Claims (16)

1. A block chain based commission method, the method comprising:
acquiring distribution information of a distribution user associated with the transaction information from a blockchain according to the transaction information of the target object which has completed the transaction; wherein the distribution users include a first type distribution user and/or a second type distribution user, the distribution information of the first type distribution user includes positive evaluation information on the target object, and the distribution information of the second type distribution user includes negative evaluation information on other objects belonging to the same category as the target object; the negative evaluation information includes a score value;
calling an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, executing a commission distribution rule recorded in the intelligent contract according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user; wherein the commission rule indicates that commission distribution information corresponding to the first type of distribution users is determined based on the similarity between the evaluation information of the trading users on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users; and/or the distribution rule indicates that distribution commission information corresponding to the second type of distribution users is determined based on the difference between the score scores of the trading users of the trading on the target object and the score scores of each of the second type of distribution users on other objects;
and issuing the corresponding distribution commission to the distribution account corresponding to the distribution user according to the distribution commission information, and issuing the distribution commission information of the distribution user to the blockchain.
2. The method as recited in claim 1, the distribution users comprising a first type of distribution user and a second type of distribution user;
correspondingly, the calling the intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain, executing the distribution commission rule recorded in the intelligent contracts according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user includes:
determining the sub-commission amount corresponding to the transaction according to the transaction amount and the set sub-commission proportion in the sub-commission rule;
according to the commission amount, the distribution information corresponding to the first type of distribution users and the distribution information corresponding to the second type of distribution users, respectively calculating total commission commissions corresponding to the first type of distribution users and the total commission commissions corresponding to the second type of distribution users according to set ratios in the commission rule;
according to the total distribution commission corresponding to the first type of distribution users and the number of the first type of distribution users, determining distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution users in the first type of distribution users according to a first distribution rule in the distribution rules, and according to the total distribution commission corresponding to the second type of distribution users and the number of the second type of distribution users, determining distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution users in the second type of distribution users according to a second distribution rule in the distribution rules.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, the number of the distribution users in the first kind of distribution users is plural;
correspondingly, the determining, according to the total sales commission corresponding to the first type of distribution users and the number of the first type of distribution users, the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution users in the first type of distribution users according to the first distribution rule in the distribution rules includes:
obtaining evaluation information of the trading user of the trade on the target object from the blockchain;
similarity matching is carried out on the evaluation information of the trading user on the target object and the positive evaluation information of each of the first type of distribution users on the target object, and a similarity value between the evaluation information of the trading user on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users is obtained;
and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the first type of distribution users according to each similarity value and the total distribution commission corresponding to the first type of distribution users.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, the number of the distribution users in the second kind of distribution users is plural;
correspondingly, the determining, according to the total distribution commission corresponding to the second type distribution users and the number of the second type distribution users, the distribution commission corresponding to the distribution user in the second type distribution users according to the second distribution rule in the distribution rules includes:
obtaining evaluation information of the trading user of the trade on the target object from the blockchain; wherein the rating information comprises a score for the target object;
determining a difference value between the score of the trading user for the target object and the score of each of the second class of distribution users for the other objects;
and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the second type of distribution users according to each difference and the total distribution commission corresponding to the second type of distribution users.
5. The method as set forth in claim 1, the distribution user comprising a plurality of the first type distribution users;
correspondingly, the calling the intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain, executing the distribution commission rule recorded in the intelligent contracts according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user includes:
determining the sub-commission amount corresponding to the transaction according to the transaction amount and the set sub-commission proportion in the sub-commission rule;
acquiring evaluation information of the trading user on the target object from a blockchain, and performing similarity matching on the evaluation information of the trading user on the target object and positive evaluation information of each of the first type of distribution users on the target object to obtain similarity values of the evaluation information of the trading user on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users;
and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the first type of distribution users according to each similarity value and the distribution commission amount.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, the distribution users include the second type distribution users, and the number of the distribution users among the second type distribution users is plural;
correspondingly, the calling the intelligent contracts deployed in the blockchain, executing the distribution commission rule recorded in the intelligent contracts according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user includes:
determining the sub-commission amount corresponding to the transaction according to the transaction amount and the set sub-commission proportion in the sub-commission rule;
obtaining evaluation information of the trading user of the trade on the target object from the blockchain; wherein the rating information comprises a score for the target object;
determining a difference value between the score of the trading user for the target object and the score of each of the second class of distribution users for the other objects;
and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the second type of distribution users according to each difference value and the distribution commission amount.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the transaction information includes browsing behavior information of each of the distribution information by a transaction user of the transaction prior to executing the transaction of the target object;
correspondingly, the distribution user associated with the transaction information is determined by the following steps:
and according to the browsing behavior information, determining the distribution user corresponding to the distribution information which is browsed by the transaction user and belongs to the target object or other objects belonging to the same category as the target object as the distribution user associated with the transaction information.
8. The method of claim 1, before acquiring distribution information of a distribution user associated with the transaction information from a blockchain according to the transaction information of the target object having completed the transaction, the method further comprises:
after the distribution user completes the transaction of the object, publishing the evaluation information of the object and the purchase link of the object to a specified website, and publishing the evaluation information of the distribution user for the object and the purchase link of the object to a blockchain;
after completing the transaction of the target object, the method further comprises:
issuing the transaction information of the target object to a block chain; the transaction information comprises transaction amount, evaluation information of a transaction user of the transaction on the target object and browsing behavior information of the transaction user before the transaction is completed.
9. A blockchain based commissioning apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the distribution information of the distribution user associated with the transaction information from the blockchain according to the transaction information of the target object which completes the transaction; wherein the distribution users include a first type distribution user and/or a second type distribution user, the distribution information of the first type distribution user includes positive evaluation information on the target object, and the distribution information of the second type distribution user includes negative evaluation information on other objects belonging to the same category as the target object; the negative evaluation information includes a score value;
the execution module is used for calling the intelligent contract deployed in the blockchain, executing the distribution commission rule recorded in the intelligent contract according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user; wherein the commission rule indicates that commission distribution information corresponding to the first type of distribution users is determined based on the similarity between the evaluation information of the trading users on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users; and/or the distribution rule indicates that distribution commission information corresponding to the second type of distribution users is determined based on the difference between the score scores of the trading users of the trading on the target object and the score scores of each of the second type of distribution users on other objects;
the issuing module issues the corresponding distribution commission to the distribution account corresponding to the distribution user according to the distribution commission information;
and the first issuing module issues the distribution commission information of the distribution user into the block chain.
10. The apparatus as recited in claim 9, the distribution users comprising a first type of distribution user and a second type of distribution user;
the execution module includes:
the first determining unit is used for determining the sub-commission amount corresponding to the transaction according to the transaction amount and the set sub-commission proportion in the sub-commission rule;
a calculating unit, which calculates the total sales commission corresponding to the first type of distribution user and the total sales commission corresponding to the second type of distribution user according to the set ratio in the commission rule according to the commission amount, the distribution information corresponding to the first type of distribution user and the distribution information corresponding to the second type of distribution user;
and the second determining unit is used for determining the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution users in the first type of distribution users according to the first distribution rules in the distribution rules according to the total distribution commission corresponding to the first type of distribution users and the number of the first type of distribution users, and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution users in the second type of distribution users according to the second distribution rules in the distribution rules according to the total distribution commission corresponding to the second type of distribution users and the number of the second type of distribution users.
11. The apparatus as claimed in claim 10, the number of the distribution users among the first kind of distribution users is plural;
correspondingly, the second determining unit is specifically configured to:
obtaining evaluation information of the trading user of the trade on the target object from the blockchain; similarity matching is carried out on the evaluation information of the trading user on the target object and the positive evaluation information of each of the first type of distribution users on the target object, and a similarity value between the evaluation information of the trading user on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users is obtained; and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the first type of distribution users according to each similarity value and the total distribution commission corresponding to the first type of distribution users.
12. The apparatus as claimed in claim 10, the number of the distribution users in the second kind of distribution users is plural;
correspondingly, the second determining unit is specifically configured to:
obtaining evaluation information of the trading user of the trade on the target object from the blockchain; wherein the rating information comprises a score for the target object; determining a difference value between the score of the trading user for the target object and the score of each of the second class of distribution users for the other objects; and determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the second type of distribution users according to each difference and the total distribution commission corresponding to the second type of distribution users.
13. The apparatus as set forth in claim 9, said distribution user comprising a plurality of said first type distribution users;
correspondingly, the execution module includes:
a third determining unit, which determines the sub-commission amount corresponding to the transaction according to the transaction amount and the set sub-commission proportion in the sub-commission rule;
the matching unit is used for acquiring evaluation information of the trading users of the trades on the target object from a blockchain, and performing similarity matching on the evaluation information of the trading users on the target object and the positive evaluation information of each of the first type of distribution users on the target object to obtain similarity values of the evaluation information of the trading users on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users;
and the fourth determining unit is used for determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the first type of distribution users according to each similarity value and the distribution commission amount.
14. The apparatus as claimed in claim 9, said distribution users include said second type distribution users, and the number of said distribution users among said second type distribution users is plural;
correspondingly, the execution module includes:
a fifth determining unit, which determines the sub-commission amount corresponding to the transaction according to the transaction amount and the set sub-commission proportion in the sub-commission rule;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring evaluation information of the trading user of the trade on the target object from the blockchain; wherein the rating information comprises a score for the target object;
a difference value determining unit, which determines the difference value between the score value of the trading user to the target object and the score value of each of the second type of distribution users to the other objects;
and the commission determining unit is used for determining the distribution commission information corresponding to each distribution user in the second type of distribution users according to each difference value and the commission amount.
15. A blockchain-based commissioned device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory arranged to store computer executable instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
acquiring distribution information of a distribution user associated with the transaction information from a blockchain according to the transaction information of the target object which has completed the transaction; wherein the distribution users include a first type distribution user and/or a second type distribution user, the distribution information of the first type distribution user includes positive evaluation information on the target object, and the distribution information of the second type distribution user includes negative evaluation information on other objects belonging to the same category as the target object; the negative evaluation information includes a score value;
calling an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, executing a commission distribution rule recorded in the intelligent contract according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user; wherein the commission rule indicates that commission distribution information corresponding to the first type of distribution users is determined based on the similarity between the evaluation information of the trading users on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users; and/or the distribution rule indicates that distribution commission information corresponding to the second type of distribution users is determined based on the difference between the score scores of the trading users of the trading on the target object and the score scores of each of the second type of distribution users on other objects;
and issuing the corresponding distribution commission to the distribution account corresponding to the distribution user according to the distribution commission information, and issuing the distribution commission information of the distribution user to the blockchain.
16. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed, implement the following:
acquiring distribution information of a distribution user associated with the transaction information from a blockchain according to the transaction information of the target object which has completed the transaction; wherein the distribution users include a first type distribution user and/or a second type distribution user, the distribution information of the first type distribution user includes positive evaluation information on the target object, and the distribution information of the second type distribution user includes negative evaluation information on other objects belonging to the same category as the target object; the negative evaluation information includes a score value;
calling an intelligent contract deployed in a blockchain, executing a commission distribution rule recorded in the intelligent contract according to the transaction amount of the transaction and the distribution information, and determining distribution commission information corresponding to the distribution user; wherein the commission rule indicates that commission distribution information corresponding to the first type of distribution users is determined based on the similarity between the evaluation information of the trading users on the target object and the positive evaluation information corresponding to each of the first type of distribution users; and/or the distribution rule indicates that distribution commission information corresponding to the second type of distribution users is determined based on the difference between the score scores of the trading users of the trading on the target object and the score scores of each of the second type of distribution users on other objects;
and issuing the corresponding distribution commission to the distribution account corresponding to the distribution user according to the distribution commission information, and issuing the distribution commission information of the distribution user to the blockchain.
