技术领域
本发明属于杀菌净味技术领域,特别是涉及一种杀菌净味装置及控制方法。
背景技术
日常生活中,冰箱、鞋柜中的异味,空气中、食材表面以及衣物表面的细菌等无处不在,困扰用户的同时,直接影响用户的健康。
目前行业内主要应用的杀菌杀毒技术主要包括离子发生器、臭氧发生器、光触媒、银离子等。此类技术现有状态或多或少存在一定的缺陷。以离子发生器为例,该技术成本较高,产生臭氧量不易控制,特别是在小密闭空间,臭氧极易累积,安全隐患大。而光触媒主要原理利用UV灯催化触媒产生负离子和微量臭氧,实现空间内的杀菌净味,但此技术净味效率偏低。研究发现一种金属氧化物催化剂可催化氧气生成高活性氧自由基,氧化分解异味,同时对空间内的细菌具有一定的杀灭作用。有效的解决现有技术中存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种杀菌净味装置及控制方法,利用内置风机在空间内产生空气循环,通过UV照射金属氧化物表面的光触媒催化产生净味、杀菌成分,同时金属氧化物蜂窝模块本身会催化氧气产生自由基,最终实现空间的杀菌净味,为提高催化效率,解决了背景技术中提出的相关问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种杀菌净味装置,包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设有进风口和出风口,所述进风口内侧设有导流装置,所述导流装置上设有金属氧化物催化剂模块,所述出风口内侧安装有变频风机;所述金属氧化物催化剂模块的侧面设有加热器,所述金属氧化物催化剂模块的进风侧安装有温度传感器;所述金属氧化物催化剂模块的出风侧涂布有TiO2与Ag离子混合物。
进一步地,所述进风口的位置低于出风口的位置,所述进风口位于外壳体的底部,所述出风口位于外壳体的顶部。
进一步地,所述TiO2与Ag离子混合物中,TiO2粒径为20-30nm,喷涂量为Ag离子添加量为TiO2量的1%-3%。
进一步地,所述金属氧化物催化剂模块的上侧安装有照射出风侧的UV灯板,所述UV灯板的一侧设有控制板。
进一步地,所述金属氧化物催化剂模块为金属氧化物与活性炭按照1:1比例制成;
其中,所述金属氧化物为二价铜离子与锰离子按照1:0.2-1比例搭配,所述活性炭的颗粒为5-10目大小。
进一步地,所述外壳体侧面上开有凹槽,所述凹槽内安装有检测外壳体外部环境的负离子传感器、异味传感器和湿度传感器。

进一步地,所述外壳体内侧底部安装有电池,同时外壳体的表面安装有与电池电性连接的充电连接口,所述电池通过穿过孔结构的线束对UV灯板和控制板进行供电。
一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,包括如下步骤:
常规模式时:
手动开启净味功能,异味传感器自动检测空间内的异味浓度,若浓度较高为a,则开启270-280nm紫外灯,同时控制保持变频风机在高转速条件下运行,待异味浓度降低到b范围后,风机转速不变,则切换紫外灯至360-380nm,至异味浓度降低到c,装置自动关闭;
手动开启洁净功能,风机开启,蜂窝模块表面加热器开启,待模块表面温度上升T,维持一定时间t2后,装置自动关闭;
冰箱模式:
湿度传感器实时检测间室内的湿度,当间室内相对湿度高于设定范围内(40%-50%),则开启内置加热器,同时模块在不同功能的运行过程中,风机一直维持在开启状态至湿度传感器检测结果低于设定范围。

本发明利用内置风机在空间内产生空气循环,通过UV照射金属氧化物表面的光触媒催化产生净味、杀菌成分,同时金属氧化物蜂窝模块本身会催化氧气产生自由基,最终实现空间的杀菌净味,为提高催化效率,避免水分累积导致催化效果降低,催化剂模块表面增加加热器,通过加热方式去除模块内的水分,保证模块催化效率。

金属氧化物催化剂模块5的出风侧7涂布有TiO2与Ag离子混合物;TiO2与Ag离子混合物中,TiO2粒径为20-30nm,喷涂量为0.5mg/cm2Ag离子添加量为TiO2量的1%-3%。
外壳体1侧面上开有凹槽15,凹槽15内安装有检测外壳体1外部环境的负离子传感器、异味传感器和湿度传感器;外壳体1上安装有开关按钮16以及显示面板17;显示面板17上设有设有杀菌功能按键、净味功能按键、洁净功能按键以及时间设定功能按键。
外壳体1内侧底部安装有电池12,同时外壳体1的表面安装有与电池12电性连接的充电连接口13,电池12通过穿过孔结构14的线束对UV灯板11和控制板10进行供电。
一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,包括如下步骤:
常规模式时:
手动开启净味功能,异味传感器自动检测空间内的异味浓度,若浓度较高为a,则开启270-280nm紫外灯,同时控制保持变频风机在高转速条件下运行,待异味浓度降低到b范围后,风机转速不变,则切换紫外灯至360-380nm,至异味浓度降低到c,装置自动关闭;
通过显示面板手动开启杀菌功能,手动设置杀菌时间后开启杀菌功能,风机保持在高转速下运行,且270-280nm紫外灯开启,运行至设置时间结束。若不设置杀菌时间,开启杀菌功能后10-20s内,270-280nm紫外灯自动开启,且风机维持在高转速下运行,间室内负离子传感器检测负离子浓度,若间室内负离子浓度在一定时间t1内保持升高的趋势,则判断细菌被有效去除,则关闭装置。
手动开启洁净功能,风机开启,蜂窝模块表面加热器开启,待模块表面温度上升T,维持一定时间t2后,装置自动关闭;
冰箱模式:
湿度传感器实时检测间室内的湿度,当间室内相对湿度高于设定范围内(40%-50%),则开启内置加热器,同时模块在不同功能的运行过程中,风机一直维持在开启状态至湿度传感器检测结果低于设定范围。

Claims (8)
1.一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其中杀菌净味装置,包括外壳体(1),所述外壳体(1)上设有进风口(2)和出风口(3),所述进风口(2)内侧设有导流装置(4),所述导流装置(4)上设有金属氧化物催化剂模块(5),所述出风口(3)内侧安装有变频风机(6);
所述金属氧化物催化剂模块(5)的侧面设有加热器(8),所述金属氧化物催化剂模块(5)的进风侧安装有温度传感器(9);
所述金属氧化物催化剂模块(5)的出风侧(7)涂布有TiO2与Ag离子混合物;
其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
常规模式时:
手动开启净味功能,异味传感器自动检测空间内的异味浓度,若浓度较高为a,则开启270-280nm紫外灯,同时控制保持变频风机在高转速条件下运行,待异味浓度降低到b范围后,风机转速不变,则切换紫外灯至360-380nm,至异味浓度降低到c,装置自动关闭;
手动开启洁净功能,风机开启,蜂窝模块表面加热器开启,待模块表面温度上升T,维持一定时间t2后,装置自动关闭;
冰箱模式:
湿度传感器实时检测间室内的湿度,当间室内相对湿度高于设定范围内(40%-50%),则开启内置加热器,同时模块在不同功能的运行过程中,风机一直维持在开启状态至湿度传感器检测结果低于设定范围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述进风口(2)的位置低于出风口(3)的位置,所述进风口(2)位于外壳体(1)的底部,所述出风口(3)位于外壳体(1)的顶部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述TiO2与Ag离子混合物中,TiO2粒径为20-30nm,Ag离子添加量为TiO2量的1%-3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物催化剂模块(5)的上侧安装有照射出风侧(7)的UV灯板(11),所述UV灯板(11)的一侧设有控制板(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述金属氧化物催化剂模块(5)为金属氧化物与活性炭按照1:1比例制成;
其中,所述金属氧化物为二价铜离子与锰离子按照1:0.2-1比例搭配,所述活性炭的颗粒为5-10目大小。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)侧面上开有凹槽(15),所述凹槽(15)内安装有检测外壳体(1)外部环境的负离子传感器、异味传感器和湿度传感器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)上安装有开关按钮(16)以及显示面板(17);所述显示面板(17)上设有设有杀菌功能按键、净味功能按键、洁净功能按键以及时间设定功能按键。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种杀菌净味装置的控制方法,其特征在于,所述外壳体(1)内侧底部安装有电池(12),同时外壳体(1)的表面安装有与电池(12)电性连接的充电连接口(13),所述电池(12)通过穿过孔结构(14)的线束对UV灯板(11)和控制板(10)进行供电。
