Abstract

The object 4 to be tested comprises a base body 41 and an outer arc surface 42 bonded with the base body 41 together, when a shear test is carried out, the base body 41 is placed between the upper pressing sheet 31 and the lower pressing sheet 32, and then the connecting piece 33 longitudinally penetrates through the through hole 341 of the upper pressing sheet 31 and then is connected with the threaded hole 342 of the lower pressing sheet 32; in order to achieve the stability and accuracy of the test, the step cylindrical members 34 with different heights and different step thicknesses are selected according to the object 4 to be tested, namely the semicircular characteristics of the drum brake pad, when the step thickness of the step cylindrical member 34 is equivalent to the width of the base 41 of the object 4 to be tested, and the height of the part with the smaller outer diameter of the step cylindrical member 34 is equivalent to the height of the base 41 of the object 4 to be tested, the object 4 to be tested can be stably clamped, and at the moment, the outer arc surface 42 protrudes out of the side wall of the clamping assembly, namely, the side wall of the upper pressing plate 31 and the side wall of the lower pressing plate 32.
At least one group of arc-shaped grooves 21 are formed in the upper pressing plate 2 along the circumferential direction, and the arc-shaped grooves 21 are arranged concentrically with the upper pressing plate 2 and penetrate through the thickness direction of the upper pressing plate 2; in the present embodiment, the number of the arc-shaped slots 21 is two, and one set of the arc-shaped slots 21 includes a first arc-shaped slot 211 and a second arc-shaped slot 212 which are adjacent to each other.
The cutting blade 5 is connected to the arc-shaped slots 21 by the fastening members 51, and when the number of the arc-shaped slots 21 is two, the number of the fastening members 51 is also two, and the fastening members include a first fastening member 511 and a second fastening member 512, the first fastening member 511 is connected to the cutting blade 5 after passing through the first arc-shaped slot 211, and the second fastening member 512 is connected to the cutting blade 5 after passing through the second arc-shaped slot 212. The inner side surface of the shearing knife 5 is a shearing surface 52 which is in a circular arc surface structure, the outer side surface of the shearing knife 5 is in a rectangular structure, one function is to facilitate the connection of the first fastening piece 511 and the second fastening piece 512, and the other function is to increase the overall strength of the shearing knife 5.
