Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent home management system according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The intelligent home equipment management system (1+ N distributed intelligent home equipment management system) fully utilizes the natural and flexible advantages of a power line at each corner of a house, adopts a power line communication technology, and establishes an uplink communication link with a light source optical fiber network (PON) at one end of a main gateway device for sending the operation data of the main gateway device and at least one intelligent home equipment to a server corresponding to an operator gateway so as to be convenient for the server to store the operation data; and the other end of the intelligent household equipment establishes a downlink communication link with at least one piece of intelligent household equipment through a power line. In addition, the main gateway device may further include a third terminal, and the third terminal may establish a connection with at least one terminal (for example, at least one of a computer, a set-top box, a television or a telephone set in fig. 1) through a power line, an ethernet or a telephone line.
The Power Line Communication (PLC) technology according to the present application is a communication method for transmitting data and media signals by using a power line.
The main gateway device involved in the scenario can be regarded as an access center, an interconnection center, a data center, a management center and a distributed control center of the distributed smart home gateway device. The main gateway device manages data through an application protocol to control the intelligent household device. Specifically, the method and the device are used for sending a configuration instruction to the intelligent home equipment and issuing management data according to the feedback information and the application protocol of the intelligent home equipment. Wherein, the main gateway device may include: and the power line communication module is used for executing interactive communication and data transmission operation on the power line between the main gateway equipment and the intelligent household equipment. The management data referred to above includes one or more of the following: the method comprises the steps of registering process data, online process data, heartbeat keep-alive process data and control process data, or inquiring information process data, and the processes of registering, online process, heartbeat keep-alive process, control process and information inquiry process for controlling the intelligent home equipment or at least one terminal are completed through the management data.
The smart home devices involved in the scene can be regarded as supporting power-carrying home application devices, one end of each smart home device is connected with the main gateway device through a power line in an uplink mode, and the other end of each smart home device is connected with at least one terminal in a downlink mode (for example, the power line, wi-fi or a network cable).
It can be understood that the device may receive a configuration instruction sent by the main gateway device through the power line, and send feedback information to the main gateway device when detecting that the device itself satisfies the configuration instruction; and executing corresponding operation according to the received management data. Specifically, the device may include a power line communication module, configured to perform interactive communication and data transmission operations on a power line between multiple smart home devices, or between a main gateway device and a smart home device.
It should be noted that a situation may occur, that is, when the smart home device detects that the smart home device does not satisfy the configuration instruction, notification information is sent to the main gateway device, where the notification information includes system performance information of the smart home device; at this time, the main gateway device may be further configured to generate a specific configuration instruction according to the system performance information and the pre-configured configuration information, where the specific configuration instruction is a configuration instruction that is generated again for the smart home devices that do not satisfy the configuration instruction and corresponds to the smart home devices one by one; or the main gateway device is further configured to send alarm information according to the notification information, so as to prompt the user to reset the related smart home device.
The distributed equipment combination of the N intelligent household equipment can integrate at least one of different application modules or communication modules and management data, and execute at least one of coverage type extension operation, service type extension operation, data collection type extension operation, wireless access type extension operation and storage type extension operation.
Specifically, overlay class extension operations, such as: wireless coverage (WiFi module), wired coverage (ethernet module), voice coverage (voice module), etc.
Service class extension operations, such as: video type (video module), audio type (audio module), entertainment type (bluetooth module), etc.
Data collection class extension operations, such as: a probe (an infrared module), a gas detection sensor (a Zigbee module), a temperature and humidity sensor (a Zigbee module), a fire smoke detector (a ZWave module) and the like.
Radio access class extension operations, such as: a third generation mobile communication technology (3rd-generation, 3G), a fourth generation mobile communication technology (4rd-generation, 4G), or a fifth generation mobile communication technology (5rd-generation, 5G), a cellular narrowband internet of things (NB-IoT) (NB-IoT module), and the like.
Storage class expansion operations, such as a removable storage device (universal serial bus (USB) module), an SD card (secure digital memory card) (SDIO module), and the like.
To sum up, the intelligent home equipment management system manages and controls through the main gateway equipment, and as long as the position that possesses supply socket, the intelligent home equipment circular telegram can communicate with main gateway equipment, also can intercommunicate between the intelligent home equipment, need not fixed position and deploys. The core function module may mainly perform operations of one or more of the following functions: the operation of the PON management function, the operation of the voice service function, the operation of the power line communication function, the operation of the network service function, the operation of the data forwarding function, the operation of the quality of service (QoS) function, the operation of the address management function, the operation of the security function, the operation of the local management function, the operation of the remote management function, the operation of the device management function, the operation of the system detection diagnosis function, or the implementation of the functions of configuration management, data forwarding, network management, device maintenance, and the like of the main gateway device. The operation of the power line networking function is one of important functions in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the related operation of the function can complete interactive communication and data transmission between the main gateway device and the intelligent home devices and between the intelligent home devices on the power line.
The network side link module may perform operations for one or more of the following functions: the operation of the PON link function can implement the operation of the access control and management functions of the optical fiber link.
The user side link module may perform operations for one or more of the following functions: the operation of the power line networking function, the operation of the ethernet networking function and the operation of the voice line function, or the operation of implementing various user side link interfaces and networking functions. The operation of the power line networking function is one of important functions in the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, and the related operation of the function can complete networking and management of the intelligent household equipment.
The middleware function module provides a layer of middleware platform and provides a plug-in management mechanism and the operation of a basic service function; and the business function interface can provide operation support for the plug-in. Through the middleware platform and the plug-in, the gateway function can be easily expanded, for example, the management of the service function of the intelligent home equipment is realized through the connection of the intelligent home equipment and the management plug-in.
The plug-in functional module may include one or more of the following plug-ins: the intelligent home equipment and the management plug-in, the system monitoring plug-in or the application management plug-in. The plug-in can be expanded according to specific application development, can be preset in a software system, and can also be downloaded and installed through a management platform operated by an operator. The plug-in unit needs to receive management and control of a management platform operated by an operator, complete corresponding functions, and realize interaction between a user and at least one of the main gateway device or the smart home device.
The intelligent home equipment is connected with the plug-in, management of each plug-in is achieved, operation of functions such as control commands, parameter configuration, data acquisition and remote firmware upgrading is achieved through an application protocol, management and control (for example, at least one of a registration process, an online process, a heartbeat keep-alive process, a control process or an information query process) of the intelligent home equipment are completed through the plug-in by the main gateway equipment, meanwhile, data and information can be acquired from the intelligent home equipment through the plug-in, and a management platform operated by an operator is reported or displayed on a local management interface. The main gateway device completes the management of the service and the device and the monitoring of the running state through the system monitoring plug-in and the application management plug-in.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a distribution module in smart home equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the smart home device may expand various applications on the basis of the main gateway device by integrating different application modules and communication modules. The intelligent household equipment mainly comprises one or more of the following modules: the system comprises a core function module, a network side link module and a user side link module.

The power line communication function and the corresponding operation are one of important functions of the technical scheme, and the interactive communication and data transmission on the power line between the intelligent home equipment and the main gateway equipment and between the intelligent home equipment are completed. The connection management function and the corresponding operation are another important function in the technical solution, and the function may implement interaction between the smart home device and the main gateway device through an application protocol, for example: and reporting the information of the intelligent household equipment to the main gateway equipment, registering and authenticating, responding to instructions such as control, parameter configuration, data acquisition and firmware upgrading issued by the main gateway equipment, executing corresponding actions and returning messages to the main gateway equipment. The network access key function in the device management function is also one of the important functions of the technical scheme, and through the network access key function and corresponding operation, the intelligent home device can communicate with the main gateway device so as to join in a distributed network managed by the main gateway device.
The network side link module comprises: the intelligent home equipment is added into a distributed network through the function and is managed and controlled by the main gateway equipment.
The user side link module comprises: at least one of a communications module or an application module. The operation corresponding to the function of the communication module or the application module is one of the important functions of the technical scheme, and various types of applications can be expanded by integrating different application modules and communication modules, for example: extension of coverage classes: wireless coverage (WiFi module), wired coverage (ethernet module), voice coverage (voice module); service class extension, such as at least one of video class (video module), audio class (audio module), or entertainment class (bluetooth module); data collection class extensions, such as: at least one probe (infrared module), a gas detection sensor (Zigbee module), a temperature and humidity sensor (Zigbee module) or a fire smoke detector (ZWave module); radio access class extensions such as 3G, 4G, or 5G radio access (radio module), NB-IOT (NB-IOT module), and the like; storage class extensions, such as: a mobile storage device (USB module), an SD card (SDIO module), and the like.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a primary gateway device space architecture according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the spatial architecture of the primary gateway device is divided into user space and kernel space. Specifically, the user space mainly includes: at least one of a business function module, a configuration management function module, a middleware platform module, or a plug-in function module.
The service function module completes core services of the main gateway device, and mainly comprises a plurality of modules such as address management, dialing management, time synchronization, monitoring and diagnosis, file transmission, voice service, network service, device discovery and control and the like.
The configuration management function module completes remote or local configuration management of the main gateway device, and mainly comprises: a management platform client, a PON client, network configuration management, WEB management and the like.
The middleware platform module provides a plug-in management mechanism, a basic service function and a service function interface, and provides operation support for the plug-ins.
The plug-in function module realizes the management and control of the intelligent home equipment by the main gateway equipment and the management and running state monitoring of self service and equipment by the main gateway equipment, and comprises modules such as an intelligent home equipment connection and management plug-in, a system monitoring plug-in, an application management plug-in and the like. With the support of the middleware platform module, more functions can be expanded through the plug-in.
The kernel space mainly includes: at least one of a module for network management and data forwarding functionality, a module for device management functionality, or a module for driver management functionality.
The network management and data forwarding functional module mainly comprises an Ethernet management module, a power line network management module, a port management module, a route forwarding module, a bridge forwarding module, a security and firewall module, a QoS module, a multicast forwarding module and the like, and is used for completing the operation of functions of specific networking, data receiving and sending through each interface, route or bridge forwarding, multicast, flow management, security and firewall and the like.
The device management function module completes management of the device level of the main gateway, and mainly comprises modules of upgrading backup and recovery, logging, starting and resetting, file systems and the like.
The drive management function completes integration and management of each device and interface drive of the main gateway equipment, and mainly comprises modules such as an optical interface drive, a PON drive, a voice drive, a power line drive, an Ethernet port drive and a peripheral interface drive.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a smart home device space architecture according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the spatial architecture of the smart home device may be divided into a user space and a kernel space.
Wherein, the user space mainly may include: and a service and management function module. The service and management function module can complete core service and configuration management of the intelligent home equipment, and mainly comprises: at least one of a connection management client module, a module management module, an address management module or a monitoring and diagnosing module.
The kernel space mainly includes: at least one of a network management and data forwarding function module, a device management function module, and a driver management function module.
The network management and data forwarding functional module can execute the operations of specific networking, data transceiving through each interface, routing or bridging forwarding and the like, and mainly comprises at least one of an Ethernet management module, a power line network management module, a routing forwarding module or a bridging forwarding module.
The device management function module can execute operations for completing management of the device level of the main gateway, and mainly comprises at least one of a network access key module, a log module, a starting and resetting module or a file system module.
The driver management function may perform operations of completing integration and management of each device and interface driver of the main gateway device, and mainly includes: at least one of the power line driving module, the Ethernet port driving module, the module driving module or the peripheral interface driving module.
Next, a second possible smart home device management system will be described with reference to fig. 6 to 12.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another smart home management system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the scenario is a 1+1+ N distributed smart home management system, and mainly includes a distributed device combination of 1 main gateway device, 1 smart home gateway, and N smart home devices (that is, 1 main gateway device establishes a connection with 1 smart home gateway through an ethernet, 1 smart home gateway establishes a connection with at least one smart home device, and each smart home device may establish a connection with at least one terminal device).
It should be noted that the distributed intelligent home management system in this scenario not only includes the data network service capability of the previous main gateway device, but also additionally provides an intelligent home gateway device for professional, intelligent and unified management of the intelligent home devices, which can better serve any device in the home network, provide diversified application modes for the home network, and can better enrich the requirements of interconnection and internet of things application.
In such a scenario, since a new device (i.e., a smart home gateway device) is added, the functions and operations performed by the main gateway device and the smart home device described in any of fig. 1 to 5 are changed to some extent, and the following description will be made in detail.
The main gateway device (in this scenario, may be referred to as an intelligent data gateway device) is an access center and a network service center of the intelligent home management system. The main gateway device is provided with a PON upstream path for accessing to an operator network. The main gateway equipment has Ethernet and telephone line downlink paths, provides Internet access, video and telephone services and corresponding network management functions for household Internet access equipment, video equipment and telephone equipment, and simultaneously provides an Ethernet uplink path for intelligent household equipment to receive and transmit network data.
The intelligent home gateway equipment is an interconnection center, a data center and a distributed control center of home equipment. The intelligent home gateway device is provided with an Ethernet uplink channel for connecting with the main gateway device to receive and transmit network data. The intelligent home gateway device is provided with a power line downlink for connecting the intelligent home device. The intelligent home gateway device intelligently manages and controls the intelligent home devices through an application protocol, comprises distributed networking, device management, data aggregation and exchange, state monitoring and the like, and is an anchor point for controlling and data intersection of the home devices. The intelligent home gateway device mainly completes the processes of registration process, online process, heartbeat keep-alive process, control process and information inquiry process of the intelligent home device.
The intelligent home is provided with a power line uplink path and receives management and control of the intelligent home gateway equipment. The distributed equipment combination of the smart home equipment can integrate at least one of different application modules or communication modules and management data, and execute at least one of coverage type expansion operation, service type expansion operation, data collection type expansion operation, wireless access type expansion operation and storage type expansion operation.

The intelligent home gateway equipment and the intelligent home equipment with the power line access fully utilize the natural and flexible advantages of power lines which must be achieved at each corner, and increase the power line communication technology and the equipment management technology on the basis of the traditional Ethernet and WiFi technologies, so that the intelligent home can be distributed at any position of a house with a power socket. The intelligent home can communicate with the intelligent home gateway equipment when being powered on, the intelligent homes can communicate with one another, fixed position deployment is not needed, the problem of weak wireless coverage of certain positions is not needed to be worried about, and the intelligent home gateway equipment is more flexible and convenient.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a distribution module in another primary gateway device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the main gateway device is the access center and the network service center of the management system. The method mainly comprises the following steps: at least one of a core function module, a network side link module, a user side link module, a middleware function module, or a plug-in function module.
The core function module may mainly perform operations of one or more of the following functions: the operation of the PON management function, the operation of the voice service function, the operation of the network service function, the operation of the data forwarding function, the operation of the quality of service QoS function, the operation of the address management function, the operation of the security function, the operation of the local management function, the operation of the remote management function, the operation of the device management function, and the operation of the system detection and diagnosis function realize the functions of configuration management, data forwarding, network management, device maintenance, and the like of the main gateway device.
The network side link module may perform operations for one or more of the following functions: the operation of the PON link function can implement the operation of the access control and management functions of the optical fiber link.
The user side link module may perform operations for one or more of the following functions: the operation of Ethernet networking function and voice line function, or the operation of realizing various user side link interfaces and networking function.

The plug-in unit needs to receive management and control of a management platform operated by an operator, complete corresponding functions, and realize interaction between a user and at least one of the main gateway device or the smart home device.
The intelligent home equipment is connected with the plug-in, the management instruction about the intelligent home equipment issued by the management platform operated by the operator is transparently transmitted to the intelligent home gateway equipment through the application protocol, and meanwhile, the related information about the intelligent home equipment uploaded by the intelligent home gateway equipment is transparently transmitted to the management platform operated by the operator or displayed on a local management interface. The management instructions of the non-intelligent home devices issued by the management platform operated by the operator are not transmitted to the intelligent home gateway devices and are processed by the main gateway devices. The main gateway device completes the management of the service and the device and the monitoring of the running state through the system monitoring plug-in and the application management plug-in.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a distribution module in an intelligent home gateway device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the smart home gateway device is an interconnection center, a data center, and a distributed control center in the smart home device management system. The system mainly comprises at least one of a core function module, a network side link module or a user side link module.

The power line communication function is one of important functions of the technical scheme, and the interactive communication and data transmission on the power line between the intelligent home gateway device and the intelligent home device and between the intelligent home devices are completed. In addition, the remote management function is also one of the important functions of the technical solution, and the management instruction about the smart home device issued by the operator management platform is forwarded from the main gateway device through the application protocol, and meanwhile, the acquired related information about the smart home device is uploaded to the main gateway device. Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a distribution module in another smart home device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9, the smart home device may expand multiple types of applications on the basis of the main gateway device by integrating different application modules and communication modules. The intelligent household equipment mainly comprises one or more of the following modules: the system comprises a core function module, a network side link module and a user side link module.
The core functional module may perform the operations of one or more of the following functions: the intelligent home equipment management system comprises a module management function, a power line communication function, a data forwarding function, a connection management function, an equipment management function or a system diagnosis function, and realizes the functions of configuration management, data forwarding, module management, equipment maintenance and the like of the intelligent home equipment. The user side link module comprises: at least one of a communications module or an application module. And the plug-in function module is used for realizing the management and control of the main gateway equipment on the downstream equipment and the management and running state monitoring of the main gateway equipment on the service and equipment, and comprises at least one of an equipment connection and management plug-in module, a system monitoring plug-in module or an application management plug-in module. With the support of the middleware platform, more functions can be expanded through the plug-in.
The kernel-space model may mainly include: at least one of a network management and data forwarding function, a device management function, or a driver management function.
The network management and data forwarding function module is used for completing functions of specific networking, data receiving and sending through each interface, routing or bridging forwarding, multicasting, flow management, safety, firewall and the like, and mainly comprises at least one of an Ethernet management module, a port management module, a routing forwarding module, a bridging forwarding module, a safety and firewall module, a QoS module or a multicasting forwarding module.
The device management function module is used for completing the management of the device level of the intelligent data gateway, and mainly comprises modules of upgrading backup and recovery, logging, starting and resetting, a file system and the like.

the main gateway device is further configured to generate a specific configuration instruction according to the system performance information and the pre-configured configuration information, where the specific configuration instruction is a one-to-one configuration instruction that is generated again for the smart home device that does not meet the configuration instruction.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the management data comprises one or more of: registration process data, online process data, heartbeat keep-alive process data, control process data, or information inquiry process data.

The system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the smart home device is further configured to perform at least one of a coverage type extension operation, a service type extension operation, a data collection type extension operation, a wireless access type extension operation, and a storage type extension operation by integrating at least one of different application modules or communication modules and the management data.
4. The system according to claim 1, wherein the main gateway device and the smart home device respectively comprise a power line communication module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the power line communication module on the main gateway device is used for executing interactive communication and data transmission operation on a power line between the main gateway device and the intelligent home equipment;
and the power line communication module on the intelligent household equipment is used for executing a plurality of interactive communication and data transmission operations on the power line between the intelligent household equipment or between the main gateway equipment and the intelligent household equipment.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the primary gateway device comprises one or more of the following modules:
a core function module, connected to at least one of the network side link module, the user side link module, the middleware function module, or the plug-in function module, for performing an operation of a PON management function, an operation of a voice service function, an operation of a power line communication function, an operation of a network service function, an operation of a data forwarding function, an operation of a quality of service function, an operation of an address management function, an operation of a security function, an operation of a local management function, an operation of a remote management function, an operation of a device management function, an operation of a system detection and diagnosis function, or an operation for implementing a configuration management, a data forwarding, a network management, a device maintenance function of a main gateway device;
the network side link module is configured to, under the control of the core function module, perform an operation of a PON link function, so as to facilitate access control and management of an optical fiber link;
the user side link module is used for executing the operation of a power line networking function so as to facilitate networking and management with the intelligent household equipment;
the plug-in function module comprises at least one of a management plug-in, a system monitoring plug-in or an application management plug-in of the intelligent household equipment, and is used for interaction between the main gateway equipment and the intelligent household equipment or between a plurality of intelligent household equipment.
6. The system according to claim 1 or 5, wherein the smart home device comprises one or more of the following modules:
a core function module, connected to at least one of the network side link module or the user side link module, for performing operations of one or more of the following functions: the operation of a module management function, the operation of a power line communication function, the operation of a data forwarding function, the operation of a connection management function, the operation of a local management function, the operation of an equipment management function, the operation of a system diagnosis function, the operation of a configuration management function for realizing intelligent home equipment, the operation of a data forwarding function, the operation of a network management function, or the operation of an equipment maintenance function;
the network side link module is used for the intelligent household equipment to join in a distributed network and receive the management and control of the main gateway equipment;
the user side link module is used for integrating at least one of different application modules or communication modules and expanding various types of applications.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the management system further comprises: at least one terminal; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the other end of the intelligent home equipment is in communication connection with at least one terminal through the power line, and is used for sending state information to the main gateway equipment through the intelligent home equipment, so that the main gateway equipment or at least one of the intelligent home equipment is convenient for the terminal to manage.

the intelligent home device is configured to receive the configuration instruction, and send the feedback information to at least one of the intelligent home gateway device or the main gateway device when detecting that the intelligent home device meets the configuration instruction; executing corresponding operation according to the received management data; when the intelligent home device detects that the intelligent home device does not meet the configuration instruction, the intelligent home device is further configured to send notification information to at least one of the intelligent home gateway device or the main gateway device, where the notification information includes system performance information of the intelligent home device;
the main gateway device is further configured to generate a specific configuration instruction according to the system performance information and the pre-configured configuration information, where the specific configuration instruction is a one-to-one configuration instruction that is generated again for the smart home device that does not meet the configuration instruction.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the management system further comprises: at least one terminal;
the at least one terminal is connected with the at least one intelligent home device through the power line, so that the intelligent home device can send state information to the main gateway device or the intelligent home gateway device, and the main gateway device, the intelligent home gateway device or at least one of the intelligent home devices can manage the terminal.

and the main gateway equipment generates a specific configuration instruction according to the system performance information and the prefabricated configuration information, wherein the specific configuration instruction is a one-to-one configuration instruction which is generated again aiming at the intelligent household equipment which does not meet the configuration instruction.
