The simple fixture for the latch gear comprises a gear 1, a support rod 3, a handle 2, a shaft sleeve 6 and a movable nut 7, wherein two ends of the support rod 3 are respectively connected with the gear 1 and the handle 2. The right end of the supporting rod 3 is welded and fixed on the gear 1, and the two are coaxial; the left end of the supporting rod 3 is rotatably connected with the handle 2. The supporting rod 3 consists of a hexagonal prism 36 and a cylinder 38 which are coaxial, and a transition limiting surface 35 is arranged between the hexagonal prism 36 and the cylinder 38. The right end of the hexagonal prism 36 is welded and fixed with the gear 1, the left end face extends out of the transition limiting face 35, the left end face of the transition limiting face 35 extends out of the cylinder 38, the diameter of the transition limiting face 35 is smaller than the diameter of an inscribed circle of the hexagonal prism 36, and the diameter of the cylinder 38 is smaller than the diameter of the transition limiting face 35. The handle 2 comprises a holding rod portion 25 and wrench heads (21, 23) fixed at the end portion of the holding rod portion 25, the wrench heads (21, 23) are matched with the movable nut 7, the holding rod portion 25 is divided into two parts and is in butt joint in a concave-convex wedge mode, the holding rod portion 25 can be bent, the lower end of the holding rod portion 25 is rotated, and the holding rod portion can be far away from or close to the gear 1. The spanner heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are connected to the movable nut 7, and the movable nut 7 can be driven to rotate relative to the cylinder 38 by rotating the handle 2. Referring to fig. 6, in order to prevent the movable nut 7 from being separated from the cylinder 38 of the support rod 3, a first ring 34 is provided at the left end of the cylinder 38, and a snap spring 4 is provided in the first ring groove 34, so that the movable nut 7 is limited between the snap spring 4 and the transition limiting surface 35. Referring to fig. 7 to 8, in order to prevent the handle 2 from being separated from the movable nut 7, a limiting block 33 is arranged on the movable nut 7, when the tool is assembled, the handle 2 is firstly installed on the movable nut 7, then the movable nut 7 is installed on the cylinder 38 of the support rod 3, and one side of the movable nut 7 provided with the limiting block 33 is close to the left end face of the cylinder 38.
In the technical proposal, the spanner heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are hexagonal holes 21 or plum blossom spanner heads which are matched with the movable nuts 7. When the tool is used, the spanner heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are connected to the movable nut 7, then the gear 1 is moved to the rotating position of the latch gear train, and then the spanner heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are moved to the hexagonal prism 36 of the support rod 3. Because the handle 2 can rotate relative to the cylinder 38 of the support rod 3, the gear 1 of the tool can be quickly moved to two mutually meshed reversing gears in the gear train along the gear of the gear train by operation; even if the gear train rotates in the process of moving the gear of the tool, the gear train cannot interfere with the movement of the tool, so that the tool is safe and reliable; and the spanner heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are matched with the hexagonal prism 36 to limit the rotation of the gears, so that the aim of limiting the rotation of the gear train is fulfilled.
Referring to fig. 6, after the wrench heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are moved onto the hexagonal prism 36 of the support rod 3, the axial movement of the handle 2 cannot be restricted. The elastic drag hook device comprises a flat sheet body 5 with elasticity and a limiting end 51 arranged at one end of the sheet body 5, and the other end of the sheet body 5 is fixed at the side surface of the spanner head (21, 23) of the handle 2. The sheet 5 extends obliquely downwards, so that the limiting end 51 presses on the surface of the hexagonal prism 36 of the supporting rod 3, and elasticity is generated, so that the limiting end 51 tends to press against the hexagonal prism 36. The limiting end 51 is in a conical structure, the large bottom end of the limiting end is welded and fixed at one end of the sheet body 5, and the small bottom end is an arc transition surface. When the elastic pulling hook is used, the spanner heads (21, 23) of the handle 2 are moved to the hexagonal prism 36 of the supporting rod 3, and the limiting ends 51 of the elastic pulling hook devices arranged on the side surfaces of the spanner heads (21, 23) are clamped into the second annular groove 31, so that the handle 2 obtains a fixed force, and the axial movement of the handle 2 is limited to a certain extent. In order to further improve the stability of the handle 2 on the hexagonal prism 36, after the limiting end 51 of the elastic drag hook device is clamped into the second ring groove 31, a positioning hole 32 is formed in the hexagonal prism 36 corresponding to the wrench head of the handle 2, and a strong magnet is mounted in the positioning hole 32. The inner side of the spanner head is attracted by the powerful magnet, so that the axial movement of the handle 2 can be further prevented.
Chamfering is carried out on the left end of the hexagonal prism 36, the left side of the movable nut 7 is abutted to the limiting block 33, and the distance from the right end point of the chamfering to the right end face of the movable nut 7 is smaller than the width of the spanner head of the handle 2. The chamfer can be used as a transition on one hand to accelerate the efficiency of transferring the handle 2 from the movable nut 7 to the hexagonal prism 36; on the other hand, the elastic retractor device can be used for placing the limiting end 51 of the elastic retractor device, and the elastic deformation of the sheet body 5 is relieved.
A rubber pad 9 is fixed on the left end face of the cylinder 38 of the support rod 3. When the operator holds the tool, the handle 2 can be held at the palm of the hand, and then the operator presses the rubber pad 8 with the thumb.
