In summary, the combined hatch cover device according to the present invention is designed such that the first hatch cover assembly 1 includes a first coaming 11 vertically fixed on the ship deck 4 and a first cover plate 12 bolted to the top of the first coaming 11, and the first cover plate 12 is provided with a through hole 121; the first cover plate 12 is further provided with a plurality of hanging holes 122; the fence assembly 2 is arranged along the periphery of the first enclosing plate 11; the second hatch cover assembly 3 comprises a second coaming 31 arranged around the edge of the through hole 121 and a second cover plate 32 arranged on the top of the second coaming 31, wherein one end of the second cover plate 32 is hinged with one end of the second coaming 31 so that the second cover plate 32 has a degree of freedom of rotation around the first cover plate 12; a support 33 is arranged between the lower top surface of the second cover plate 32 and the side wall of the second enclosing plate 31 so as to support and fix the second cover plate 32 after rotating for a preset angle; therefore, when small spare parts are hoisted, hoisting operation can be started only by opening the second cover plate 32 without disassembling the cover plate, the operation is convenient and simple, the workload of workers is reduced, and the hoisting efficiency is improved; when large spare parts are hoisted, bolts between the first cover plate 12 and the first enclosing plate 11 are loosened, then the first cover plate 12 and the second hatch cover assembly 3 are hoisted together, and then workers can hoist the fence assembly 2, so that the safety of crews in hoisting work is guaranteed, and the possibility of accidents is reduced. The combined hatch cover device is simple in structure and convenient to manufacture, can select the form of opening the hatch cover according to the size of spare parts, and is convenient to operate and high in flexibility. The combined hatch cover device is almost suitable for all ships and platform projects, and has strong applicability.

Claims (10)

1. A modular hatch cover apparatus, comprising:
the first hatch cover assembly comprises a first coaming vertically fixed on a ship deck and a first cover plate connected to the top of the first coaming through bolts, and a through hole is formed in the first cover plate; the first cover plate is also provided with a plurality of lifting holes;
a rail assembly disposed along a periphery of the first enclosure;
the second hatch cover assembly comprises a second coaming arranged around the edge of the through hole and a second cover plate covering the top of the second coaming, and one end of the second cover plate is hinged with one end of the second coaming so that the second cover plate has the degree of freedom of rotating around the first cover plate; and a support is arranged between the lower top surface of the second cover plate and the side wall of the second enclosing plate, so that the second cover plate can be supported and fixed after rotating to a preset angle.
2. The modular hatch cover apparatus of claim 1 wherein said rail assembly includes a plurality of rails disposed along the periphery of said first panel and a wire rope connecting said plurality of rails in sequence.

The modular hatch cover apparatus of claim 2 wherein said rail assembly further includes a plurality of base pads and a plurality of railing bases disposed along the periphery of said first coaming; the base plates are arranged in parallel to the deck and fixedly connected with the first enclosing plate, and each base plate is provided with one railing base; the bottom of railing with railing base fixed connection, be equipped with on the railing and be used for fixing wire rope's retainer plate.

The combined hatch cover device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first coaming comprises a vertical plate vertically fixed on the deck of the ship and a horizontal plate fixedly connected with the top end of the vertical plate; the first cover plate is fixedly connected with the transverse plate through bolts.

The modular hatch cover assembly of claim 1 wherein said support means comprises an upper hinge block, a slide plate, a push rod, and a lower hinge block, said upper hinge block being disposed on the lower top surface of said second panel, a first end of said slide plate being connected to said upper hinge block, a second end of said slide plate being connected to a first end of said push rod, a second end of said push rod being connected to said lower hinge block, said lower hinge block being disposed on the sidewall of said second panel; the sliding plate is sleeved with a sliding block, the sliding block can slide along the axial direction of the sliding plate, and a groove is formed in the second end of the sliding plate.
6. The combined hatch cover device according to claim 5, characterized in that a handle is further provided on the push rod, and the second end of the slide plate, the first end of the push rod and one end of the handle are connected by a center pin.
7. The modular hatch cover assembly of claim 1, wherein a plurality of locking knobs are provided on the upper top surface of the second cover plate along the circumference thereof.
8. The combined hatch cover device according to claim 7, characterized in that the locking handle comprises a hand grip rotatably connected to the second cover plate, and one end of the hand grip penetrates the second cover plate and is provided with a locking piece at an end thereof; and a limiting block is arranged on the side wall of the second enclosing plate, and the locking block is positioned below the limiting block corresponding to the position on the side wall of the second enclosing plate.
9. The combined hatch cover device according to claim 1, characterized in that the end of the second cover plate remote from the support is provided with a locking catch for fixing a lock.
10. The modular hatch cover assembly of claim 1 wherein a rubber gasket is disposed between the second cover panel and the second shroud panel.
