Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. However, the technical solution claimed in the present application can be implemented without these technical details and various changes and modifications based on the following embodiments.
The first embodiment of the invention relates to a split-screen display method, which is applied to electronic equipment, for example, electronic equipment such as a folding screen mobile phone. As shown in fig. 1, the split-screen display method includes the following steps:
step 101: a video stream is acquired.
Specifically, the electronic device may obtain a video stream from a server. The video stream may be a live video stream or a recorded video stream.
Step 102: and based on the video picture of the video stream, obtaining N different pictures to be played by segmentation. Wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1.
Specifically, the electronic device may segment the video pictures of the video stream according to the video pictures of the respective scenes of the video stream, or the video signal source of the video stream.
The following illustrates a manner in which the electronic device divides a video frame of a video stream into N different frames to be played.
Mode 1: and the electronic equipment respectively takes the video pictures of each video signal source in the video stream as pictures to be played according to the video signal source of the video stream. Specifically, if the video stream includes video signals transmitted by 2 or more than 2 video signal sources, the video pictures of the video signal sources can be respectively used as pictures to be played.
It should be noted that, when a plurality of video sources are included in the video stream, the video pictures of the video stream to be presented are determined based on the video pictures of the plurality of sources, as will be understood by those skilled in the art.
For example, when the video stream received by the electronic device includes video pictures of at least two video sources, the electronic device may perform split-screen display on the video stream. For example, the electronic device is a folding screen mobile phone, and when the video stream includes video pictures transmitted by two video signal sources, the folding screen mobile phone respectively displays the video pictures corresponding to different video signal sources on two folded screens. When the video stream includes video pictures transmitted by more than 2 video sources, the folding-screen mobile phone can display the video picture corresponding to the main video information source (i.e., the video signal source that the folding-screen mobile phone starts to play) on the left screen after folding, and display the video picture corresponding to the video signal source that is newly added later on the right screen after folding.
Mode 2: and the electronic equipment respectively takes the video pictures of each scene in the video stream as pictures to be played according to the image identification result of the video stream. The image recognition result indicates position information of video pictures of respective scenes in the video stream.
Specifically, in the video playing process, the currently acquired video stream is identified through an image identification technology to determine whether video pictures of different scenes exist in the video pictures of the video stream. The video pictures with different scenes may refer to a scene in which a picture-in-picture exists in the video pictures or a multi-person conversation exists in the video pictures. For a live scene or a non-live video (such as a movie, a television show, an entertainment program, and the like), in the process of playing the video, the electronic device may identify each frame of video picture in the currently playing video content frame by frame through an image identification technology. Specifically, the electronic device may identify people, subtitles, backgrounds, etc. in the video picture through image recognition technology to determine whether a video picture of a different scene exists in the current video picture. For example, in a live news broadcast, a main broadcast in a studio is often a reporter in a video-on-line outdoor scene, as shown in fig. 2 a. In this case, the video stream includes both a picture (picture a) of the studio anchor and a picture (picture B) of the outdoor memorandum. Since the background of the studio picture is completely different from the background of the outdoor scene, in this case, the electronic device may determine, through an image recognition technique, that at least two different characters and two different scenes appear in the video picture of the current video stream, and may further determine that a multi-person conversation scene exists in the current live broadcast picture. Therefore, the electronic device can divide the picture a and the picture B into pictures to be played. And playing the picture A in the display area A, and playing the picture B in the display area B. For example, if the electronic device is a folding-screen mobile phone, the display area a is a left screen of the folded folding-screen mobile phone, and the display area B is a right screen of the folded folding-screen mobile phone, the display effect is as shown in fig. 2B.
It should be noted that, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, in practical applications, the video picture of the video stream may also be divided by other manners, and this embodiment is merely an example.
Step 103: and respectively displaying each picture to be played through N display areas of the electronic equipment.
Specifically, the electronic device may have one or more display screens, and the N display areas of the electronic device may be located on the same display screen or on different display screens. The pictures to be played displayed by the N display areas come from the same video stream or the same application.
In one embodiment, before the electronic device displays each picture to be played through N display regions of the electronic device, the electronic device adjusts the size of the picture to be played according to the size information of the display region for playing the picture to be played, for each picture to be played. For example, the electronic device is a folding screen mobile phone, and after determining that the video stream meets the split screen condition, the folding screen mobile phone can intercept the video content of the video stream, and respectively display the intercepted video pictures on different folded display screens. Generally, the screen folding modes provided by the folding screen mobile phone are all fixed, that is, the size of each screen after the folding screen mobile phone is folded is fixed. In an embodiment, the size of the folded screen of the folding-screen mobile phone can be respectively used as a display area, and then according to the size of a corresponding playing area in the display area, a split screen picture, namely a picture to be played, which is obtained by capturing different video pictures determined according to the image recognition result based on the video stream from the video content of the current video stream is adjusted, so that the size of the adjusted picture to be played is adapted to the size of each screen after the folding-screen mobile phone is folded.
It should be noted that, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, in practical application, the electronic device may also capture the picture to be played from the video content of the current video stream for different video pictures determined according to the image recognition result based on the video stream according to the size of the corresponding playing area in the display area when capturing the picture to be played.
It is worth mentioning that the size of the picture to be played is matched with the size of each display area of the electronic equipment, so that the picture to be played is more fit with the electronic equipment, and the watching experience of a user is improved.
In one embodiment, in the process that the electronic device respectively displays each picture to be played through N display areas of the electronic device, if it is determined that the screen of the electronic device is expanded, the video stream is displayed in a full screen.
It is worth mentioning that the electronic device updates the video playing mode in time based on the screen state, so that the playing mode is more suitable for the watching requirement of the user.
The above description is only for illustrative purposes and does not limit the technical aspects of the present invention.
Compared with the prior art, according to the split-screen display method provided by the embodiment, the electronic device can obtain a plurality of pictures to be played by dividing the video pictures of the video stream, and the pictures to be played are respectively displayed through a plurality of display areas, the content displayed in each display area is different and is from the same video stream, so that a user can selectively watch the video pictures of part or all of the display areas, and the watching experience of the user is improved.
The second embodiment of the present invention relates to a split-screen display method, which is further improved on the basis of the first embodiment, and the specific improvements are as follows: before N different pictures to be played are obtained by dividing the video pictures based on the video stream, other related steps are added.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment includes steps 201 to 204, where steps 201, 203 and 204 are substantially the same as steps 101 to 103 in the first embodiment, and are not repeated here.
The following mainly introduces the differences:
step 201: an adaptation stream is obtained.
Step 202: and judging whether the video stream meets the preset screen splitting condition or not.
Specifically, the electronic device executes step 203 after determining that the video stream meets the split-screen condition, otherwise, the video frame of the video stream is played normally, that is, the split-screen playing is not performed.
The screen split condition is exemplified below.
Example 1: the preset screen splitting condition comprises the following steps: the number of video signal sources of the video stream is larger than a preset value. The electronic equipment judges whether the number of the acquired video streams is greater than a preset value or not; if the judgment result is yes, respectively taking the video pictures of each video signal source in the video stream as pictures to be played; and respectively displaying each picture to be played through different display areas of the electronic equipment. If the judgment result is not yes, the video picture of the video stream is played normally, and split-screen display is not performed, that is, the video picture of the video stream is played in a full screen mode.
Example 2: the preset screen splitting condition comprises the following steps: the result of the image recognition of the video stream and/or the result of the speech recognition of the video stream indicates that there are different video pictures in the video stream. The electronic equipment judges whether the image recognition result of the video stream and/or the voice recognition result of the video stream indicate that different video pictures exist in the video stream; if the judgment result is yes, the video pictures of all scenes are respectively used as pictures to be played; and respectively displaying each picture to be played through different display areas of the electronic equipment. If the judgment result is not yes, the video picture of the video stream is played normally, and split-screen display is not performed, that is, the video picture of the video stream is played in a full screen mode.
For example, the preset split-screen condition is that the image recognition result of the video stream indicates that different video pictures exist in the video stream. In the video playing process, the currently acquired video stream is identified through an image identification technology so as to determine whether video pictures of different scenes exist in the video pictures of the video stream. The video pictures with different scenes may refer to a scene in which a picture-in-picture exists in the video pictures or a multi-person conversation exists in the video pictures.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, an inwardly folded folding-screen mobile phone is taken as an example for illustration, in practical application, the split-screen display method may be applied to various types of folding mobile phones, and the embodiment does not limit the folding type of the folding mobile phone.
In one embodiment, if the folding type of the folding screen mobile phone is inward folding, the video stream is split-screen displayed, and when the screen is in a folding state, the stereoscopic display effect can be improved, and the viewing experience can be improved. If the folding type of folding screen cell-phone is outside folding, with the split screen display of video stream, and when the screen was in fold condition, the user can select the picture of wanting to watch as required, and is more humanized, and then has improved and has watched and experienced.
For example, the preset split-screen condition is that the voice recognition result of the video stream indicates that different video pictures exist in the video stream. In the video playing process, the currently acquired video stream is identified through a voice identification technology so as to determine whether different video pictures exist in the video pictures of the video stream. The different video pictures may refer to a scene in which a picture-in-picture exists in the video pictures or a multi-person conversation exists in the video pictures. Specifically, by performing speech recognition on a video stream, if the recognition result indicates that a plurality of human voices are present in the video, it is determined that a different video picture is present in the video stream.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, in order to further improve the split-screen display effect, the electronic device may determine whether to perform split-screen display according to the image recognition result and the voice recognition result. Namely, when the image recognition result and the voice recognition result both indicate that different video pictures exist in the video stream, the acquired video stream is determined to be displayed in a split screen mode.
Example 3: the preset screen splitting condition comprises the following steps: the operation data of the electronic device indicates that the user has performed a preset operation. Specifically, the electronic device determines whether the user performs a preset operation, and if so, executes step 203.
It should be noted that, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the screen splitting condition may also be other conditions, and this embodiment is merely an example, and does not limit the specific meaning of the screen splitting condition.
In one embodiment, in example 1 and example 2, after determining that the preset split-screen condition is met, the electronic device displays or plays a prompt message, and the prompt message prompts a user that the current video can be split-screen displayed; detecting operation data of the electronic equipment; and after the operation data of the electronic equipment indicate that the user executes the preset operation, executing a video picture based on the video stream, and dividing to obtain N different pictures to be played.
It is worth mentioning that the electronic device performs the split-screen display after detecting the split-screen instruction, so that the playing mode of the video stream can be adjusted according to the actual watching requirement of the user, and the watching experience of the user is further improved.
In one embodiment, the preset operation is folding the cell phone screen. Specifically, the electronic device monitors screen status information of the electronic device. And if the screen of the electronic equipment is in a folded state, determining that the user executes preset operation.
In one embodiment, the electronic device may determine whether the screen is folded through a sensor. When the user folds the screen, the operating system of the electronic device broadcasts the current state of the screen to the software playing the video, and then the software can determine that the screen of the electronic device is folded according to the broadcast notification of the operating system.
It should be noted that, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, in practical applications, whether the screen is folded or not can also be determined in other ways, and this embodiment is merely an example.
In one embodiment, the preset operation is clicking a split screen display control displayed by the electronic device. The electronic device monitors data detected by an input device of the electronic device. For example, the input device of the electronic device is a screen of the electronic device, and after determining that the video stream meets the split-screen condition, the electronic device displays the split-screen display control and the non-split-screen display control in a pop-up window manner, and consults whether the user performs split-screen display. And if the split-screen display control is triggered, triggering a split-screen instruction, otherwise, not performing split-screen display.
It should be noted that, those skilled in the art can understand that the preset operation may also be other operations, and this embodiment is only an example, and in practical applications, the preset operation may be set according to needs, and a method for determining whether a user executes the preset operation may be used.
In one embodiment, for non-live videos (e.g., movies, television shows, art programs, etc.), since the videos are stored in the server, the electronic device determines whether the acquired video stream meets the split-screen condition, including: and judging whether the acquired video stream meets the split screen condition or not based on a configuration file of the video to which the video stream belongs, wherein the configuration file is used for indicating whether the video stream corresponding to each frame of the video meets the split screen condition or not. Specifically, a video to which the video stream belongs is stored in the server. The server can perform image recognition, voice recognition or judgment on the number of video signal sources of each frame of the stored video in advance to determine the video progress corresponding to the video stream meeting the screen splitting condition in the stored video, and store the video progress corresponding to the video stream meeting the screen splitting condition in the configuration file of the video to indicate whether the video stream corresponding to each frame of the video meets the screen splitting condition. In the process of requesting and playing the video stream of the video, the electronic device may determine whether the video frame of the video stream that needs to be played currently needs to be displayed in a split screen manner according to the video progress corresponding to the video stream that meets the split screen condition and stored in the configuration file and the playing progress of the video.
It is worth mentioning that the electronic device judges whether the video stream needs to be displayed in a split screen mode or not based on the configuration file, so that the data processing amount of the electronic device is reduced, the power consumption of the electronic device is reduced, and the fluency of video playing is improved.
Step 203: and based on the video picture of the video stream, obtaining N different pictures to be played by segmentation. Wherein N is a positive integer greater than 1.
Step 204: and respectively displaying each picture to be played through N display areas of the electronic equipment.
In one embodiment, the electronic device monitors the acquired video stream in real time, if it is determined that the current video stream does not conform to the split screen condition through an image recognition technology, if only one screen exists, the electronic device may prompt a user to unfold the folding screen of the electronic device in a pop-up window manner, and after the user unfolds the folding screen, the normal display manner is restored for the video currently being played.
In addition, the electronic equipment adjusts the playing mode of the video stream according to whether the video stream meets the preset split screen condition or not, so that the electronic equipment can switch the playing mode based on the characteristics of the video stream, the intelligence of the electronic equipment is improved, and the watching experience of a user is further improved.
