9. The pet collar-based pet athletic training system of claim 8, wherein the pet user can exercise the pet according to the content of the command module, or can customize the command, i.e. modify the relevant command by himself.
10. The pet collar-based pet athletic training system of claim 7, wherein the interaction module comprises a voice acquisition module, a voice parsing module, a command generation module, and a voice output;
the voice acquisition module is in communication connection with the voice analysis module and is used for acquiring a voice command sent by a pet owner and sending the acquired voice command to the voice analysis module;
the voice analysis module is in communication connection with the command generation module and is used for analyzing the voice command to know the meaning of the pet owner, converting the analysis result into characters and sending the characters to the command generation module, the command generation module generates a corresponding command, and the mobile intelligent terminal sends the command to the electronic collar;
the voice output module is in communication connection with the voice analysis module, and when the voice recognition is unclear or no command consistent with the voice sent by the pet owner exists, the voice output module sends out a prompt to remind the pet owner to send out a clear and correct voice command again.
