The adjustable positioning support for welding the special-shaped nodes of the steel members is mainly used for solving the problems that stable supports are difficult to form in the welding process of the special-shaped nodes of the steel members, unexpected displacement is easy to generate in the welding process, machining precision is influenced, and even local strength of a steel structure building is influenced.

And pre-placing the fixed upper wing plate and the fixed lower wing plate on the cushion block, estimating the positions of the brackets, moving out, installing the adjusting brackets corresponding to the number of the brackets, and aligning the adjusting brackets with the positions of the brackets. Preferably, the hanging bracket is of an inverted U-shaped structure, and two ends of the hanging bracket are hinged with the end parts of the bracket supporting plates through rotating pins. When the two ends of the bracket supporting plate are not synchronous in the adjusting process and the heights are inconsistent, the hanging frame can be vertically adjusted up and down, and the screw thread damage caused by the inclination of the adjusting screw rod can not be caused by the inclination of the adjusting screw rod.
Preferably, the two ends of the bracket supporting plate are provided with clamping bolt supporting plates which are erected upwards, the clamping bolt supporting plates are provided with horizontal threaded holes, and clamping bolts which can be adjusted outwards are arranged in the threaded holes. Preferably, the bottom center of the U-shaped frame is provided with a vertical column downwards, the bottom center of the vertical column is provided with a downward sliding rod, the outer diameter of the sliding rod is matched with the width of the arc-shaped groove and is smaller than the outer diameter of the vertical column, and the bottom end of the sliding rod is provided with a clamping head which is larger than the width of the arc-shaped groove.
Preferably, the radius of each arc-shaped groove is equal to that of the cushion block, and each arc-shaped groove forms an intermittent circular ring. The intermittent part of the intermittent ring is connected with the inside and the outside, so that the inner and the outer table boards of the arc-shaped groove are integrated, and the inner and the outer table boards cannot be staggered with each other.
Preferably, the bracket supporting plate is positioned between the two side plates and is partially provided with a herringbone slope type upper surface. Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Examples: an adjustable positioning support for welding special-shaped nodes of steel components is shown in figure 2.
The device is used for assembling and welding the special-shaped nodes of the steel member shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1, 6 brackets 105 are provided to extend in different directions at the profile node. The brackets 105 do not run in the same plane, and are oriented with some horizontal, some upward, some downward inclination. The upper wing plate 101 and the lower wing plate 102 have the same structure, each bracket branch is provided with 6 brackets, and the bracket branches are not on the same plane. During processing, the upper wing plate 101 and the lower wing plate 102 are welded and fixed up and down through the inner frame plates respectively, so that the upper wing plate 101 and the lower wing plate 102 form a frame which is parallel up and down, then the upper wing plate 101 and the lower wing plate 102 which are combined are fixedly supported by the device, then the webs 103 are put into welding one by one, and finally the end faces are sealed by the end face sealing plates 104.
The device comprises a circular table top 1, as shown in fig. 2-3, a cushion block 2 is arranged in the center of the table top 1, a plurality of arc grooves 3 are formed in the table top, each arc groove takes the cushion block as the center of a circle, the radius of the arc grooves from the cushion block is equal, and each arc groove forms an intermittent circular ring. A plurality of adjusting brackets 4 which can slide along the arc-shaped groove and rotate around the cushion block are arranged in the arc-shaped groove 3, and the adjusting brackets are used for supporting the bracket branches of the lower wing plate 102 of the special-shaped node shown in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the adjusting bracket 4 is provided with a U-shaped frame, the center of the bottom surface of the U-shaped frame is provided with a vertical column 8 downwards, the center of the bottom end of the vertical column is provided with a downward sliding rod 9, the outer diameter of the sliding rod is matched with the width of the arc-shaped groove and is smaller than the outer diameter of the vertical column, and the bottom end of the sliding rod is provided with a clamping head 10 which is larger than the width of the arc-shaped groove.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the U-shaped frame at the upper end of the adjusting bracket 4 comprises a bottom plate 5 and side plates 6 arranged upwards at two ends of the bottom plate, and the top ends of the side plates are horizontally bent outwards to form turning plates 7. Vertical grooves 18 are formed in the middle of the two side plates 6 in an aligned mode, a bracket supporting plate 11 capable of being adjusted up and down is transversely arranged between the two vertical grooves, two ends of the bracket supporting plate penetrate out to the outer sides of the two side plates 6 and are hinged with hanging frames 14, adjusting screw rods 12 penetrating to the upper portions of turning plates are arranged at the upper ends of the hanging frames, and adjusting nuts 13 are screwed on the upper portions of the turning plates through the adjusting screw rods. The hanging bracket 14 is of an inverted U-shaped structure, and two ends of the hanging bracket are hinged with the end parts of the bracket supporting plate by adopting rotating pins 15. As shown in fig. 5, the bracket support plate 11 is located between the two side plates and is a herringbone slope type upper surface, and provides line support for bracket branches of the lower wing plate. The bracket support plate 11 is provided with a clamping bolt support plate 16 which is erected upwards and is provided with a horizontal threaded hole 19, and a clamping bolt 17 which can be adjusted outwards is arranged in the threaded hole 19. The clamping bolt support plate is horizontally provided with a clamping bolt, the clamping bolt moves up and down along with the bracket support plate, and the height difference of the upper surface of the bracket support plate is kept unchanged.
And pre-placing the fixed upper wing plate and the fixed lower wing plate on the cushion block, estimating the positions of the brackets, moving out, installing the adjusting brackets corresponding to the number of the brackets, and aligning the adjusting brackets with the positions of the brackets. The fixed upper wing plate and the fixed lower wing plate are placed on the cushion block again, the bracket supporting plate heights of the brackets are adjusted through adjusting nuts, so that bracket branches corresponding to the lower wing plates and different in height can be supported by the bracket supporting plates of the adjusting brackets, when the bracket supporting plates are adjusted, the bracket branches of the lower wing plate form a support, and the bracket branches of the lower wing plate are clamped from two sides by tightening the clamping bolts to fix the bracket branches. The webs may then be welded between the upper and lower flanges.

1. An adjustable positioning support for welding of steel member abnormal-shaped nodes, which is characterized in that: the table comprises a table top, wherein a cushion block is arranged at the center of the table top, a plurality of arc grooves are formed in the table top, each arc groove takes the cushion block as the center of a circle, a plurality of adjusting brackets capable of sliding along the arc grooves are arranged in the arc grooves, the lower ends of the adjusting brackets are slidably embedded in the arc grooves, U-shaped brackets are arranged at the upper ends of the adjusting brackets, each U-shaped bracket comprises a bottom plate and side plates arranged upwards at the two ends of the bottom plate, the top ends of the side plates are horizontally bent outwards to form turning plates, vertical grooves are formed in the middle parts of the two side plates in an aligned mode, bracket supporting plates capable of being adjusted up and down are transversely arranged between the two vertical grooves, two ends of each bracket supporting plate penetrate out of the outer sides of the two side plates and are hinged with hanging frames, adjusting screws penetrating above the turning plates are arranged at the upper ends of the hanging frames, and adjusting nuts are screwed above the turning plates;
clamping bolt supporting plates which are erected upwards are arranged at two ends of the bracket supporting plates, horizontal threaded holes are formed in the clamping bolt supporting plates, and clamping bolts capable of being adjusted outwards are arranged in the threaded holes; the bracket supporting plate is positioned between the two side plates and is partially provided with a herringbone slope type upper surface.
