In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a cosmetic bottle packaging mechanism comprises a cosmetic bottle structure and a spray head; the cosmetic bottle structure comprises a bottle and a liquid spraying main body, wherein the liquid spraying main body is installed at the upper end of the bottle in a threaded sealing mode, and the bottle is communicated with the inner space of the liquid spraying main body; the liquid spraying main body comprises a bottle cap, a fixed seat and an operation main body, the lower end of the fixed seat is fixedly connected to the upper end of the bottle cap, the inner wall of the lower part of the bottle cap is in threaded sealing installation on the outer wall of the upper end of the bottle, the operation main body is rotatably installed on the inner wall of the upper part of the fixed seat, and the operation main body is located at the front part of the fixed seat; the bottle cap comprises an elastic buckle, the lower end of the spray head is hermetically arranged at the upper end of the bottle in a threaded manner, the spray head is communicated with the inner space of the bottle, and the rear end of the elastic buckle is fixedly connected to the lower end of the spray head; the fixed seat comprises a seat body and a sealing groove, the lower end of the seat body is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the lower part of the spray head, the upper part of the spray head is arranged on the inner wall of the seat body in a sliding mode, and the sealing groove is formed in the front end of the seat body; the operation main body comprises a nozzle, a spring, a sealing block and a handle, one end of the spring is fixedly connected with the rear end of the nozzle, the other end of the spring is fixedly inserted in the inner wall of the seat body, the upper end of the nozzle is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the middle part of the seat body, the nozzle is positioned at the front side of the seat body, the sealing block is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the lower part of the handle, the upper wall of the sealing block is supported on the lower wall of the nozzle in a sliding and sealing manner, the spray head is communicated with the inner space of the nozzle, the upper end of the handle is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the upper part of the seat body, the handle is positioned at the front side of the nozzle, the rear wall of the handle is supported on the front wall of the nozzle in a sliding mode, the nozzle, the sealing block and the side wall of the handle are supported on the inner wall of the sealing groove in a sliding and sealing mode, the upper end rear wall of the elastic buckle is connected with the lower end front wall of the handle in a sliding and clamping mode, and the front wall of the handle is matched with the upper end of the spray head.
Preferably, the spray head is a pressing type spray head, the bottle cap further comprises a liquid guide pipe, the liquid guide pipe is a pressure-resistant pipe, one end of the liquid guide pipe is fixedly connected to the front end of the spray head, the spray head is communicated with the inner space of the liquid guide pipe, the other end of the liquid guide pipe is fixedly connected to the rear end of the nozzle, and the liquid guide pipe is communicated with the inner space of the nozzle.

the liquid spraying main body 3 comprises a bottle cap 4, a fixed seat 5 and an operation main body 6, the lower end of the fixed seat 5 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the bottle cap 4, the inner wall of the lower part of the bottle cap 4 is in threaded sealing installation on the outer wall of the upper end of the bottle 2, the operation main body 6 is rotatably installed on the inner wall of the upper part of the fixed seat 5, and the operation main body 6 is positioned at the front part of the fixed; the bottle cap 4 comprises an elastic buckle 11, the lower end of the spray head 7 is hermetically arranged at the upper end of the bottle 2 in a threaded manner, the spray head 7 is communicated with the inner space of the bottle 2, and the rear end of the elastic buckle 11 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the spray head 7; the nozzle 16 is unfolded and taken out in a smooth operation mode, and the taking efficiency is improved compared with that of a traditional sealing mode; after the user finishes taking and using, turning the handle 20 to the front part of the cosmetic bottle structure 1 by a thumb, and then pressing the lower part of the handle 20 to the inner side of the cosmetic bottle structure 1 to finish the folding work; the lower end of the handle 20 is used for extruding the front end of the upper portion of the elastic buckle 11 in the process, the inclined surface of the front end of the upper portion of the elastic buckle 11 is used, the lower end of the handle 20 generates downward deviation force on the elastic buckle 11, the front portion of the elastic buckle 11 is driven to deform downwards to avoid the handle 20, the handle 20 is locked and fixed by elastic force recovery of the elastic buckle 11 until the handle 20 is clamped into the rear side of the upper portion of the elastic buckle 11, meanwhile, the upper wall of the front portion of the nozzle 16 is inwards extruded through the rear wall of the handle 20 in the folding process of the handle 20, the nozzle 16 is enabled to be retracted into the inner wall of the sealing groove 13 again, the lower end of the nozzle 16 is sealed and slidably supported on the upper wall of the sealing block 19 again, the lower end of the nozzle 16 is sealed through the sealing block 19, the water loss rate inside the nozzle 16 is reduced, the smoothness of the nozzle 16 and the quality.
The spray head 7 is a pressing type spray head, the bottle cap 4 further comprises a liquid guide pipe 8, the liquid guide pipe 8 is a pressure-resistant pipe, one end of the liquid guide pipe 8 is fixedly connected to the front end of the spray head 7, the spray head 7 is communicated with the inner space of the liquid guide pipe 8, the other end of the liquid guide pipe 8 is fixedly connected to the rear end of the nozzle 16, and the liquid guide pipe 8 is communicated with the inner space of the nozzle 16; the nozzle head 7 and the nozzle 16 are connected by the liquid guide tube 8, so that the nozzle head 7 and the nozzle 16 can move up and down while being connected.
The bottle cap 4 further comprises a cap body 9, the upper end of the cap body 9 is fixedly, hermetically and sleeved on the outer wall of the lower part of the spray head 7, the elastic buckle 11 is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the upper part of the cap body 9, and the cap body 9 is hermetically installed at the upper end of the bottle 2 in a threaded manner; the cover body 9 facilitates the screw thread sealing installation of the spray head 7 and the bottle 2.
The bottle cap 4 further comprises a liquid guiding pipe 10, the liquid guiding pipe 10 is positioned inside the bottle 2, the upper end of the liquid guiding pipe 10 is fixedly connected to the lower end of the spray head 7, the liquid guiding pipe 10 is communicated with the inner space of the spray head 7, and the liquid guiding pipe 10 is communicated with the inner space of the bottle 2; the liquid is led out of the interior of the bottle 2 by the spray head 7 through the liquid lead-out tube 10.
The seat body 12 further comprises a chute 14, the chute 14 is hollowed at the upper end of the seat body 12, and the spray head 7 is slidably arranged on the inner wall of the chute 14; the spray head 7 is provided with a movable space by the chute 14.
The operation body 6 further comprises a first rotating shaft 15, the first rotating shaft 15 is fixedly connected to the rear part of the upper end of the handle 20, and the first rotating shaft 15 is rotatably inserted and installed on the inner wall of the upper part of the seat body 12; the handle 20 is rotatably mounted to the base 12 via the first shaft 15.
The operation body 6 further comprises a second rotating shaft 17, the second rotating shaft 17 is fixedly connected to the upper rear wall of the nozzle 16, and the second rotating shaft 17 is rotatably inserted into the middle inner wall of the seat body 12; the second rotating shaft 17 facilitates the rotating installation of the nozzle 16 and the seat body 12.
The working principle is as follows: when a user needs to use the cosmetic liquid inside the bottle 2, the bottle 2 is grasped by hand, then the front end of the snap 11 is pressed downward by the thumb to elastically deform the front portion of the snap 11 downward, so that the upper rear wall of the snap 11 is separated from the front wall of the handle 20, the lower portion of the nozzle 16 is pushed forward by the elastic force of the spring 18, the lower portion of the nozzle 16 is rotated forward around the upper end, the handle 20 is pressed forward by the lower end of the nozzle 16 to drive the lower end of the handle 20 to swing outward around the upper end thereof, so that the handle 20 is unfolded outward at the same time that the nozzle 16 is unfolded, so that the lower end of the handle 20 is unfolded forward to the front side of the thumb, then the lower end of the handle 20 is turned backward around the upper end of the handle 20 by the thumb until the outer wall of the handle 20 is supported on the upper end of the spray head 7, and the front end of the nozzle 16 is not shielded, so that the nozzle 16, then, the outer end of the handle 20 is pressed downwards by a thumb, so that the outer wall of the middle part of the handle 20 downwards presses the spray head 7 to provide a liquid spraying power for the spray head 7, and liquid is discharged into the nozzle 16 through the spray head 7 and is discharged forwards through the nozzle 16 for taking; the nozzle 16 is unfolded and taken out in a smooth operation mode, and the taking efficiency is improved compared with that of a traditional sealing mode; after the user finishes taking and using, turning the handle 20 to the front part of the cosmetic bottle structure 1 by a thumb, and then pressing the lower part of the handle 20 to the inner side of the cosmetic bottle structure 1 to finish the folding work; in the process, the lower end of the handle 20 is used for extruding the front end of the upper part of the elastic buckle 11, the inclined surface of the front end of the upper part of the elastic buckle 11 is used for enabling the lower end of the handle 20 to generate downward deviation force on the elastic buckle 11, the front part of the elastic buckle 11 is driven to deform downwards to avoid the handle 20 until the handle 20 is clamped on the rear side of the upper part of the elastic buckle 11, the handle 20 is locked and fixed by utilizing the elastic force of the elastic buckle 11, meanwhile, the upper wall of the front part of the nozzle 16 is inwards extruded by the rear wall of the handle 20 in the folding process of the handle 20, so that the nozzle 16 is retracted into the inner wall of the sealing groove 13 again, the lower end of the nozzle 16 is sealed and slidably supported on the upper wall of the sealing block 19 again, the lower end of the nozzle 16 is sealed by the sealing block 19, the water loss rate in the nozzle 16 is reduced, the smoothness of the nozzle 16 and the quality of the sprayed cosmetic liquid is ensured, therefore, the spray head 7 and the nozzle 16 can move up and down while being connected, the cover body 9 facilitates the threaded sealing installation of the spray head 7 and the bottle 2, the liquid is led out from the interior of the bottle 2 by the spray head 7 through the liquid guiding pipe 10, the sliding groove 14 provides a moving space for the spray head 7, the handle 20 and the seat body 12 are convenient to rotate and install through the first rotating shaft 15, and the nozzle 16 and the seat body 12 are convenient to rotate and install through the second rotating shaft 17.
