本发明公开了一种空气净化单元,包括复合半导体材料,所述复合半导体材料包括半导体阻燃型高分子材料制成的基材,在所述基材内设有具有导电性的材料。该材料替代现有净化单元的金属极板材料,克服了用传统金属体做净化单元安全性差、臭氧量高、净化效率不理想、易被氧化腐蚀、生产成本高等缺点。可以广泛应用在暖通空调、空气净化领域,其结构简单,安全性好,净化效率高,具有良好的化学稳定性、良好的结构强度、良好的阻燃性,以及良好的耐温性、耐腐蚀性、耐氧化性、耐磨性、压电性等特殊性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,特别是一种可以应用于去除空气中颗粒物净化单元的复合半导体材料。
背景技术
半导体材料(semiconductor material)是一类具有半导体性能,导电能力介于导体与绝缘体之间,电阻率约在1mΩ·cm~1GΩ·cm范围内。
阻燃型高分子材料,指遇火焰不燃烧,或者不易燃烧,离开火焰后很快熄灭的高分子材料。高分子材料也称为聚合物材料,是以高分子化合物为基体,再配有其他添加剂(助剂)所构成的材料。一类高分子材料本身具有阻燃结构,如聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、含氟塑料等;另一类是在普通易燃或可燃高分子材料中加入合适的阻燃剂,使具有阻燃性能,或者将某种元素通过与高分子进行化学反应,在分子内引入阻燃结构,使具有阻燃性能;或者通过改变高分子材料表面的阻燃性,使具有阻燃性能。通过在这类具有阻燃性高分子材料中添加导电材料微粒(如金、银、铜和碳等)使其具有半导体材料的导电能力。
导电油墨(electrically conductive printing ink),用导电材料(金、银、铜和碳)分散在连结料中制成的糊状油墨,俗称糊剂油墨。具有一定程度导电性质,可作为印刷导电点或导电线路之用。金系导电墨、银系导电墨、铜系导电墨、碳系导电墨等已达到实用化,用于印刷电路、电极、电镀底层、键盘接点、印制电阻等材料。
石墨烯(Graphene)是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化轨道组成六角型呈蜂巢晶格的二维碳纳米材料。石墨烯具有优异的光学、电学、力学特性,在材料学、微纳加工、能源、生物医学和药物传递等方面具有重要的应用前景,被认为是一种未来革命性的材料。
石墨是碳的一种同素异形体,为灰黑色,不透明固体,密度为2.25g/cm3。化学性质稳定,耐腐蚀,同酸、碱等药剂不易发生反应。可用作抗磨剂、润滑剂、电极、电刷、干电池、石墨纤维、换热器、冷却器、电弧炉、弧光灯、铅笔的笔芯等。
PE,英文全称polyethylene,聚乙烯,塑料的一种,是由乙烯聚合而成之聚合物,聚乙烯为白色蜡状半透明材料,柔而韧,比水轻,无毒,具有优越的介电性能、耐低温性能,最低使用温度可达-100~-70℃,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合半导体材料,替代现有净化单元的金属极板材料,克服了用传统金属体做净化单元安全性差、臭氧量高、净化效率不理想、易被氧化腐蚀、生产成本高等缺点。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种复合半导体材料,包括半导体阻燃型高分子材料制成的基材,在所述基材内设有具有导电性的材料。
进一步地,所述具有导电性的材料为导电性的油墨、石墨烯或石墨。
进一步地,所述半导体阻燃型高分子材料中使用的高分子材料为聚偏氟乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、硬质聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、聚酰胺(PA66)、聚乙烯中的一种或几种的组合。
进一步地,所述复合半导体材料的电阻率是1mΩ·cm-1GΩ·cm。
进一步地,所述复合半导体材料的密度为800-2300kg/m3。
进一步地,所述基材为带状体或板状。
进一步地,所述复合半导体材料的整体厚度为0.05-5mm,宽度为5-500mm。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明以具有半导体性能的高分子阻燃材料带状体为基材,结合一系列复杂生产工艺,在带状体基材内部设导电油墨/石墨烯/石墨等导电材料复合而成,该复合半导体材料具有一定的导电性能,高的氧指数,阻燃性能好,易成型,加工生产容易,应用范围广,该复合半导体材料具有良好的化学稳定性、良好的结构强度、良好的阻燃性,以及良好的耐温性、耐腐蚀性、耐氧化性、耐磨性、压电性等特殊性能。用该复合半导体材料做成的空气净化单元可以广泛应用在暖通空调、空气净化领域,净化单元的安全性好,阻燃性能优良,杜绝了带状体或板状体之间接触引起的短路,净化单元具有充放电速度快,净化效率高,不易产生臭氧,克服了用传统金属体做净化单元臭氧量高、净化效率不理想、易被氧化腐蚀、生产成本高等缺点。

具体实施方式
下面将参考附图中示出的若干示例性实施方式来描述本发明的原理和精神。应当理解,描述这些实施方式仅仅是为了使本领域技术人员能够更好地理解进而实现本发明,而并非以任何方式限制本本发明的范围。
请参考图1-4,本发明实施例提供的一种复合半导体材料,采用带状体的形式,带状体可以按照一定的方式形成具有过滤功能的净化单元。例如,带状体以卷绕的方式可以形成盘状结构的净化单元,盘状结构的净化单元中的带状体与带状体之间都存在着供气体流过的空隙,当待净化的空气沿着盘状结构的盘面的垂直方向流过净化单元时,空气从空隙中经过,空气中的带电颗粒物被吸附在带状体上,然后可以被设置的自清洁装置自动清理,实现自清免维护功能。多个带状体还可以平行地排列,形成矩形结构,相邻的带状体之间也存在着供气体流过的空隙,然后可以被设置的自清洁装置自动清理,实现自清免维护功能,其净化气体的过程和前述原理相同。
当然,尽管本申请以带状体为复合半导体材料的示例,但应当理解的是,复合半导体材料还可以采用其他的几何形状,如板状、片状等。
本实施例中,复合半导体材料包括半导体阻燃型高分子材料制成的基材,作为基材,采用半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的形式作为复合半导体材料的主体部分。半导体阻燃型高分子材料中使用的高分子材料可以是聚偏氟乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、硬质聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚偏氯乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、聚酰胺(PA66)、聚乙烯等。但不局限于以上几种。
在图1的示例中,半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1有上下两条,导电油墨设置在上面一条半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的内侧,但这仅仅是一种示例,导电油墨还可以设置在下面一条半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的内侧。另外,导电油墨层2还可以分别设置在上面半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体的内侧和下面半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体的内侧(即具有2个或多个导电油墨层的时候,可以一个或多个导电油墨层设置在上面的半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体内侧,其余的导电油墨层设置在下面的半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体内侧,共同形成具有导电性能的复合半导体材料),这都属于本发明的保护范围。本实施例中,在半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的内侧形成导电油墨层2,进一步地,在导电油墨层2的内侧还设置有胶层3,胶层3用于粘结导电油墨层2与另一半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的内侧,该胶层3可以通过胶水涂覆在半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1内侧形成(如下文叙述)。应当说明的是,在本发明的各个实施例中,导电油墨可以替换为其他导电性材料,例如石墨烯、石墨等。所以在各个实施例中所述的导电油墨层也可以是石墨烯层或石墨层。
导电油墨层2在半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1内部可以间隔地设置一个或多个。例如,在一些实施例中,导电油墨层2大体上位于半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的中部,在另一些实施例中,导电油墨层2大体上位于半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的下部。在一些实施例中,相邻的两个导电油墨层2在半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1的厚度方向上错开一定的距离。在另一些实施例中,各个导电油墨层2在半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1内处于同一平面内。导电油墨层2的数量也不做限制,可以是一个(如图1)也可以是多个(如图3中的两个、图4中的三个)。在两条半导体阻燃型高分子材料带状体1之间还夹设一层PE层4,PE层为具有一定导电性能的PE层,生产中,PE在熔化后,可以增加带状体之间的粘结性,材料成型后的结构更紧密、牢固。(如下文叙述)。而由于前述胶层3的存在,在生产中增加了PE和半导体阻燃型高分子材料之间的粘结,增加PE和半导体阻燃型高分子材料及其表面油墨的粘结,在材料成型中提升了粘结强度。
整个复合半导体材料的电阻率为1mΩ·cm-1GΩ·cm。整个复合半导体材料的厚度可以为0.05-5mm、密度为800-2300kg/m3、宽度为5-500mm,氧指数>27%。导电油墨层的厚度为0.02-2mm、密度为1000-3000kg/m3、宽度为0.5-490mm,可以设置多条。在设置多个油墨层时,各个油墨层之间的间隔可以为1-50mm,多个油墨层可以根据需要在间隔处裁切,避免了油墨层裸露在空气中,可以形成不同宽度的净化单元;同时,设置多个油墨层还可以形成不同电场间距的净化单元。
PE层的厚度为0.02-1mm、密度为880-1100kg/m3。
复合半导体材料主要由两层两层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带热压处理而成。两条半导体阻燃型高分子材料带各自卷绕在轴上,在其中一层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带上印刷一定宽度、厚度的导电油墨(可以是多个),然后在印刷有导电油墨一侧涂抹一定宽度、厚度的导电性能的胶水(可以为多个),同时和涂抹有一定宽度、厚度的导电性能的胶水的另一层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带结合(两层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带宽度相同、厚度优选相同,也可以不同),在两层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带中间夹一薄层PE(更为具体地,可以在两个胶层之间),通过提供一定的温度和压力(本实施例中,热压的温度为50-250℃,压力为0.1-800MPa)的设备,使得两层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带经过复杂的热处理和压力处理,可以紧密的结合在一起,PE起到粘结支撑作用、促进两层半导体阻燃型高分子材料带/板的结合,PE层也可以采用其他类似材料,然后经过降温冷却,再经过压合成型,将成型后整卷的复合半导体材料进行分切处理,根据需求,做成不同宽度的复合半导体材料。当然,如果采用其他工艺形成这种结构的复合半导体材料,仍然属于本发明的保护范围之内。
本文中应用了具体个例对发明构思进行了详细阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离该发明构思的前提下,所做的任何显而易见的修改、等同替换或其他改进,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (11)
1.一种空气净化单元,其特征在于,包括复合半导体材料,所述复合半导体材料包括半导体阻燃型高分子材料制成的基材,在所述基材内设有具有导电性的材料;所述基材由两条带状体热压而成,从一侧的基材到另一侧的基材之间依次为所述具有导电性的材料、胶层、PE层和胶层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述具有导电性的材料为导电性的油墨、石墨烯或石墨。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述半导体阻燃型高分子材料中使用的高分子材料为聚偏氟乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、硬质聚氯乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、聚酰胺、聚乙烯中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述复合半导体材料的电阻率是lmΩ·cm-1GΩ·cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述复合半导体材料的密度为800-2300kg/m3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述复合半导体材料的整体厚度为0.05-5mm,宽度为5-500mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述复合半导体材料的氧指数>27%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述具有导电性的材料的厚度为0.02-2mm,宽度为0.5-490mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述具有导电性的材料的密度为1000-3000kg/m3。
10.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述热压的温度为50-250℃,压力为0.1MPa-800MPa。
11.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化单元,其特征在于,所述具有导电性的材料在所述基材内部设置多个。
