Drawings
FIG. 1 is a side view of a medical positive pressure respirator hood according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a block diagram of a medical positive pressure respirator hood according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The medical positive pressure respirator hood of the present invention can be made of, but is not limited to, the following materials, for example: organic glass, plastic, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, tetrafluoroethylene, polycarbonate, rubber, steel wire corrugated pipe, filter fiber, spray fiber, silica gel sheet, spring, fan and the like.
FIG. 1 is a side view of a medical positive pressure respirator hood according to an embodiment of the present invention; and is shown with reference to figure 2.
The medical positive pressure respirator hood of the embodiment of the invention comprises: a spherical transparent cover body 1, an air inlet pipe 2 and an exhaust baffle plate 4; the exhaust baffle plate 4 is positioned right above the top of the head of the human body, so that excessive heat can be conveniently exhausted, and hot air is prevented from being accumulated in the transparent cover body.
The bottom of the transparent cover body 1 is provided with a wearing opening, and the edge of the wearing opening is provided with a sealing skirt board 6; the sealing panels are typically used to adhere to the inside of the protective garment.
Usually, a fixing strap is arranged outside the sealing skirt board 6 to facilitate fixing on the human body.
The exhaust baffle 4 is arranged at the top of the transparent cover body 1, and a filter screen is arranged in the exhaust baffle 4; the filter screen is mainly used for exhausting the air in the transparent cover body 1; and a small amount of air entering the transparent cover body 1 enters after passing through the filter screen.
A dispersion pipe 10 is arranged in the transparent cover body 1, and a plurality of air inlet nozzles 11 facing to the mouth and the nose of a human body are arranged on the dispersion pipe 10; in general, the dispersion pipe 10 is disposed at the bottom of the transparent cover 1 in a circular arc shape.
Generally, the orientation of each air inlet nozzle 11 is adjustable so as to conveniently face the corresponding transparent cover body of the neck, mouth and nose, forehead or face of the human body.
One end of the air inlet pipe 2 is inserted into the transparent cover body 1, and the other end of the air inlet pipe is provided with an air inlet fan 3; the air inlet pipe 2 is inserted into the transparent cover body 1 and connected with the dispersion pipe 10.
In the use process, because the effect of inlet fan 3, a large amount of fresh air is introduced in the translucent cover body 1 through intake pipe 2, has higher pressure in the translucent cover body 1 relative to the outside air, and excessive waste gas and heat are discharged through exhaust baffle 4 under the positive pressure effect simultaneously.
According to the positive pressure respirator hood disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the introduced air is sprayed at the mouth and nose of a human body, so that the breath is fresher and more natural, and the water mist on the corresponding face on the transparent hood body can be effectively dried to avoid blocking the sight; and the waste gas generated by the invention is discharged through the top of the transparent cover body, and the heat in the hood can be taken away.
The medical positive pressure respirator hood of the embodiment is characterized in that a corrugated connecting pipe 5 is arranged on the wearing opening, and the sealing skirt 6 is connected with the transparent hood body 1 through the corrugated connecting pipe 5. The corrugated connecting pipe 5 facilitates the neck movement to the maximum extent and plays a role in bearing and fixing the transparent connecting cover at the same time; in general, the corrugated connection pipe 5 is a silicone corrugated pipe with a built-in steel wire.
Further, the medical positive pressure respirator hood of the present embodiment is configured such that the edge of the sealing skirt 6 is provided with an annular magnetic stripe 60. Sealed skirtboard 6 can adsorb in the protective clothing outside through annular magnetic stripe 60, plays the purpose of further reinforcing gas tightness, and it is also more convenient to dress simultaneously.
The positive pressure respirator hood for medical use of this embodiment, wherein, the air inlet fan 3 has an air inlet end and an air exhaust end, and this air exhaust end is connected with the intake pipe 2 to the air after will pressurizing is imported in the translucent hood body 1 through the intake pipe 2.
The air inlet is served and is wrapped up and have the filter core 30 that admits air, and the filter core 30 that admits air can filter the air that the air inlet end got into to get rid of germ or harmful substance.
In addition, the medical positive pressure respirator hood is low in manufacturing cost, easy to wear, compact in structural design, stable in finished product quality, strong in air tightness, free of influence on sight, and not easy to form water mist in the transparent hood, and redundant heat can be timely dissipated; the embodiment is suitable for connecting various protective clothes or other positive pressure protective equipment and the like.
