The invention will be further explained by the description of the embodiments with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of an electronic cigarette according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
s10, when the electronic cigarette receives a smoking instruction, acquiring the current voltage values at two ends of the power supply battery;
s20, determining an actual output voltage value corresponding to the current voltage value according to the current voltage value and a preset target TPM value;
and S30, adjusting the current voltage value to the actual output voltage value, and loading the actual output voltage value to a heating component of the electronic cigarette so as to control the electronic cigarette to work.
In this embodiment, when a smoking instruction is received, the current voltage value is acquired, and the current voltage value is adjusted by using a preset target TPM (particulate matter) value to obtain an actual output voltage value, so that when the actual output voltage value is loaded at two ends of a heating assembly of the electronic cigarette, the TPM value of smoke generated by smoking can be maintained at the target TPM value, thereby maintaining the smoke output of the user in a stable state during each smoking, and ensuring that the taste of each smoking of the user is consistent. In practical applications, the TPM value of the e-cigarette may be measured by a particle size spectrometer or other testing instrument.
Specifically, in the step S10, the smoking instruction is used to control the heating element of the electronic cigarette to enter a heating state, which may be generated by the user triggering the microphone by pressing a heating key, touching a virtual key, or inhaling. The current voltage value refers to the voltage at two ends when the power supply battery of the electronic cigarette does not supply power to the heating assembly when the electronic cigarette receives a smoking instruction. In practical applications, the current voltage value may be obtained by ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) detection of the electronic cigarette configuration.
In step S20, the target TPM value is predetermined and is used to characterize the total content of smoke generated by the heating element atomizing smoke when the electronic cigarette is smoked. The target TPM value may be a fixed value or an interval range. As the total content concentration of the smoke generated by the electronic cigarette is taken as one of important indexes for evaluating the sensory quality of the electronic cigarette, the total content concentration has direct influence on the smoking experience, the psychological demand and the winning and satisfying of the user. The target TPM value may thus be a system default setting, i.e., empirically setting a more comfortable TPM value that most users accept. The system can also be set according to the self requirements of the users, so that the system can adapt to the specific requirements of different users.
In one embodiment of the invention, the e-cigarette is arranged to receive a user operation to set a puff mode and to set a corresponding target TPM value in dependence on the operation. Therefore, as shown in fig. 2, before the step of acquiring the current voltage value across the power supply battery when the electronic cigarette receives the smoking instruction, the method further includes:
s01, when the electronic cigarette receives an operation of setting a smoking mode by a user, generating a corresponding mode setting instruction according to the operation, wherein the mode setting instruction carries a mode identifier;
s02, acquiring the mode identification, and searching a corresponding target TPM value in a preset database; and
and S03, monitoring the smoking operation of the user in real time, and executing the step of controlling the electronic cigarette to respond to the smoking operation according to the searched target TPM value when the smoking operation is monitored.
Specifically, in the step S01, the smoking modes are different modes divided according to the total smoke amount generated by smoking the electronic cigarette. For example, it may include a mild mode, a moderate mode, and a severe mode. Wherein, the TPM value corresponding to the mild mode is in a first interval and shows that the total smoke quantity is minimum; the TPM value corresponding to the severe mode is in a second interval and shows that the total smoke amount is in the middle; and the TPM value corresponding to the heavy mode is in a second interval and shows that the total smoke quantity is maximum. Therefore, the user can set the suction mode according to the preference of the user, and different suction experiences are obtained. The set pumping mode operation may be a key operation, a touch operation, or a gesture operation. Correspondingly, the electronic cigarette needs to be configured with a corresponding key module, a touch sensing module or a gesture sensing module to receive various output operations of the user. The mode setting instruction is generated when the electronic cigarette receives a setting operation, and each mode setting instruction carries a unique mode identifier. And distinguishing each mode setting instruction through the mode identification.
In the present embodiment, the electronic cigarette is provided with a key module, and the smoking mode is set by receiving a key operation. The number of the key modules can be one or more. When the key module is one, different mode setting instructions can be generated through the number of pressing. For example, when the key module is pressed once, the generated mode setting instruction carries a first mode identifier; when the press module is pressed twice, the resulting mode setting instruction carries a second mode identification … … and so on. Of course, a plurality of pressing modules, namely a first pressing module, a second pressing module and a third pressing module, can also be arranged. When the first pressing module is pressed, the generated mode setting instruction carries a first mode identifier; when the second pressing module is pressed, the generated mode setting instruction carries a second mode identifier. Subsequently, in step S02, the TPM value corresponding to the mode setting instruction may be searched according to the mode identifier carried in the mode setting instruction.
In the steps S02 and S03, the preset database is preset to store the corresponding relationship between the target TPM value and the mode identifier. Therefore, the corresponding target TPM value can be found through the acquired mode identifier, and when the smoking operation is monitored, the electronic cigarette can be controlled to perform corresponding smoking operation by adopting the found target TPM value. Therefore, when a user sucks the electronic cigarette, the smoke concentration generated by atomization of the electronic cigarette tends to the target value, stable smoking taste is guaranteed, and the smoking experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, the actual output voltage value is a voltage at which the power supply battery is actually loaded at two ends of the heating component of the electronic cigarette and drives the heating component to operate. Owing to receive the influence of lithium cell law of discharging, power supply battery is under the more sufficient state of electric quantity, and discharge efficiency is higher, therefore the voltage value of actual output can change along with the change of electric quantity, just so causes heating element's operating frequency also to change, thereby the TPM value of the smog that the atomizing produced also changes, leads to the flue gas total amount unstable, and taste when end user smokes at every turn is inconsistent, influences user's use and experiences. In order to ensure that the amount of smoke generated by heating the heating assembly is equal when a user sucks the smoke, that is, to ensure that the TPM value is maintained in a stable interval, in this embodiment, on the basis of controlling the voltage at a preset frequency, a compensation value is obtained according to the target TPM value, so that the final actual output voltage meets the requirement.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the determining an actual output voltage value corresponding to the current voltage value according to the current voltage value and a preset target TPM value specifically includes:
s21, calling a corresponding target power value and an adjusting table according to the target TPM value, wherein the adjusting table comprises a corresponding relation between a voltage value and a compensation value;
s22, calculating to obtain a theoretical output voltage value according to the target power value, and searching a current compensation value corresponding to the current voltage value in the adjusting table;
and S23, calculating to obtain an actual output voltage value corresponding to the current voltage value by adopting the theoretical output voltage value and the current compensation value.
Specifically, in the step S21, the target power refers to the heating power of the electronic cigarette heating component when the TPM value of the generated smoke reaches the target TPM value. Since the TPM value of the electronic cigarette is directly related to the heating power of the heating component, P ═ U is disclosed by physical electricity2The higher the voltage or the lower the resistance value, the higher the heating power of the electronic cigarette, and the higher the energy absorbed by the smoke liquid under the same smoking condition, so that the more mass of the smoke liquid is atomized and combined with the moisture in the air to form aerosol, i.e. the greater the TPM value of the generated smoke. Therefore, in practical application, the heating power corresponding to each TPM value is first measured according to experiments and recorded to form a mapping table, so that the target power corresponding to the target TPM value can be found. Further, in the actual smoking process, since the energy generated by the actual heating of the electronic cigarette heating assembly is influenced by other factors, such as environmental factors, battery level, battery discharging capability, etc., and thus cannot be always at the target power, it is also necessary to compensate the output voltage in real time to ensure that the TPM value of the electronic cigarette is the target TPM value.
Specifically, the present embodiment compensates for each of the current voltage values. Namely, the corresponding compensation value is searched in a preset adjusting table through the current voltage value, and the compensation is carried out. The preset adjusting table is obtained in advance according to experimental data, and the corresponding relation between the voltage value and the compensation value is stored. The generation process of the adjustment table specifically comprises the following steps:
m10, acquiring a first voltage value at two ends of a power supply battery of the electronic cigarette, adjusting the first voltage value and sucking the electronic cigarette under a preset condition until the TPM value of the electronic cigarette reaches the preset target TPM value, and recording a corresponding first compensation value of current adjustment;
m20, repeating the operations of adjusting and pumping to obtain a second compensation value and a third compensation value … …, wherein the second compensation value and the third compensation value are corresponding to the second voltage value and the third voltage value … …, respectively;
m30, respectively associating and storing the first voltage value, the second voltage value and the third voltage value with their respective corresponding compensation values to generate the adjustment table.
Specifically, in the step M10, the first voltage value is a voltage value across the power supply battery when the power supply battery is in a full-charge state. The preset conditions at least include: the preset suction time, the suction interval time, the suction force and the tobacco tar concentration. The preset time period refers to a preset time period for each pumping maintenance. For example, the preset time period may be 3S, 4S, 5S. The present embodiment empirically sets the preset time period to 5S. I.e. 5S each time the cigarette is inhaled towards the suction opening of the e-cigarette. The suction force is set by adopting an electronic cigarette comprehensive performance tester, and the suction force simulates the force of a user during suction and is set. The tobacco tar concentration when setting up regulation table and suction is unanimous, and this embodiment adopts same kind of tobacco tar in test and suction process. Of course, the preset pumping condition is not limited to the above example, and may be set according to an actual simulated pumping scenario. The preset TPM value is a preset target TPM value and is used for representing the concentration of the smoke generated by atomization. The preset TPM value may be a fixed value or an interval range. In this embodiment, the preset TPM value is set through experience, and when the TPM of the electronic cigarette reaches the preset TPM value, it indicates that the target smoke concentration is reached, which indicates that the output voltage of the power supply after adjustment meets the requirement, so that the adjusted compensation value is retained. In practical applications, the implementation process of step M10 may be:
m11, acquiring a first voltage value at two ends of a power supply battery of the electronic cigarette, adjusting the first voltage value by adopting a PWM (pulse-width modulation) method, and smoking the electronic cigarette by adopting a preset condition;
m12, collecting a TPM value corresponding to the current pumping, and judging whether the collected TPM value reaches the preset target TPM value;
m13, when the current adjustment is reached, recording the voltage value after the current adjustment, and calculating to obtain a compensation value corresponding to the current adjustment by adopting the adjusted voltage value; and
m14, repeating the pumping and adjusting steps at preset time intervals until the first voltage value becomes a second voltage value;
m15, setting the average value of the compensation values corresponding to each adjustment as the first compensation value corresponding to the first voltage value.
Specifically, in the steps M11-M15, the PWM method is an analog control method, which modulates the bias of the transistor base or the MOS transistor gate according to the change of the corresponding load, so as to change the conduction time of the transistor or the MOS transistor, and thus, the output of the switching regulator. Wherein, the MOS can adopt a metal-oxide-semiconductor-field effect transistor. And adjusting the first voltage value by a PWM method, sucking the electronic cigarette by adopting a preset condition, then collecting a TPM value corresponding to the current suction, and comparing the TPM value collected at the current time with the preset TPM value. Because the TPM value is difficult to be stabilized at a fixed value in practical application, whether the collected TPM value reaches the standard or not can be judged by setting an allowable error or a TPM value interval. Therefore, the smoke concentration of each time of suction can be ensured to be maintained in a relatively stable state, and the adjusting difficulty is reduced. Specifically, when the difference between the collected TPM value and a preset TPM value is within the allowable error range, or the collected TPM value is within a preset TPM value interval, it is determined that the collected TPM value meets the requirements, so as to retain the regulated voltage value, calculate a compensation value to be regulated at the current time according to the regulated voltage value and the first voltage value, and retain the compensation value. After the appropriate compensation value is reserved, repeating the operations of pumping, adjusting the voltage and collecting and judging the TPM value at intervals of preset time, reserving the adjusted compensation value which meets the requirement each time, and calculating an average value through the reserved adjusted compensation value each time to obtain a first compensation value corresponding to the first voltage. In practical applications, the interval preset time simulates an interval time setting when the user continuously smokes the electronic cigarette, for example, 5S. Of course, the interval duration can be set according to different use scenes so as to adapt to various use occasions.
In one embodiment of the present invention, it further comprises:
m15, when the collected TPM value does not reach the preset target TPM value, abandoning the compensation value corresponding to the current time, and repeating the operations of adjustment and suction.
When the difference value between the collected TPM value and the preset TPM value exceeds the allowable error range or the collected TPM value is not in the preset interval, the TPM value collected at the current time is judged to be not in accordance with the requirement, and the compensation value adjusted at the current time is further not in accordance with the requirement, so that the compensation value adjusted at the current time is abandoned, and the operations of adjustment and suction are continuously repeated.
In the step M20, the first voltage value, the second voltage value … …, the nth voltage value may be a fixed value, the second voltage value is a voltage value different from the first voltage value by a preset difference, the third voltage value is a voltage value … … different from the second voltage value by a preset difference, and the nth voltage value is a voltage value different from the nth-1 voltage value by the preset difference. For example, the difference may be 0.1V, 0.01V, or 0.001V. In this embodiment, taking the difference as 0.1V as an example, when the first voltage value is 4.2V, the second voltage value is 4.1V, and the third voltage value is 4.0V.
The first voltage value and the second voltage value … … may correspond to an nth voltage interval. For example, the first voltage value corresponds to a first voltage interval, and the second voltage value corresponds to a second voltage interval. The length of the voltage interval may be 0.1V, 0.01V, or 0.001V. Taking 0.1V as an example, the first voltage value corresponds to a first voltage interval, that is, (4.1V, 4.2V ]. when the obtained current voltage value is 4.155V, since the voltage value has not been reduced to 4.1V, it is determined that the current voltage value is still the first voltage value, and similarly, when the obtained current voltage value is 4.09V, it belongs to a second voltage interval, that is, (4.0V, 4.1V ], it is still the second voltage value.
When the voltage at the two ends of the power supply battery is changed from the first voltage value to the second voltage value, the steps M11-M13 are sequentially and repeatedly executed to obtain a plurality of regulated output voltages which meet the requirements and correspond to the second voltage value, and then a second compensation value corresponding to the second voltage value is obtained. The operations are sequentially repeated until a third compensation value and a fourth compensation value … …, which correspond to the third voltage value and the fourth voltage value … …, are respectively obtained. The Nth voltage value is the minimum voltage value or the minimum voltage interval of the power supply battery capable of driving the electronic cigarette heating component to heat. And respectively associating the first voltage value, the second voltage value … …, the Nth voltage value and the compensation value corresponding to the first voltage value and the second voltage value to generate the adjusting table. And when a subsequent smoking instruction of the electronic cigarette is received, acquiring a current voltage value, judging a voltage interval in which the current voltage value is positioned, and searching a corresponding compensation value in the adjusting table. In the embodiment, one voltage interval corresponds to one compensation value, so that the relative stability of the TPM value is ensured, and the calculation load of the control module of the electronic cigarette is reduced.
In the steps S22 and S23, a theoretical output voltage value is first calculated according to the target power value, then the corresponding current compensation value is looked up in the adjustment table by using the obtained current voltage value, and the current compensation value is added on the basis of the theoretical output voltage value to calculate an actual output voltage value. In this embodiment, the actual output voltage value is obtained by compensating the current voltage value, and then the actual output voltage value is loaded to the heating component, so that the TPM value of the smoke generated by the actual heating of the heating component reaches the target TPM value, which represents that each time of smoking generates a balanced smoke amount. Therefore, the adjustment precision of the actual working voltage of the electronic cigarette is improved, the TPM value of the electronic cigarette is stabilized at the level required by a user, and the consistency of the smoking taste of the user is ensured.
In an embodiment of the invention, when the electric quantity of the power supply battery is in an extremely low state, the electronic cigarette may stop working at any time due to the exhaustion of the electric quantity, which not only easily causes the over-discharge of the power supply battery and affects the service life of the battery, but also may cause damage to internal components of the electronic cigarette due to sudden power failure. Therefore, when the current voltage value is obtained, whether the electronic cigarette is in a low power state is judged first, and whether the smoking instruction is executed is determined, so that the electronic cigarette is prevented from being suddenly and automatically turned off in the using process, and the use of a user is prevented from being influenced.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, after acquiring the current voltage value across the power supply battery when the electronic cigarette receives a smoking instruction, before determining the actual output voltage value corresponding to the current voltage value according to the current voltage value and the preset target TPM value, the method further includes:
n10, comparing the current voltage value with a preset voltage threshold value;
and N20, when the current voltage value is larger than or equal to the voltage threshold value, executing the step of determining the actual output voltage according to the current voltage value and a preset target TPM value.
Specifically, in the step N10, the voltage threshold is a preset voltage value. The electronic cigarette can be written in a control program of the electronic cigarette by default, or can be set by a user according to actual requirements. For example, the voltage threshold may be 2.8V, 2.9V, 3.0V, etc. Since the electric quantity of the power supply battery can be calculated through the voltage, the electric quantity condition of the power supply battery is determined through the detected voltage value. Simultaneously, different voltage threshold also correspond different electric quantity values, so the user can set for according to the electric quantity value of demand voltage threshold to can avoid the electron cigarette to work under lower electric quantity state.
When the current voltage is greater than or equal to the voltage threshold, it is indicated that the electric quantity of the current power supply battery is greater than the electric quantity corresponding to the voltage threshold, that is, the electric quantity of the electronic cigarette has not reached the warning point of the low electric quantity. At this time, the adjusting table is called and the output voltage value corresponding to the current voltage value is searched, so as to respond to the pumping instruction and execute pumping operation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the control method further includes: and when the current voltage value is smaller than the voltage threshold value, outputting information for prompting a user to charge in a preset mode.
Specifically, when the current voltage value of the electronic cigarette is smaller than the voltage threshold, it indicates that the electric quantity corresponding to the current voltage value at the two ends of the power supply battery of the electronic cigarette is low, and at this time, the electronic cigarette is not suitable for responding to the smoking instruction and needs to be charged. Therefore, the information prompting the user to charge is output in a preset mode at the moment. In practical applications, the preset mode at least includes one or more of vibration, sound and flashing light. The vibration prompt can be realized by configuring a vibration motor in the electronic cigarette, and when the current voltage value is smaller than the voltage threshold value, the vibration motor is controlled to vibrate according to a certain frequency so as to prompt a user. The user can also be prompted by means of flashing of the indicator light. Of course, a display screen can be configured on the electronic cigarette, and the user is prompted by displaying the charging prompt information on the display screen.
