Description

Short message sending control method, device, control equipment, terminal and ISMG
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a control device, a terminal, and an ISMG for controlling sending of a short message.
Background
When the existing internet platform sends the verification code short message to the user, the verification code short message is issued through an Internet Short Message Gateway (ISMG); the ISMG is an intermediary entity between an external information resource Station (SP) entity and a short message center in a mobile network, and the Internet short message gateway is responsible for receiving information sent by the SP to a mobile user and submitting the information to the short message center. On the other hand, the information of the SP service requested by the mobile user is sent to the SP by the short message center through the Internet short message gateway. In addition, in order to reduce the signaling load of the short message center, the internet short message gateway should also forward the information submitted by the SP to the corresponding internet short message gateway according to the routing principle. The internet short message gateway obtains the forwarding route information between gateways by inquiring a junction Gateway (GNS).
The main business process is as follows:
1. short Message sending (SM MO Mobile origin)
As shown in fig. 1, the MO schematic flow that needs forwarding includes:
step 11: the mobile phone sends out a data request (possibly subscription information or picture on demand and the like) and is received by the source ISMG;
step 12: the source ISMG returns a response to the received information;
step 13: the source ISMG cannot inquire the SP to be connected locally, and sends routing request information to GNS (tandem gateway);
step 14: the GNS returns the routing information;
step 15: forwarding the request to a target ISMG by the source ISMG according to the routing information;
step 16: the target ISMG returns a response to the received information;
and step 17: the destination ISMG sends the request information to the SP
Step 18: the SP returns a response.
In subsequent operations, the destination ISMG, upon receiving the SP's response, will generate an MO status report to the source ISMG.
2. Short Message received (SM MT)
As shown in fig. 2, the MT schematic flow needing forwarding includes:
step 21: the SP sends out a data request (possibly a short message notice or a mobile phone ring tone, etc.) and is received by the source ISMG;
step 22: the source ISMG returns a response to the received information;
step 23: the source ISMG can not find the gateway code corresponding to the destination mobile phone number segment in the local database, and sends routing request information to GNS (tandem gateway);
step 24: the tandem gateway returns the routing information;
step 25: forwarding the request to a target ISMG by the source ISMG according to the routing information;
step 26: the target ISMG returns a response to the received information;
step 27: the target ISMG sends the request information to the SMC;
step 28: the SMC returns a response to the destination ISMG.
In the following operation, the SMC sends information to the mobile subscriber through a No.7 signaling network, the mobile subscriber returns a status report (Delivery-Recipt) to the short message center after receiving the information, and the short message center returns the status report to the SP according to the flow of the MO operation (if the SP requires to return the status report).
However, most websites or APP registrations need to send a mobile phone verification code to a user's mobile phone number for mobile phone number authentication, lawless persons use the scenario to send registration requests to multiple websites or APPs at the same time by using the same number, and the prior art scheme does not have any limitation on sending short messages to a user terminal at the same time by multiple SPs, so that the mobile phone of the user to which the number belongs receives multiple verification short messages at the same time, and the user can hardly use communication services normally.
Specifically, the existing short message flow control scheme of the operator is basically realized based on a Short Message Center (SMC), and cannot well cope with the behavior that different SPs issue a large number of verification short messages to the same terminal at the same time.

And calculating the number of short messages sent to the user by all SPs in real time by monitoring the sending queue of each user in real time, and triggering abnormal control when the number exceeds a threshold value. And the abnormal control firstly suspends the sending of the SP short message to the user, interacts with the user and confirms whether to continue issuing or discard the SP short message.
The logical networking of the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can be as shown in fig. 6, wherein SMPP represents a short message peer-to-peer protocol, CMPP represents an internet short message gateway interface protocol, SMC represents a short message center system, and the corresponding chinese meanings of other english abbreviations are consistent with those of the existing scheme, and are not described herein again.
The functions of the control device may include the following:
1. the function of SP is provided, and the function of sending and receiving the short message of the user to the user is provided at the same time;
2. control instructions aiming at a specific international mobile subscriber identity IMSI (identity of a terminal) can be issued to the ISMG, and the control instructions comprise an abnormal instruction, a normal reply instruction, a cache short message discarding instruction and the like;
3. the method can also synchronously read the short message issuing cache queue of the ISMG, count the number of SP issued short messages in real time according to the IMSI of the user, and monitor key information, wherein fields can be updated according to an interactive process, such as: add, modify, delete, etc.
IMSI SP issuing short message number Threshold value Status of state Wait time duration
46000XXXXXXXXXX 25 20 abnormal/Normal 30 minutes
Correspondingly, the ISMG needs to add at least the following functions on the existing basis:
1. the method can take the short message sent by a certain IMSI out of the sending buffer queue and put the short message into an abnormal buffer queue;
2. the short message issuing state of a certain IMSI can be set to be abnormal, and the short message issued by the IMSI set to be in the abnormal state is put into an abnormal cache queue;
3. the short message sending state of a certain IMSI can be set to be normal, and the short message of the IMSI in the abnormal cache queue is put into a short message sending cache queue or discarded.

step 72: the control equipment sends an abnormal instruction to the ISMG;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: if the monitored number of SP short messages issued by a certain IMSI exceeds a preset threshold value, the control equipment sets the SP short message issuing state of the IMSI to be abnormal, issues an abnormal instruction of the IMSI to the ISMG and starts timing;
step 73: the ISMG performs exception handling;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: after receiving an abnormal instruction sent by the control equipment, the ISMG modifies the short message sending state of the IMSI into abnormal, takes the short message sent by the IMSI out of a sending cache queue and puts the short message into an abnormal cache queue, and simultaneously puts the subsequently received short message sent by the IMSI into the abnormal cache queue;
step 74: the control equipment sends an acceptance confirmation short message to a terminal (user); go to step 75 or step 78;
the method specifically comprises the following steps: the control equipment sends a confirmation short message to the IMSI, confirms whether to accept the short message sent by the N SP or not to the user, and if the receiving is refused, opens the function of accepting the short message sent by the SP again after waiting for a long time;
step 75: the terminal replies to the control equipment to confirm the reception;
step 76: the control equipment sends an instruction (the first instruction) for continuing sending and recovering normal to the ISMG;
step 77: the ISMG continues to issue and recover to a normal state;
that is, specifically, it may be: if the control equipment receives the user confirmation, the control equipment issues an instruction for continuously sending the IMSI and recovering the IMSI to the ISMG, sets the SP short message sending state of the IMSI to be normal, and clears the timer to zero; after receiving the instruction, the ISMG modifies the short message issuing state of the IMSI into normal, and puts the short message of the IMSI in the abnormal cache queue into a short message issuing cache queue;
step 78: the terminal replies to the control equipment to refuse to receive or not reply;
step 79: the control equipment updates the waiting time and times;
that is, specifically, it may be: if the control equipment receives the short message which is refused to be accepted by the user, updating the waiting time length according to the reply of the user, and resetting the timer to restart timing; if the user reply is not received, timing according to the preset waiting time length (counted from the beginning of timing in step 72);
step 710: the control equipment sends a command (the second command) for discarding and recovering to normal to the ISMG after waiting for the duration;
step 711: and the ISMG discards the cached short messages and restores the normal state.
That is, specifically, it may be: after the time exceeds the waiting time, the control equipment issues an instruction for discarding the cached short message and recovering the normal short message to the IMSI to the ISMG, sets the SP short message issuing state of the IMSI to be normal, and clears the timer to zero; after receiving the instruction, the ISMG modifies the short message issuing state of the IMSI into normal, and discards the short message of the IMSI in the abnormal cache queue.
