Abstract
本发明涉及一种输送泵组合活塞与密封方法。
其主要特点是:较好地解决了常规浇铸混凝土输送泵
活塞既需要具有耐磨耐压的强度、硬度,又需要具有
良好密封性能的软度这个“软硬难以兼顾”的矛盾,采
取科学的组合方法,提高了密封性能。其使用寿命可
相当于常规同类输送泵的十倍左右,而且便于拆装更
换。
Description
本发明涉及一种输送泵组合活塞与密封方法。
常规的浇铸混凝土输送泵活塞,使用寿命很短,一般仅有30至40个小时,其根本原因是:这种输送泵输送的物质既不是液体也不是固体,而是由砂子、石子、水泥和水组成的混合物。要求泵塞既要具有耐磨耐压的强度、硬度,又要具有良好密封性能的软度。如果没有一定的强度、硬度,就会很快被砂子、石子等磨损或挤坏;如果没有一定的软度,密封性能差,水和水泥的混合液体漏掉,就无法保证混凝土浇铸的质量,这二者之间是一个尖锐的矛盾。常规的输送泵一直没有解决这个软硬不能兼顾的矛盾,只有频繁地修理、更新,造成很大浪费。
本发明的目的在于提供一种全新的组合活塞和密封方法,既有良好的密封性能,又大大延长了使用寿命,还便于拆装更换。
本发明的基本构想和原理是:活塞头主体由多道软质的密封环和多道硬质的密封保护环相间组合而成,解决了常规同类输送泵活塞“软硬不能兼顾”的矛盾;利用输送泵活塞送料和吸料时压力的方向变化,提高密封性能,减小密封环与筒壁的摩擦;采用组合式有利于调整性能并方便拆装。
下面结合附图(实施例剖面图)对本发明作进一步说明。图中(1)为泵筒,(2)为开道密封环,由四氟制成,(3)为挤压涨力环,由丁晴胶制成,(4)为挤压支撑环,由四氟制成,(5)为挤压支撑环,由金属制成,(6)为销母,(7)为泵杆。当输送泵送料时,混料对活塞产生的压力首先推动开道密封环(2)产生向外的张力,阻止砂石泥浆进入筒壁与密封环之间。同时,混料的压力传递给三道软质的挤压涨力环(3),使其产生向外的涨力,从而贴紧筒壁,实施密封。而三道挤压支撑环(4)既有对三道涨力环的保护作用,也有一定的密封作用。当输送泵吸料时,塞头的六道密封环承受的是负压,涨力消失,摩擦减小。这样,较好地解决了密封环和泵筒的用料软硬不能兼顾的矛盾,既提高了密封性能,又减少了无效摩擦力。其使用寿命可相当常规输送泵的10倍左右。本发明适用于各种浇铸混凝土输送泵和其它类似混料输送泵。
Claims (4)
1、本发明涉及一种浇铸混凝土输送泵组合活塞与密封方法。其组合活塞与密封方法是一个统一的整体。
2、按照权利要求一所述的组合活塞,主要由开道密封环、挤压涨力环、挤压支撑环等部件组成,各部分可方便拆装更换。其中的挤压涨力环和挤压支撑环组成的道数,可根据不同需要调整。
3、按照权利要求一、二所述的组合活塞和密封方法,其主要原理是:将软质密封环和硬质密封环相间组合而成,解决了常规同类输送泵活塞“软硬不能兼顾”的矛盾;利用输送泵活塞输料和吸料压力方向的变化,提高密封性能,减小密封环与筒壁的摩擦;采用组合式有利于调整性能,方便拆装。
4、按照权利要求一二三所述的组合活塞和密封方法,适用于各种浇铸混凝土输送泵和其他混料输送泵。
