and if the target key points on the two sides of the human body in the current frame picture are detected to be staggered, determining the detection state of the target key points of the human body in the current frame picture as an unstable state.
For the sporadic interchange phenomenon of the left side and the right side in the video, namely interchange of the left shoulder key point or the hip key point and the right shoulder key point or the hip key point, the interchange condition of the left target key point and the right target key point needs to be processed independently, a flag bit of whether the target key points are interchanged or not is output, the mean value and the variance of the flag bit are counted, whether the key points are stable or not is judged according to the mean value and the variance, and if the key points are not stable, the effect of setting the breast enhancement starts to disappear.
According to another specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of performing, for a position corresponding to a location parameter in a chest region in a consecutive frame picture after the initial frame picture, a spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation that corresponds to the operation parameter and gradually changes a body beautification level further includes:
if receiving a set beauty grade acted on a target control by a user, directly adjusting the target beauty grade of the current frame picture to the set beauty grade;

In the following, the process of determining the chest region of the human body and the chest beautification process in each picture frame in the video will be further defined.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the step of determining the chest region of the human body in the initial frame picture of the video includes:
acquiring a plurality of reference key points of a human body in the initial frame picture;
selecting, among the plurality of reference key points, a shoulder key point and a hip key point associated with the chest of the human body as the target key point;
and determining the chest area of the human body in the picture according to the target key points.
The present embodiment further defines the chest region of the human body in the picture. Specifically, feature point analysis is performed on the picture to obtain a plurality of reference key points in the picture, for example, corresponding face key points, head key points, hip key points, limb key points, and the like in the picture.
After analyzing and obtaining a plurality of reference key points of the human body in the picture according to the steps, key points related to the chest beauty, such as shoulder key points and hip key points, can be selected from the reference key points.
After the shoulder key points and the hip key points of the human body in the picture are determined, the chest area of the human body can be drawn.
Specifically, the step of determining the chest region of the human body in the picture according to the shoulder key points and the hip key points may include:
firstly, determining a left chest central point and a right chest central point of a chest area of the human body according to the shoulder key points and the hip key points;
the chest of the human body comprises two symmetrical parts, each symmetrical part is provided with a central point, when the chest region of the target picture is determined, the central point of the chest region is determined firstly, the central point of the left chest region is defined as a left chest central point, and the central point of the right chest region is defined as a right chest central point. During specific feature analysis, two symmetrical shoulder key points and two symmetrical hip key points which are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the chest of the human body can be obtained, and the central point of the chest area can be deduced according to the shoulder key points and the hip key points.
Further, the step of determining a left chest center point and a right chest center point of the chest region of the human body according to the shoulder key points and the hip key points may include:
identifying shoulder key points and hip key points on the left side of the human body in the target picture, and shoulder key points and hip key points on the right side;
multiplying the shoulder key point on the left side of the human body in the target picture by a first coefficient, and multiplying the hip key point on the left side by a second coefficient to obtain a left chest center point of the human body;
and multiplying the shoulder key point on the right side of the human body in the target picture by a first coefficient, and multiplying the hip key point on the right side by a second coefficient to obtain the right chest central point of the human body.
Optionally, the first coefficient is 0.7, and the second coefficient is 0.3.
In this embodiment, the position of the center point of the chest region is obtained by adding 0.7 shoulder key point to 0.3 hip key point according to the shoulder key point and the hip key point of the human body key points. And the central point obtained by the shoulder key point and the hip key point on the left side is taken as a left chest central point, and the central point obtained by the shoulder key point and the hip key point on the right side is taken as a right chest central point.
Secondly, determining the width and the height of the chest area according to the distance between the shoulder key point and the hip key point;
considering that the distance between the shoulder key point and the hip key point influences the size of the chest region of the human body and the distance between the human body and the screen in the target picture influences the size of the chest region of the human body, before the chest region of the human body is determined, the width and the height of the chest region are determined
Optionally, the step of determining the width and height of the chest region according to the distance between the shoulder key point and the hip key point includes:
determining a first middle point of a connecting line of two shoulder key points of a human body in the target picture and a second middle point of a connecting line of two hip key points;
determining a reference middle line between a first midpoint and the second midpoint in the target picture;
measuring the dimensions of the reference centerline;
multiplying the size of the reference midline by a lateral scaling factor to obtain the width of the thoracic region, and multiplying the size of the reference midline by a longitudinal scaling factor to obtain the height of the thoracic region.
And finally, determining the left chest area and the right chest area of the human body in the target picture according to the left chest central point and the right chest central point of the chest area and the width and the height of the chest area.
After the left and right thoracic center points and the associated height and width of the chest region are determined according to the above steps, the left and right thoracic regions of the human body in the target picture can be drawn.
Further, the step of determining the left chest region and the right chest region of the human body in the target picture according to the left chest center point and the right chest center point of the chest region, and the width and the height of the chest region may include:
firstly, determining a central connecting line of the left chest central point and the right chest central point of the human body;
when the chest region is determined, the previously determined left chest center point and right chest center point are connected to obtain a center connecting line, the center connecting line is theoretically flush with the shoulders of the human body, and can be used as the horizontal direction of the human body, and the vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction is the region from the legs of the human body to the head.
Then, drawing a rectangular frame as the chest area of the human body in the target picture according to the width and the height of the chest area by taking the central connecting line as a reference;
and drawing rectangular frames placed along the horizontal direction and the vertical direction of the human body by taking the central connecting line determined in the step as a reference and combining the determined width and height of the chest area, and sequentially taking the rectangular frames as the whole chest area of the human body in the target picture. This chest region is located between the shoulder and hip key points of the human body and is located close to the shoulder region.
And finally, dividing the chest area into a left chest area and a right chest area, wherein the center of the left chest area is the left chest central point, and the center of the right chest area is the right chest central point.
After the whole chest area is drawn, the chest area is divided into a left chest area and a right chest area along the vertical direction from the middle, then, the area containing the center point of the left chest is the left chest area, the center of the left chest area is the center point of the left chest, correspondingly, the area containing the center point of the right chest is the right chest area, and the center point of the right chest area is the center point of the right chest.
In addition, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step of performing a spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation corresponding to the target body beautification level on the chest region in the current frame picture may include:

secondly, calculating the ratio of the sum of the first length and the second length to the size of the reference middle line;
finally, if the ratio is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the human body is a front standing position;
and if the ratio is smaller than a preset threshold value, the human body is a side standing position.
When the human body station positions in the initial frame picture are different, the relative size proportion values are different, and specifically, the key point connecting line sum is calculated firstly. After the shoulder key points and the hip key points are determined through feature point analysis, a connecting line between the two shoulder key points is determined, the length of the connecting line is defined as a first length, meanwhile, the connecting line between the two hip key points is determined, and the length of the connecting line is defined as a second length. And adding the two to obtain the sum of the first length and the second length of the human body in the initial frame picture.
The sum of the first length and the second length is divided by the dimension of the reference median line between the shoulder and hip key points to obtain a ratio.
The first length of the shoulder key point line and the second length of the hip key point line are both larger when the front side is in a side view, the first length of the shoulder key point line and the second length of the hip key point line are smaller when the front side is in a side view, and the size of the reference center line is relatively basically unchanged in the two cases. It can be concluded that this ratio will be smaller in the case of sideways movement and larger in the case of frontal movement, and this ratio can be used to estimate the degree of sideways movement.
And taking the value of the critical condition as a preset threshold, and if the obtained ratio is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, determining that the human body in the initial frame picture is a front station.
Correspondingly, if the obtained ratio is smaller than the preset threshold, it can be determined that the human body in the initial frame picture is a side station.
After the side body degree is known, the split area of the chest is divided again, the area of the blocked part of the chest is smaller and smaller, the area of the unblocked part of the chest is larger in the month, and under the positive condition, the two chest areas are the same. Claims (13)

1. A method for processing human chest body beautification in a video is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a chest region of a human body in an initial frame picture of a target video, wherein the chest region of the human body comprises a left chest region and a right chest region;
acquiring beauty parameters corresponding to the chest area, wherein the beauty parameters at least comprise site parameters and operation parameters;
and executing spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operations corresponding to the operation parameters and gradually changing body beautification levels on positions corresponding to the position parameters in the chest area in the continuous frame pictures after the initial frame picture, wherein the body beautification levels of the adjacent frame pictures are different from a unit value.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of performing the spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation with gradually changing body beautification levels corresponding to the operation parameters at the position corresponding to the position parameter in the chest region in the consecutive frame pictures after the initial frame picture comprises:
detecting target key points of a human body in a current frame picture, wherein the target key points are associated with a chest, and the target key points comprise two shoulder key points and/or two hip key points;
acquiring a detection state of a target key point of a human body in the current frame picture, wherein the detection state comprises any one of a stable state and an unstable state;
determining a target body beauty grade of the current frame picture according to the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture and the body beauty grade in the last frame picture of the current frame picture;
and executing the spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation corresponding to the target body beautification grade on the chest area in the current frame picture.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of determining the target beauty level of the current frame picture according to the detection status of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture and the beauty level of the previous frame picture of the current frame picture comprises:
acquiring the body beauty grade of the last frame of the current frame of picture;
if the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture is a stable state, increasing a unit value for the beauty grade of the last frame picture of the current frame picture as the target beauty grade of the current frame picture;
and if the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture is an unstable state, reducing the beauty grade of the previous frame picture of the current frame picture by a unit value to be used as the target beauty grade of the current frame picture.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the detection status of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture comprises:
calculating the confidence coefficient of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture;
calculating the mean and variance of the confidence degrees according to the confidence degrees of the target key points;
and determining the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture according to the mean value and the variance of the confidence coefficient.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the step of determining the detection state of the target keypoint of the human body in the current frame picture according to the mean and the variance of the confidence coefficient comprises:
if the mean value of the confidence degrees is greater than or equal to a first threshold value and the variance of the confidence degrees is less than or equal to a second threshold value, determining that the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture is a stable state;
and if the mean value of the confidence degrees is smaller than the first threshold value, or the variance of the confidence degrees is larger than the second threshold value, determining that the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture is an unstable state.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the detection status of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture comprises:
and if the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture is not detected, determining the detection state of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture as an unstable state.
7. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining the detection status of the target key point of the human body in the current frame picture comprises:
and if the target key points on the two sides of the human body in the current frame picture are detected to be staggered, determining the detection state of the target key points of the human body in the current frame picture as unstable.

The method of claim 1, wherein the step of performing the spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation with gradually changing body beautification levels corresponding to the operation parameters for the position corresponding to the location parameter in the chest region in the consecutive frame pictures after the initial frame picture further comprises:
if receiving a set beauty grade acted on a target control by a user, directly adjusting the target beauty grade of the current frame picture to the set beauty grade;
and executing the spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation corresponding to the set body beautification grade on the chest area in the current frame picture.
9. The method of claim 2, wherein the step of determining the chest region of the human body in the initial frame picture of the target video comprises:
acquiring a plurality of reference key points of a human body in the initial frame picture;
selecting, among the plurality of reference key points, a shoulder key point and a hip key point associated with the chest of the human body as the target key point;
and determining the chest area of the human body in the picture according to the target key points.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of performing the spherical breast augmentation and body beautification operation corresponding to the target body beautification level on the chest region in the current frame picture comprises:
defining the direction of the central connecting line as a first direction, and defining the direction vertical to the central connecting line as a second direction;
spherically expanding the left thoracic region outward in the first and second directions at the left thoracic center point, respectively;
and expanding the right chest area to the outer spherical surface along the first direction and the second direction respectively at the center point of the right chest.
11. A human chest beauty processing device in video, comprising:
