As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in some examples, a detergent filling port 424 and a dispensing cover 422 are disposed at the top of the movable cavity 42, the detergent filling port 424 is communicated with the dispensing cavity 423, and the dispensing cover 422 is used for opening and closing the detergent filling port 424, that is, a user can dispense detergent or softener through the upper portion of the movable cavity 42 to contain detergent to the maximum extent, and by disposing the dispensing cover 422, the detergent can be dispensed without taking out the movable cavity 42, and the dispensing cover 422 can prevent the detergent from spilling out when the movable cavity 42 is pulled.
The plane of the putting cover 422 is parallel to the mounting surface 1301, and a user can put and put the putting cover 422 through the opening 131 of the mounting surface 1301, so that the user can operate the putting cover 422 conveniently, and the detergent in the putting cavity 423 can be observed through the detergent filling port 424 conveniently. In some examples, the side of the fixing cavity 41 facing the launching assembly has a connecting tube fixing member 416, the connecting tube fixing member 416 includes a plurality of fixing plates arranged at intervals, the connecting tube 43 is suitable for being disposed between two adjacent fixing plates, and the two fixing plates can clamp the connecting tube 43, for example, the fixing plates are in interference fit with the connecting tube 43, so as to improve the stability of the connecting tube 43; of course, the fixing piece may be in contact with the connection pipe 43, that is, only the connection pipe 43 is fixed, thereby preventing the connection pipe 43 from being deformed or the like to affect the service life of the connection pipe 43.
As shown in fig. 7, in some examples, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 is located at the rear of the detergent box 40, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 is connected to the rear of the detergent box 40, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 has a temporary storage cavity 53, the detergent in the dispensing cavity 423 flows into the temporary storage cavity 53 through the liquid flow passage 412, the temporary storage cavity 53 has liquid level detection parts 51, each liquid level detection part 51 has a positive pole and a negative pole, a protection rib 52 is surrounded by the positive pole, a protection rib 52 is surrounded by the negative pole, and the lower ends of the positive pole and the negative pole both extend into the temporary storage cavity 53.
When having liquid in chamber 53 keeps in, positive post and negative pole post all are in the liquid contact, make positive post and negative pole post can switch on, thereby can detect current information, when no liquid in chamber 53 keeps in, can't switch on between positive post and the negative pole post, thereby can't detect current information, in view of the above, can judge the liquid level of liquid in chamber 53 or the liquid of judging in chamber 53 of keeping in according to whether can detecting current information, the accuracy and the reliability of testing result have been guaranteed, through the detection to the interior detergent of chamber 53 of keeping in and the direct observation to the detergent box 40 in, can more accurately acquire the condition of keeping in of detergent, also can judge the trouble on the detergent flow path simultaneously.
In addition, the temporary storage cavity 53 cannot move, so that the risk of wiring obstacle or wiring fracture is avoided, the accuracy and reliability of a detection result are ensured, and the service life of the detergent putting component 50 is prolonged; by arranging the protection convex ribs 52, the liquid level detection part 51 can be protected, and the liquid level detection part 51 is prevented from touching or being affected with damp with other structures to influence the detection effect; the protection convex rib 52 can also limit the liquid level detection part 51, so that the detection effect is prevented from being influenced by the movement of the liquid level detection part 51, the use experience of a user is improved, and the market competitiveness of a product is improved.
A specific embodiment of a laundry treating apparatus 100 according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 19.
The laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a cabinet assembly including a cabinet 10, a door assembly 60, a feeding device including a detergent box 40 and a detergent feeding assembly 50, and a tub assembly disposed in the cabinet 10.
The box body 10 comprises a front sealing door 11, a side panel 12, a top plate 15, a mounting panel frame 13 and the like, wherein the front sealing door 11 is arranged on the front side of the side panel 12, the front sealing door 11 is provided with a clothes taking and placing opening 1101, and the door body assembly 60 is arranged at the clothes taking and placing opening 1101; the top plate 15 is provided on the upper side of the side panel 12.
The mounting surface frame 13 covers the front door 11, a control panel, an operation panel and the like can be mounted in the mounting surface frame 13, a mounting surface 1301 is formed on the upper surface of the mounting surface frame 13, the mounting surface 1301 is arranged obliquely relative to the horizontal plane, specifically, the mounting surface 1301 is inclined downwards from back to front, a downwardly concave matching concave part 132 is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting surface frame 13, the matching concave part 132 is provided with an opening 131 penetrating through the mounting surface frame 13 along the vertical direction, the position of the opening 131 corresponds to the position of the detergent box 40, namely, at least one part of the detergent box 40 is mounted in the opening 131.
The opening 131 is further provided with a cover 14, the cover 14 is movably connected with the mounting surface frame 13, when the cover 14 closes the opening 131, the cover 14 is located in the matching recess 132, thereby preventing the cover 14 from protruding outward and improving the aesthetic property of the structure.
The tank assembly further includes a mounting beam 20. the mounting beam 20 according to an embodiment of the invention is described below in connection with fig. 5-14.
The cross section (the cross section perpendicular to the up-down direction) shape of the installation beam 20 on the horizontal plane is similar to the cross section shape of the front sealing door 11, and the installation beam 20 comprises a beam body 21 and two oppositely arranged connecting plates 22, the length direction of the beam body 21 extends along the left-right direction, the height direction of the beam body 21 extends along the up-down direction, the beam body 21 is arranged at the rear side of the front sealing door 11, the connecting plates 22 are arranged between the beam body 21 and the side panels 12, the connecting plates 22 extend along the front-back direction, the rear sides of the two connecting plates 22 are matched with the corresponding side panels 12, the front ends of the two connecting plates 22 are respectively connected with the two ends (the left end and the right end shown in fig. 12) of the beam body 21, and the beam body 21 and the connecting plates 22 can be an integrally formed.
A portion of the front side surface of the cross beam body 21 is recessed rearward to form a mounting recess 213, a detergent box mounting portion is provided in the mounting recess 213, the detergent box mounting portion may be a mounting hole 211 penetrating through the mounting recess 213, and the hole edge of the mounting hole 211 is further provided with an annular reinforcing portion 212 to reinforce the mounting hole 211.
The cross beam body 21 is provided with a reinforcing structure 23, the reinforcing structure 23 forms a groove extending along the length direction of the reinforcing structure, the lower part of the cross beam body 21 is provided with a profiling 24 which is consistent with the edge shape of the clothes taking and placing opening 1101, the reinforcing structure 23 correspondingly forms an arc shape at the profiling 24, therefore, when the installation cross beam 20 is installed, the clothes taking and placing opening 1101 cannot interfere with the installation cross beam 20, meanwhile, the profiling 24 can also enhance the structural strength of the installation cross beam 20, and the stability of the whole structure is further ensured.
Further, the top of crossbeam body 21 has installation turn-ups 214, the top of front cover door 11 has cooperation turn-ups 111, wherein, installation turn-ups 214 and cooperation turn-ups 111 all extend towards side board 12, the length direction of installation turn-ups 214 and cooperation turn-ups 111 all extends along the left and right sides direction that fig. 10 is shown, the width direction of installation turn-ups 214 and cooperation turn-ups 111 all extends along the fore-and-aft direction that fig. 10 shows, installation turn-ups 214 and cooperation turn-ups 111 are suitable for through first fastener realization connection, first fastener is along connecting installation turn-ups 214 and cooperation turn-ups 111 from top to bottom, first fastener can not receive the shearing force, thereby can guarantee the structural strength and the stability of first fastener, and then guarantee the stability of crossbeam body 21 installation.
The upper surface of the connecting plate 22 is disposed to be inclined with respect to a horizontal plane, and more specifically, the upper surface of the connecting plate 22 is gradually inclined downward from a direction away from the cross beam body 21 toward a direction close to the cross beam body 21, and the front side of the connecting plate 22 may be directly flush with both ends of the cross beam body 21, thereby facilitating the installation of the detergent box 40 or the mounting panel frame 13, etc.
The rear end of each connecting plate 22 is provided with a first connecting flange 221 extending outwards, the first connecting flange 221 is provided with a third connecting hole 2211 and a limiting clamping hook 2212, the connecting plate 22 is provided with a plurality of reinforcing structures 23 arranged at intervals, the reinforcing structures 23 form a convex rib extending along the width direction of the connecting plate 22, and the rear end of the convex rib extends to the first connecting flange 221.
The front side of the side panel 12 has a second connecting flange 121 extending inward, the second connecting flange 121 has a fourth connecting hole 1211 and a limiting hole 1212, the third connecting hole 2211 corresponds to the fourth connecting hole 1211 in position, the limiting hook 2212 corresponds to the limiting hole 1212 in position, and the limiting hook 2212 can be located between the two third connecting holes 2211.
When the connecting plate 22 is installed, the limiting clamping hook 2212 extends into the limiting hole 1212, and the connecting plate 22 moves downwards, so that the edge of the limiting hole 1212 is clamped in the bayonet to realize clamping, and the effect of primary positioning is realized; the third connecting holes 2211 are fastened and connected with the corresponding fourth connecting holes 1211 through fasteners, so that the mounting cross beam 20 is firmly fixed, the cross beam 20 is fixedly mounted in a fastening mode after positioning, the convenience of operation is improved, and the stability after fixing is also ensured.
Further, the rear end of the front sealing door 11 has a second bending portion 112, a part of the second bending portion 112 is recessed forward to form an avoiding concave portion 1121, the first connecting flange 221 is located between the avoiding concave portion 1121 and the second connecting flange 121, and the avoiding concave portion 1121 can perform an avoiding function on the first connecting flange 221, so that the assembly is facilitated, meanwhile, the displacement of the first connecting flange 221 can be limited, and the mounting beam 20 is prevented from moving.
The tank assembly further comprises a support beam 30, the support beam 30 according to an embodiment of the invention being described below in connection with fig. 5-16.
The length direction of the support beam 30 extends in the left-right direction shown in fig. 15, the width direction of the support beam 30 extends in the front-rear direction shown in fig. 15, the support beam 30 is provided at the upper portion of the side panel 12, and both ends of the support beam 30 are supported on the side panel 12, as specifically constructed and assembled as follows.
Support beam 30's both ends have undercut's support concave part 31, be equipped with first connecting hole 311 and the grafting portion 312 of downwardly extending on the support concave part 31, the top of two side boards 12 has towards support turn-ups 122 that extends each other, support turn-ups 122 is last to have second connecting hole and jack 1222, when support beam 30 installs, grafting portion 312 is at first pegged graft in jack 1222, realize support beam 30's preliminary location, rethread fastener is with first connecting hole 311 and second connecting hole fastening connection, realize support beam 30's firm fixed, fix support beam 30 through the mode of location back fastening, the convenience of operation has been improved, the stability after fixing has also been guaranteed.
By arranging the supporting beams 30, the connectivity between the two side panels 12 can be increased, and further, the strength and stability of the box body 10 can be enhanced.
Further, the front end of the supporting concave portion 31 has a first bending portion 313 extending upward, the first bending portion 313 has a fifth connecting hole 314, the top of the second bending portion 112 of the front door 11 has a sixth connecting hole 1122, and the fifth connecting hole 314 and the sixth connecting hole 1122 are fixedly connected by a fastener, so that the supporting beam 30 and the front door 11 are connected. In addition, the lower part of the front sealing door 11 is matched with the side panel 12, so that the front sealing door 11 is simultaneously assembled with the supporting beam 30 and the side panel 12, the two sides and the upper end of the front sealing door 11 are fixed, the mounting stability of the front sealing door 11 is improved, and the integral structural strength is further improved, wherein the fastening piece can be a bolt.
In addition, the rear part of the mounting surface frame 13 covers a part of the supporting beam 30, the rear part of the mounting surface frame 13 is fixedly connected with the supporting beam 30, and the front part of the mounting surface frame 13 covers the front sealing door 11, so that the mounting surface frame 13 is fixed, the problem that the connection between the mounting surface frame 13 and the side panel 12 of the box body 10 is unreliable due to direct structural connection can be avoided, the structural strength of the mounting surface frame 13 and the box body 10 can be enhanced through the supporting beam 30, and the stability of the whole structure is improved.
After the mounting surface frame 13 is fixed, the top plate 15 is covered above the supporting cross beam 30, the top plate 15 can be matched with the supporting cross beam 30, and the top plate 15 can also be matched with the side panel 12, so that the supporting cross beam 30 is prevented from being exposed, and the attractiveness of the structure is ensured.
The structure and installation of the detergent box 40 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 19.
The detergent box 40 includes a fixed chamber 41 and a movable chamber 42, the fixed chamber 41 defines a receiving chamber 411 with an open top, an open mouth of the receiving chamber 411 is positioned in the opening 131, the open mouth is communicated with the opening 131, the movable chamber 42 is disposed in the receiving chamber 411, so that a user can observe detergent in the movable chamber 42 at the opening 131 in time.
In some examples, the fixed cavity 41 has a plurality of liquid passing channels 412, the liquid passing channels 412 are located at the bottom of the fixed cavity 41, the liquid passing channels 412 are connected with the detergent dispensing assembly 50 of the laundry treating apparatus 100 through the connecting pipe 43, and the detergent can flow into the liquid passing channels 412 and then into the detergent dispensing assembly 50 under the action of its own gravity, so as to achieve automatic dispensing of the detergent.
In some examples, the rear side of the fixing cavity 41 has a connecting tube fixing member 416, the connecting tube fixing member 416 includes a plurality of fixing plates arranged at intervals, the connecting tube 43 is suitable for being disposed between two adjacent fixing plates, and the two fixing plates can clamp the connecting tube 43, for example, the fixing plates are in interference fit with the connecting tube 43, so as to improve the stability of the connecting tube 43; of course, the fixing piece can also be in contact fit with the connecting pipe 43, that is, only plays a role of fixing the connecting pipe 43, thereby preventing the connecting pipe 43 from being deformed to affect the service life of the connecting pipe 43.
In some examples, the movable cavity 42 may be drawn in the accommodating cavity 411, and the drawing direction of the movable cavity 42 is perpendicular to the mounting surface 1301, so that the movable cavity 42 may be taken out and placed, for example, the movable cavity 42 may be taken out for cleaning, or for maintenance and replacement, and meanwhile, the user may reduce the degree of bending when drawing, which is convenient for the user to operate, and further improves the user experience. In addition, the detergent inside the movable cavity 42 can be completely observed by the user at the opening 131, and there is no problem of obstructing the view.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, in some examples, the movable cavity 42 defines a plurality of dispensing cavities 423, each dispensing cavity 423 has a dispensing interface 421 at the bottom, the dispensing interface 421 is adapted to be inserted into the liquid flow passage 412 to communicate the dispensing cavity 423 with the liquid flow passage 412, it is understood that the dispensing interface 421 has a liquid-flow-proof structure, such as a block piece with a spring, when the movable cavity 42 is separated from the fixed cavity 41, the dispensing interface 421 is not inserted into the liquid flow passage 412, the block piece blocks the dispensing interface 421 under the action of the spring, so as to prevent the detergent from leaking from the dispensing interface 421, and after the movable cavity 42 and the fixed cavity 41 are installed in place, the block piece can be pushed by a structural member in the liquid flow passage 412, so that the plurality of dispensing cavities 423 are in one-to-one communication with the plurality of liquid flow passages 412, thereby achieving the circulation of the detergent.
Further, the top of movable cavity 42 is equipped with detergent filling port 424 and puts in lid 422, detergent filling port 424 and put in the chamber 423 intercommunication, put in lid 422 and be used for opening and close detergent filling port 424, that is to say, the user can carry out the input of detergent or softener through the upper portion of movable cavity 42 to the detergent of furthest holding, put in lid 422 through the setting, can carry out the input of detergent, need not to take out movable cavity 42, put in lid 422 simultaneously and can also avoid detergent spill when movable cavity 42 draws.
The plane 4241 of the detergent filling port 424 is parallel to the mounting surface 1301, and a user can put and put the putting cover 422 through the opening 131 of the mounting surface 1301, so that the operation of the user is facilitated, and the detergent in the putting cavity 423 can be observed through the detergent filling port 424. The dispensing lid 422 may also be a transparent lid so that the detergent inventory can be observed in time without removing the dispensing lid 422.
When the detergent box 40 is installed, the fixing cavity 41 is installed in the cabinet 10 to fix the detergent box 40, and the specific fixing structure is as follows: the front of the fixing cavity 41 has a mounting protrusion 413, the mounting protrusion 413 is matched with the mounting hole 211 on the beam body 21, specifically, the mounting protrusion 413 is inserted into the mounting hole 211, and the annular reinforcing part 212 at the mounting hole 211 can support the mounting protrusion 413, so that the front of the fixing cavity 41 is fixed on the mounting beam 20.
Further, the installation convex part 413 is sleeved with the flexible part 414, the installation convex part 413 sleeved with the flexible part 414 is in interference fit with the installation hole 211, through the cooperation of the flexible part 414 and the installation hole 211, the fixing reliability can be ensured, the buffering effect can be achieved when the clothes treatment equipment 100 vibrates, the detergent box 40 is prevented from being damaged due to collision or friction, the insertion mode is simple to assemble, and the operation of an assembling worker is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 17, the fixing cavity 41 is provided with two mounting lugs 415, the mounting lugs 415 are located at the opening adjacent to the accommodating cavity 411, the mounting lugs 415 may include two mounting lugs 415, the two mounting lugs 415 are oppositely arranged at the left and right sides of the opening of the accommodating cavity 411, and the mounting lugs 415 are integrally provided with the mounting surface frame 13 through a fastening member, so that the upper portion of the fixing cavity 41 is fixed, and the stability of the fixing cavity 41 is further improved.
Further, the rear portion of the fixed cavity 41 also has a mounting protrusion, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 is located behind the detergent box 40, and the detergent dispensing assembly 50 also has a mounting hole, so that the rear portion of the fixed cavity 41 is inserted into and fitted with the detergent dispensing assembly 50, and of course, the rear portion of the fixed cavity 41 and the detergent dispensing assembly 50 may also be in clearance fit, or may be fitted with each other by other connection methods.
As shown in fig. 11 and 19, in some examples, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 has a positioning pillar 54 at the top thereof, and the positioning pillar 54 may be fixedly connected to the supporting beam 30 by a fastener to improve the stability of the detergent dispensing assembly 50.
In a further example, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 is connected to the rear of the detergent box 40, the detergent dispensing assembly 50 has a temporary storage cavity 53, the detergent in the dispensing cavity 423 flows into the temporary storage cavity 53 through the liquid flow passage 412, the temporary storage cavity 53 has liquid level detection parts 51, each liquid level detection part 51 has a positive pole and a negative pole, a protection rib 52 is surrounded on the periphery of the positive pole, a protection rib 52 is surrounded on the periphery of the negative pole, and the lower ends of the positive pole and the negative pole both extend into the temporary storage cavity 53.
When having liquid in chamber 53 keeps in, positive post and negative pole post all are in the liquid contact, make positive post and negative pole post can switch on, thereby can detect current information, when no liquid in chamber 53 keeps in, can't switch on between positive post and the negative pole post, thereby can't detect current information, in view of the above, can judge the liquid level of liquid in chamber 53 or the liquid of judging in chamber 53 of keeping in according to whether can detecting current information, the accuracy and the reliability of testing result have been guaranteed, through the detection to the interior detergent of chamber 53 of keeping in and the direct observation to the detergent box 40 in, can more accurately acquire the condition of keeping in of detergent, also can judge the trouble on the detergent flow path simultaneously.

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a case having a mounting surface;
the detergent box is arranged in the box body and is provided with at least one detergent filling opening;
the mounting surface is obliquely arranged relative to a horizontal plane, and at least part of the plane of the detergent filling opening of the detergent box is approximately parallel to the mounting surface.
2. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the mounting surface extends gradually downwardly inclined from back to front; the mounting surface is provided with an opening, and the detergent box is at least partially assembled in the opening;
still include the lid, the lid movably locates the box subassembly is used for the switching the opening.
3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the detergent box includes:
the detergent filling device comprises a movable cavity, wherein a feeding cavity for containing detergent is formed in the movable cavity, the detergent filling opening is formed in the upper end face of the movable cavity, and the upper end face of the movable cavity is approximately parallel to the mounting face.
4. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the detergent box further includes:
the fixed cavity is arranged in the box body, the fixed cavity is limited with an accommodating cavity with an open top, an opening of the accommodating cavity is positioned in the opening, and the opening is communicated with the opening;
the movable cavity body is arranged in the containing cavity in a drawable manner, and the drawing direction of the movable cavity body is perpendicular to the mounting surface.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, further comprising:
the mounting beam is connected with the front sealing door and/or the side panel of the box body, and the front part of the fixed cavity is connected with the mounting beam.
6. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the front portion of the fixing cavity has a mounting protrusion, and the mounting cross member has a mounting hole to be fitted with the mounting protrusion.
7. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the mounting protrusion and the mounting hole are respectively plural, and the plural mounting protrusions and the plural mounting holes are in one-to-one insertion fit.
8. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the mounting protrusion is sleeved with a flexible member, so that the mounting protrusion sleeved with the flexible member is in interference fit with the mounting hole.
9. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 4-8, wherein the cabinet further includes:
the mounting surface frame is formed on the surface of one outward side of the mounting surface frame, and the fixed cavity is fixedly connected with the mounting surface frame.
10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the fixing cavity is provided with a mounting lug at an opening adjacent to the receiving cavity, the mounting lug being fixedly connected with the mounting face frame by a fastener.
11. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising:
the supporting cross beam is arranged on the upper portion of the box body, and two ends of the supporting cross beam are connected with two side panels of the box body.
12. The laundry processing apparatus of claim 11, wherein a rear portion of the mounting face frame covers at least a portion of the support cross member, the rear portion of the mounting face frame being fixedly connected to the support cross member.
13. The laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 4-12, wherein the movable chamber has at least one throwing chamber, the fixed chamber has at least one liquid passing channel,
and at least one liquid passing flow channel is communicated with at least one throwing cavity in the state that the movable cavity and the fixed cavity are installed in place.
14. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the bottom of the movable chamber has a dosing interface adapted to be plugged into the liquid flow passage to communicate the dosing chamber with the liquid flow passage.
15. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the liquid passing channel is located at a bottom of the fixed cavity, and the liquid passing channel is connected with a detergent putting assembly of the laundry treating apparatus through a connecting pipe.

The apparatus of claim 15, wherein a side of the fixing cavity facing the feeding assembly has a connecting pipe fixing member, the connecting pipe fixing member includes a plurality of fixing pieces arranged at intervals, and the connecting pipe is suitable for being clamped between two adjacent fixing pieces.
17. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the detergent dispensing assembly is located at a rear of the detergent box and the detergent dispensing assembly is connected to a rear of the detergent box.
