When the next casting blank passes through the channel, the signal is turned on again to perform the circulating work, so that the full-automatic descaling and cooling of the casting blank are completely realized. The descaling method is to spray high-pressure water to the cut section of a high-temperature casting blank, so that the oxidized slag on the section is rapidly cooled and contracted, and then is embrittled, cracked and peeled. The method can be used for descaling and cooling all high-temperature slab continuous casting cutting sections and can also be used for descaling and cooling the side surfaces of casting blanks.
