommodating area 36b parallel to the first end 321, but not limited thereto, in fig. 9 shown later, a length L1 of the first input module 32 parallel to the first end 321 is equal to a length L3 of the second input module 50A parallel to the first end 321.
The first input module 32 and the second input module 50 can be selected from a keyboard module, a touch pad, a drawing pad, or a touch display panel, and in the second embodiment illustrated in fig. 7, the first input module 32 is taken as a keyboard module, and the second input module 50 is taken as a touch pad, but not limited thereto.
Fig. 8A to 8E are schematic side views of an electronic device in different states according to a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are illustrated by dotted lines, and the first input module 32, the second input module 50 and the chute 38 are illustrated by solid lines, wherein a height difference exists between the first surface 324 of the first input module 32 and the second surface 502 of the second input module 50, and the second surface 502 is lower than the first surface 324, so that the first input module 32 can slide back and forth along the chute 38, thereby covering or exposing the predetermined area 501. As shown in fig. 8A, when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are relatively covered, the first input module 32 covers the predetermined section 501 of the second input module 50; fig. 8B to 8E illustrate a relative unfolding process of the first housing 16 and the second housing 30, wherein the included angles θ between the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are 60 degrees, 90 degrees, 135 degrees and 180 degrees, respectively, as shown in fig. 8B to 8D, as the first housing 16 is unfolded, the first input module 32 slides along the sliding slot 38 toward the first housing 16, as the unfolding angle increases, the covered area of the predetermined block 501 of the second input module 50 continuously decreases, and the operable area of the second input module 50 continuously increases, as shown in fig. 8E, when the first housing 16 is unfolded to form an included angle of 180 degrees with the second housing 30, the second input module 50 is completely or almost completely exposed.
Referring to fig. 7, the second input module 50 further includes a functional block 364, and the functional block 364 is located in the first accommodation area 36a and adjacent to the predetermined block 501 and the second end 322 of the first input module 32. When the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are closed relatively, the first input module 32 covers the predetermined block 501 of the second input module 50, and also covers the functional blocks 364 on two sides of the predetermined block 501, where the two functional blocks 364 are located in a portion of the first receiving area 36a and are adjacent to the second end 322 of the first input module 32. As shown in fig. 5, two rows of openings 363 are disposed on the bottom 362 of the first accommodating area 36a, and when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are unfolded relatively, a part of the openings 363 is exposed by the first input module 32. Alternatively, in an embodiment not shown, the opening may be disposed on the inner wall 361 of the first accommodation region 36a facing the second end 322. The opening can be used as a sound outlet of the electronic device 10A and/or an air inlet of the cool air, for example. Or in another embodiment not shown, the predetermined block 501 and the first input module 32 are in the position relationship shown in fig. 8D, when the included angle θ (shown in fig. 8D) between the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 is 135 degrees, the second end portion 322 of the first input module 32 partially covers the predetermined block 501 of the second input module 50, and also partially covers the functional blocks 364 and the openings at two sides of the predetermined block 501.
In an embodiment not shown, a touch bar and/or a display panel may be disposed in the functional block 364, wherein the display panel may display time and/or a trademark, for example, and when the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are relatively covered, the first input module 32 simultaneously covers the predetermined block 501 of the second input module 50 and the touch bar and/or the display panel in the functional block 364 to provide a protection effect.
Fig. 9 is a schematic layout diagram of the first input module and the second input module according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in the drawing, the length L1 of the first input module 32 parallel to the first end 321 is equal to the length L3 of the second input module 50A parallel to the first end, and the length L4 of the predetermined block 501 of the second input module 50A is also equal to the length L1 of the first end 321. When the first housing 16 and the second housing 30 are relatively covered, the second end 322 of the first input module 32 covers the predetermined block 501 of the second input module 50A. In the electronic device according to the second embodiment of the invention, since the first input module and the second input module have partial overlap when the first housing and the second housing are oppositely covered, more than two input modules can be disposed under the limited volume capacity of the electronic device, and one input module (for example, the second input module) with a lower position can have a larger operable area to meet the requirements of users for different input modes.

Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (23)
1. An electronic device, comprising:
a first body including a first housing having a first face with a first side and a second side opposite to the first side, the first side having at least one pivot structure, each of the at least one pivot structure including a first extension and a second extension, the first extension extending from the first face, the second extension connected to the first extension and extending toward the second side, a gap being formed between the second extension and the first face and having a pivot end away from the first extension; and
a second body including a second housing and a first input module, wherein,
the second casing is pivoted to the first side of the first casing, when the first casing is closed with the second casing, the first surface faces a second surface of the second casing, and the second surface is provided with an accommodating space;
the first input module is arranged in the accommodating space and is provided with a first end part and a second end part which are opposite to each other and a bottom part facing the accommodating space, the bottom part is provided with at least one pivoting part adjacent to the first end part and is pivoted with the pivoting end of the at least one pivoting structure, the second end part is arranged in the second casing in a sliding way,
when the first casing and the second casing are relatively covered, part of the first end part is accommodated in the gap of the at least one pivoting structure, and in the process that the first casing and the second casing are relatively unfolded, the second end part is driven to slide and the first end part is driven to rise from the accommodating space.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the receiving space is a groove, and the second end is slidably disposed in the groove.
3. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bottom surface of the accommodating space has a plurality of openings adjacent to the second end, the first input module covers the openings when the first housing and the second housing are relatively covered, and the first input module exposes the openings when the first housing and the second housing are relatively unfolded.
4. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second body further includes a second input module disposed in the accommodating space and adjacent to the second end of the first input module, the first input module covers a predetermined area of the second input module when the first housing and the second housing are relatively covered, and the first input module exposes the predetermined area when the first housing and the second housing are relatively unfolded.
5. The electronic device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the receiving space includes a first receiving area and a second receiving area adjacent to each other, the first input module is disposed in the first receiving area, the second input module is disposed in the second receiving area, and the predetermined block of the second input module extends into the first receiving area.
6. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein a length of the first receiving area parallel to the first end is greater than a length of the second receiving area parallel to the first end.
7. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein a bottom surface of the accommodating space has a plurality of openings adjacent to the second end and located at two sides of the predetermined block.
8. The electronic device as claimed in claim 5, wherein a length of the first input module parallel to the first end is equal to a length of the second input module parallel to the first end.
9. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein the second input module further comprises a functional block located in the first receiving area and adjacent to the predetermined block and the second end of the first input module.
10. The electronic device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first input module covers the functional block of the second input module when the first housing and the second housing are relatively covered, and the first input module exposes the functional block when the first housing and the second housing are relatively unfolded.
11. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein an inner wall of the accommodating space facing the second end has a plurality of openings.
12. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the first extension portion and the second extension portion are connected in an L-shape.
13. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the accommodating space has two opposite inner walls, each of the two inner walls has a sliding slot, and two opposite sides of the second end of the first input module have a protruding pin, and the two protruding pins are slidably disposed in the two sliding slots, respectively.
14. The electronic device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a hinge is further disposed on the first side of the first housing and pivotally connected to the second housing, and the at least one pivotal structure is connected to the hinge.
15. An electronic device, comprising:
a first body including a first housing; and
a second body including a second housing, a first input module and a second input module,
the second casing is pivoted to a first side of the first casing and is provided with an accommodating space;
the first input module is arranged in the accommodating space and is provided with a first end part and a second end part which are opposite, the first end part is pivoted to the first side of the first shell, and the second end part is arranged on the second shell in a sliding way;
the second input module is arranged in the accommodating space and is adjacent to the second end part of the first input module, when the first shell and the second shell are oppositely covered, the first input module covers a preset block of the second input module, and when the first shell and the second shell are oppositely unfolded, the first input module exposes the preset block;
the accommodating space comprises a first accommodating area and a second accommodating area which are adjacent, the first input module is arranged in the first accommodating area, the second input module is arranged in the second accommodating area, and the preset block of the second input module is positioned in the first accommodating area.
16. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein the receiving space is a groove, and the second end is slidably disposed in the groove.
17. The electronic device as claimed in claim 15, wherein a bottom surface of the accommodating space has a plurality of openings adjacent to the second end, the first input module covers the openings when the first housing and the second housing are relatively covered, and the first input module exposes the openings when the first housing and the second housing are relatively unfolded.
18. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein an inner wall of the accommodating space facing the second end has a plurality of openings.
19. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein a length of the first receiving area parallel to the first end is greater than a length of the second receiving area parallel to the first end.
20. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein a bottom surface of the accommodating space has a plurality of openings adjacent to the second end and located on two sides of the predetermined block.
21. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein a length of the first input module parallel to the first end is equal to a length of the second input module parallel to the first end.
22. The electronic device of claim 15, wherein the second input module further comprises a functional block located in the first receiving area and adjacent to the predetermined block and the second end of the first input module.
23. The electronic device as claimed in claim 22, wherein the first input module covers the functional block of the second input module when the first housing and the second housing are relatively covered, and the first input module exposes the functional block when the first housing and the second housing are relatively unfolded.
