The working principle of the invention is as follows: the invention relates to a heat sealing device for producing a sterilization bag, which is characterized in that during the actual operation, a flattening mechanism 4 is firstly utilized to flatten the sterilization bag, impurities or residues on the sterilization bag are cleaned by a cleaning roller 3 on the flattening mechanism 4 before and after flattening, so that the cleanness of the surface of the sterilization bag is improved, the sterilization bag is conveniently flattened and heat-sealed, after flattening is finished, a hot pressing roller 54 on a hot pressing mechanism 5 is utilized to carry out secondary hot pressing and flattening on the gluing position of the middle crease of the sterilization bag, so that the bonding firmness of the middle crease of the sterilization bag is further improved, meanwhile, a distance measuring wheel 52 is utilized to measure the length of the sterilization bag transmitted on a frame 1, after the sterilization bag reaches the preset size, a signal is transmitted to a control panel 11, the control panel 11 controls a heat sealing mechanism 6 to carry out heat sealing work, when the size measured by the distance measuring wheel 52 is twice of the length of the sterilization bag, the control panel 11 controls the cold pressing mechanism 7 to work, and the pressing position of the cold pressing plate 9 on the cold pressing mechanism 7 is just the position of the heat-sealing position of the first sterilization bag, so that after the heat-sealing mechanism 6 performs heat sealing on the sterilization bag, the cold pressing mechanism 7 can perform accurate cold pressing and cooling on the heat-sealing position of the sterilization bag, and the intelligent operation, time and labor are saved.

Claims (8)
1. A heat sealing device for medical sterilization bag production comprises a rack (1) and is characterized in that a compression roller (2) is installed on the front side of the upper end of the rack (1), a guide roller (13) is arranged on the rear side of the compression roller (2) at the upper end of the rack (1), a flattening mechanism (4) is arranged on the rear side of the guide roller (13) at the upper end of the rack (1), cleaning rollers (3) are arranged below the front end and the rear end of the flattening mechanism (4), a hot pressing mechanism (5) is arranged on the rear side of the flattening mechanism (4) at the upper end of the rack (1), a heat sealing mechanism (6) is arranged on the rear side of the hot pressing mechanism (5) at the upper end of the rack (1), a cold pressing mechanism (7) is installed right behind the heat sealing mechanism (6), a hot pressing plate (8) is arranged at the lower end of the heat sealing mechanism (6), and a cold pressing plate (9) is arranged at the lower end, and the upper ends of the heat sealing mechanism (6) and the cold pressing mechanism (7) are both provided with air cylinders (10).

The apparatus for producing and heat-sealing a medical sterilization bag according to claim 1, a control panel (11) is fixedly arranged on one side surface of the frame (1), a touch screen type computer is embedded in the surface of the control panel (11), the heat sealing mechanism (6) comprises a first side plate (64) positioned at two sides of the upper end of the frame (1), a first transverse frame (61) is arranged at the upper end of the first side plate (64), a first sliding chute (63) is correspondingly arranged on the inner side surface of the first side plate (64), a first connecting plate (66) is connected at the position of the inner side of the first side plate (64) corresponding to the first sliding chute (63), two ends of the first connecting plate (66) are provided with first sliding blocks (65) matched with the first sliding grooves (63), and the upper end of the first connecting plate (66) is in threaded connection with a first adjusting rod (67).

The heat sealing device for producing the medical sterilization bag according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting plate (66) is fixedly connected with the hot pressing plate (8) through a first adjusting rod (67), a first push rod (62) is connected to one side of the upper end of the first connecting plate (66) close to the first adjusting rod (67), the upper end of the first connecting plate (66) is fixedly connected with the first cross frame (61) through the first push rod (62), and one end of the first push rod (62) is connected with the air cylinder (10) through an air pipe.

The apparatus for producing and heat-sealing a medical sterilization bag according to claim 1, the cold pressing mechanism (7) comprises second side plates (72) positioned at two sides of the upper end of the rack (1), the upper ends of the second side plates (72) are connected with second transverse frames (71), a second sliding groove (73) is arranged on the inner side surface of the second side plate (72), a second connecting plate (75) is connected to the position, corresponding to the second sliding groove (73), of the inner side of the second side plate (72), and both ends of the second connecting plate (75) are provided with second sliding blocks (74) matched with the second sliding grooves (73), a small refrigerator (14) is arranged on the side surface of the second connecting plate (75), and the upper end of the second connecting plate (75) is connected with a second adjusting rod (76), and the second connecting plate (75) is connected with the cold pressing plate (9) through the second adjusting rod (76).

The production and heat-sealing device for the medical sterilization bags according to claim 4, wherein one end of the small refrigerator (14) is connected with a liquid outlet pipe (15), and one end of the small refrigerator (14) close to one side of the liquid outlet pipe (15) is communicated with a liquid return pipe (16), a circulating pipe (17) is arranged in the cold pressing plate (9), one end of the liquid outlet pipe (15) penetrates through the cold pressing plate (9) and is communicated with one end of the circulating pipe (17), one end of the liquid return pipe (16) penetrates through the cold pressing plate (9) and is communicated with the other end of the circulating pipe (17), a second push rod (77) is arranged at one side of the upper end of the second connecting plate (75) close to the second cross frame (71), and the second connecting plate (75) is fixedly connected with the second transverse frame (71) through a second push rod (77), one end of the second push rod (77) is connected with the air cylinder (10) through an air pipe.

The heat sealing device for producing the medical sterilized bags according to claim 2, wherein the hot pressing mechanism (5) comprises a bracket (51) located at the upper end of the frame (1), a hot pressing roller (54) is arranged in the middle of the lower end of the bracket (51), a distance measuring wheel (52) is arranged on one side of the lower end of the bracket (51) close to the hot pressing roller (54), fixing plates (53) are connected to both sides of the hot pressing roller (54) and the distance measuring wheel (52), a junction box (55) is arranged at one end of the side of each fixing plate (53) close to the hot pressing roller (54), and the junction box (55) is connected with the control panel (11) through a conducting wire.

The heat sealing device for the production of medical sterilized bags according to claim 1, wherein the flattening mechanism (4) comprises trusses (43) correspondingly arranged at the upper end of the frame (1), a vertical plate (42) is correspondingly arranged between the two trusses (43), the upper end of the vertical plate (42) is connected with a lifting screw (41), two ends of the vertical plate (42) are correspondingly provided with connecting sliders (45), a groove (46) is formed at the position, corresponding to the connecting slider (45), of the inner side surface of the truss (43), and a positioning screw (44) is connected at the position, corresponding to the truss (43), of the upper end of the connecting slider (45).

The heat sealing device for the production of medical sterilized bags according to claim 7, wherein the vertical plate (42) is fixedly connected with the pressing plate (12) through a lifting screw (41), two ends of the vertical plate (42) are slidably connected with the truss (43) through a connecting slide (45) and a groove (46), the upper end of the connecting slide (45) is fixedly connected with the truss (43) through a positioning screw (44), two ends of the cleaning roller (3) are provided with connecting rods, and the cleaning roller (3) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the truss (43) through the connecting rods.
