a sorting unit: and executing the clearing intelligent contract, and transferring the block chain assets to the asset accounts of the ETC payment beneficiaries on the block chain according to the preset distribution rule.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
a cash withdrawal unit: the ETC payment beneficiary is used for signing the blockchain assets in the asset accounts on the blockchain to the intelligent contract for cash-out on the blockchain; and executing the cash-out intelligent contract, and transferring the RMB with the corresponding proportion from the bank mortgage account to a collection account of the ETC payment beneficiary in a bank system after destroying the block chain assets.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising:
a service fee withholding unit: and monitoring the clearing intelligent contract by utilizing a service fee deduction intelligent contract, and transferring the block chain assets in the asset accounts of the ETC payment beneficiaries on the block chain to the asset accounts of the parking platform on the block chain according to the proportion agreed in advance by the parking platform and the ETC payment beneficiaries after the clearing intelligent contract is executed.
8. The apparatus of claim 5 or 7, wherein the parking platform or ETC payment beneficiary has an association relationship between their asset accounts on the blockchain and their bank real-name accounts, and one bank real-name account corresponds to one or more asset accounts on the blockchain.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more computer programs;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the method recited in any of claims 1-4.
10. A storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method according to any one of claims 1-4.
