At present, the on-line identification method of the casting blank mainly comprises two modes of marking and number spraying, the number spraying technology has the advantages of simple system, convenient control, low cost, easy identification and the like, and is generally adopted by domestic and foreign steel mills, but the number spraying is easily influenced by temperature, particularly, the surface temperature of the casting blank just produced is above 700 ℃, particularly, a compact phosphorus oxide skin can be formed on the surface of the cut casting blank in a high-temperature state on the cut section of the casting blank, the spraying is easily blurred, when the casting blank is conveyed to a hot rolling furnace, the identity identification system of the casting blank cannot identify or identify errors, particularly, the casting blank cannot be installed or installed in a wrong way due to the fact that the casting blank is influenced more seriously by lamplight at night, the identity of the casting blank is wrong, the normal production is disturbed, and even steel mixing accidents.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic descaling and cooling device for a high-temperature slab section, which can automatically identify, descale and cool a casting blank cutting section before spraying a mark on the high-temperature slab so as to realize the purposes of clear mark of the casting blank section and easy identity identification.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: an automatic descaling and cooling device for a high-temperature slab section comprises a conveying roller way, a high-temperature slab positioned on the conveying roller way, a position sensor, a delay switch, an electromagnetic valve and a water spraying system; the position sensor is arranged on one side of the conveying roller way and electrically connected with the delay switch, the delay switch is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve and controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve, the electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline of a spraying water system, a spraying water system nozzle is arranged at the tail end of the pipeline, and the delay switch, the electromagnetic valve and the spraying water system nozzle are all arranged on one side of the conveying roller way.
Specifically, the position sensor, the delay switch, the electromagnetic valve and the spray water system nozzle are all located at the position before the high-temperature plate blank reaches the number spraying machine.
Specifically, the position sensor is located in front of the running direction of the high-temperature slab.
Specifically, the spray water system nozzle is located between the position sensor and the number spraying machine.
Specifically, the horizontal spray angle of the spray water system nozzle can be adjusted.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the automatic descaling and cooling device can be used for descaling and cooling all high-temperature slab continuous casting cutting sections and can also be used for descaling and cooling the side surfaces of casting blanks, the practicability is high, the risk of scalding of high-temperature casting blanks due to manual number writing can be greatly reduced, the labor intensity of operators can be obviously reduced, and the intelligent level is improved.

All changes, modifications and equivalents that do not depart from the spirit of the invention are intended to be included within the scope thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the automatic descaling and cooling device for the section of the high-temperature slab comprises a conveying roller way 2, the high-temperature slab 1 positioned on the conveying roller way 2, a position sensor 3, a delay switch 4, an electromagnetic valve 5 and a water spraying system; the position sensor 3 is arranged on one side of the conveying roller way 2, and the position sensor 3 is positioned in front of the running direction of the high-temperature slab 1. The position sensor 3 is electrically connected with the delay switch 4, the delay switch 4 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve 5, the delay switch 4 controls the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 5, the electromagnetic valve 5 is arranged on a pipeline of a spraying water system, a spraying water system nozzle 6 is arranged at the tail end of the pipeline, the horizontal spraying angle of the spraying water system nozzle 6 can be adjusted, and the delay switch 4, the electromagnetic valve 5 and the spraying water system nozzle 6 are all arranged on one side of the conveying roller way 2. The position sensor 3, the delay switch 4, the electromagnetic valve 5 and the spray water system nozzle 6 are all located at the position before the high-temperature plate blank 1 reaches the number spraying machine, and the spray water system nozzle 6 is located between the position sensor 3 and the number spraying machine.
After a continuous casting blank is cut into a fixed size blank, the blank is transported by means of a conveying roller way, a position sensor 3 arranged on one side of the conveying roller way 2 senses a casting blank signal at a certain distance before a high-temperature plate blank 1 reaches a spray marking machine and transmits the signal to a descaling cooling system and a delay switch 4, the descaling cooling system starts to adjust the horizontal spray angle of a nozzle after receiving the signal, the horizontal spray angle adopts the prior art, when the high-temperature plate blank 1 runs to a trigger position of the delay switch 4, a spray water electromagnetic valve 5 is opened, high-pressure descaling water is sprayed out from a spray water system nozzle 6 and is just sprayed to a set starting position on the high-temperature plate blank 1, meanwhile, the conveying roller way 2 is utilized to drive the high-temperature plate blank 1 to run at a constant speed, and the aim of automatically descaling and cooling the cut section of the casting blank is fulfilled by delay control (type selection according to the section size, after the descaling and cooling of the cut section 7 of one plate blank are finished, the pressure water is closed through the spray water electromagnetic valve, and a descaling and cooling cycle is also finished. When the next casting blank passes through the channel, the signal is turned on again to perform the circulating work, so that the full-automatic descaling and cooling of the casting blank are completely realized. The descaling method is to spray high-pressure water to the cut section of a high-temperature casting blank, so that the oxidized slag on the section is rapidly cooled and contracted, and then is embrittled, cracked and peeled.
