Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Examples of these preferred embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings and described in accordance with the drawings are exemplary only, and the invention is not limited to these embodiments.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid obscuring the present invention with unnecessary details, only the structures and/or processing steps that are closely related to the solution according to the present invention are shown in the drawings, and other details that are not relevant are omitted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a light-blocking eyeshade for an experimental living being 4, the light-blocking eyeshade including: a front shield portion 1, a first side shield portion 21, and a second side shield portion 22.
The front shielding part 1 is used for being fixed above the eyes of an experimental organism 4 so as to shield the light rays above the eyes of the experimental organism 4 from being incident on the eyes of the experimental organism 4; the first side shielding part 21 extends from the first side of the front shielding part 1, and forms a plane angle with the front shielding part 1; the second side shielding portion 22 extends from a second side of the front shielding portion 1 opposite to the first side, and forms a plane angle with the front shielding portion 1. Therefore, the light-blocking eyeshade is worn on the eye part of the experimental organism 4, the light-blocking eyeshade can form a semi-annular structure for blocking light incident above the eye part of the experimental organism 4, the situation that strong light stimulates the eye part of the experimental organism 4 to generate interference on an experiment is avoided, and meanwhile the welfare requirement on the experimental organism 4 is met. Different from the loaded down with trivial details processing scheme of prior art, the structure of eye-shade in light is simple and easy, and application method is simple, and price low cost is convenient for bulk production, and it can reuse moreover, take off from the current experiment after 4 and retrieve removable to another experiment biology 4, can effectively improve the experimental efficiency that needs use the biological 4 brains of intense light illumination experiment after accomplishing the experiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, a third side of the front shielding portion 1 is adjacent to the first side and the second side, respectively, and a nose opening 30 is opened on the third side for exposing the nose of the experimental living being 4 from the light-shielding eye shield. The arrangement of the nose opening 30 is convenient for the experimental living being 4 to breathe, and due to the formation of the opening structure, when in use, the nose opening 30, namely the concave part of the light-blocking eyeshade, is arranged on the bridge of the nose of the experimental living being 4, so that the plane of the front shielding part 1 is obliquely arranged towards the eye direction of the experimental living being 4, and the light-blocking eyeshade can be stably worn. Particularly, in the present embodiment, the experimental living being 4 is a rodent, and the light-blocking eyeshade provided as described above is an eyeshade specifically for rodents, which makes up the problem that the existing eyeshade or the protective device for eyes on the market is mostly used for primate experimental subjects including humans, and has almost no defect of the experimental eyeshade for rodents.
Illustratively, in the present embodiment, the nose opening 30 of the front shielding portion 1 is in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, and the upper bottom and two waists of the nose opening 30 are the edges of the first side of the front shielding portion 1, which is equivalent to cutting off an isosceles trapezoid opening from the front shielding portion 1 which is originally unfolded to be in the shape of a rectangle to expose the nose of the experimental creature 4.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the ratio of the length of the upper bottom of the nose opening 30, the length of the lower bottom of the nose opening 30, and the height of the nose opening 30 is 1: 2: 1.5. illustratively, the length of the upper bottom of the nose opening 30 is 0.5cm, the length of the lower bottom of the nose opening 30 is 1cm, and the height of the nose opening 30 is 0.75 cm.
Specifically, in the length direction of the front shielding portion 1, the length ratio between the front shielding portion 1, the first side shielding portion 21, and the second side shielding portion 22 is 4: 1: 1. illustratively, along the length direction of the front shielding portion 1, the length of the front shielding portion 1 is 2cm, the length of the first side shielding portion 21 is 0.5cm, and the length between the second side shielding portions 22 is 0.5 cm.
It should be noted that the above size ratios are data specifically set according to the mouse for routine experiments, and are only provided as reference examples, and in actual use and manufacture, the user can completely adjust the size ratios or even the shapes of the structures such as the front shielding portion 1, the first side shielding portion 21, the second side shielding portion 22, and the nose opening on the light-blocking eyeshade by himself, which is not limited herein. For example, if a light-blocking eye shield for the experimental rat is desired, the above size ratio can be set as a multiple of the original size described above.
Illustratively, the light-blocking eyeshade is made of opaque paperboard, the paperboard has the following advantages that the light-blocking eyeshade is generally opaque, a good light-blocking effect can be achieved, and the light-blocking eyeshade has enough hardness and is not easy to damage, the manufactured light-blocking eyeshade has enough structural stability, so that the light-blocking eyeshade is not easy to separate from the eyes of the experimental creature 4, and the light-blocking eyeshade is low in price and convenient to manufacture in a large scale. In this embodiment, the weight of the light-blocking eyeshade is 300 g. It can be seen that the light-blocking eyewear, which is made of paperboard material, is lighter and generally does not result in excessive material waste.
As an alternative embodiment, in order to further enable the light-blocking eyeshade to be firmly worn on the eyes of the experimental organism 4, the following arrangement can be selected: the first side shielding part 21 and the second side shielding part 22 are provided with fixing holes for the ears of the experimental creatures 4 to penetrate through the fixing holes so as to fix the light-blocking eyeshade. Alternatively, stickers may be provided on the first side shielding part 21 and the second side shielding part 22.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the light-blocking eyeshade, which comprises the following steps of:
providing a lightproof material layer for the eye mask, and cutting the material layer for the eye mask according to a preset pattern;
the cut-out eye-mask material layer is bent along a predetermined boundary line to form a front shielding portion 1, a first side shielding portion 21, and a second side shielding portion 22 of the light-blocking eye mask.
When the eye shade is manufactured, the eye shade material layer can be provided with the cutting holes on the picture, then the light blocking eye shade can be taken down by cutting off a plurality of connecting points between the preset pattern and the rest parts, and then the eye shade can be bent according to the mode to finish the manufacturing. The manufacturing method of the light-blocking eyeshade is simple and convenient, and is very suitable for mass manufacturing.
In summary, the light-blocking eye patch for the experimental organism 4 and the manufacturing method thereof provided by the invention can easily block light from entering the eye of the experimental organism 4 during the experiment under strong light, prevent the eye of the experimental organism 4 from being damaged, avoid interference on the experiment, improve the experiment efficiency, and meet the welfare requirement of the experimental organism 4, and the light-blocking eye patch for the experimental organism 4 has a simple structure, is convenient for wearing the experimental organism 4, and is different from the complicated scheme in the prior art, the light-blocking eye patch for the experimental organism 4 can be repeatedly used and replaced at any time, the manufacturing method is simple, the cost of required materials and steps is low, and the mass manufacturing is facilitated.
