Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in the present specification better understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application.
In the prior art, along with the continuous accumulation of page browsing quantity, comment information is also continuously accumulated. Comment information comes from different users, which represent a wide variety of different origins, different perspectives, or different degrees of understanding. This may make not all of the comment information helpful to the current page user, e.g., some of the comment information may not be understood by the current page user or may not be suitable for viewing by the current page user. If all comment information is visible to the user, the user will view a large amount of comment information that is meaningless to himself. That is, in the related art, comment information presented to a user contains information that is not helpful to the user. Therefore, the comment information is displayed, so that the effect of assisting the user in browsing the page content is reduced, the understanding of the user on the page content is easily influenced, and the adverse effect is caused.
Further, in the prior art, for a user browsing comment information, first, if comment information browsed by the user is not specific to the content of a page currently browsed by the user, the comment information is basically not helpful to the user; secondly, because the content of the comment information corresponds to the viewpoint direction and the understanding depth of the comment publisher aiming at the page content, only users with the viewpoint direction and the understanding depth consistent with or close to the comment information to a certain extent can understand and approve the comment information, and the comment information can be utilized to assist the users to browse the page content; if the viewpoint direction and understanding depth of the user are deviated from those of the comment information, the situation that the user does not understand or does not understand the comment information at all is likely to occur, so that the user cannot be helped to browse the page content, and the understanding of the user on the page content is affected. For example, a person skilled in the art who is skilled in the art may make a comment for a technical article (on a network), and the comment information may have a great reference value to other persons skilled in the art; however, it is highly likely that the beginners of the knowledge in the art cannot understand the above-mentioned comment information at all.
The following describes in detail the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present specification with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a first embodiment of the present specification provides a comment information display method. In this embodiment, by identifying the access stage of the current user, it is confirmed what comment information it is suitable for reading, and further comment information suitable for browsing is displayed to the user more accurately and more pertinently. In this embodiment, an access stage corresponding to comment information is determined, where the access stage refers to an access state of a user (in this specification, an internet account may be used as a representative of the user on a network, and the user may be distinguished by using the internet account). Therefore, according to the access stage corresponding to the single comment information, what user is suitable for reading the comment information can be determined, so that the comment information is displayed to the user suitable for reading the comment information, and the pertinence and the accuracy of comment information display are improved.
The comment information display method in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s101: judging the access stage corresponding to the comment information;
in general, comment information is corresponding to a page or page content, and comment information existing in a certain page may be referred to as comment information corresponding to or for the page, and comment information for a certain page content may be referred to as comment information corresponding to the page content, for example, comment information corresponding to an article.
In this embodiment, the judging the access phase corresponding to the comment information may include:
s1011: extracting sample comment information from the existing comment information;
s1013: judging an access stage corresponding to the sample comment information;
s1015: training a model by using the sample comment information and the access stage corresponding to the sample comment information;
s1017, identifying the access stage corresponding to the comment information by using the model.
In particular, the model may be a text classification model, including but not limited to LSTM, CNN, BERT.
In this embodiment, the access stage corresponding to the comment information may also be determined according to the content of the comment information, for example, text processing is performed on the content of the comment information, and the access stage corresponding to the comment information is determined according to the processed text. The present embodiment is not limited to the text processing method.
In some page content presentation scenes (e.g., video play application scenes) having a time stream attribute (page content is sequentially played/presented in a time stream mode), comment information posted by a user also has a time stream attribute corresponding to the time stream attribute of the page content. When the user accesses the page content with the time stream attribute, the corresponding comment information can be displayed to the user according to the time stream of the page content. For example, in a video playing application scenario, page content (video content) is played according to a time stream attribute (playing time stream) of the video itself, and a distribution time node when comment information is generated may correspond to a playing time node when the video is played. In general, comment information posted by a user at a certain point in time of a video is directed to video content of the video at that point in time. Thus, when the user views a certain playing time of the video, comment information released by other users at the playing time of the video can be displayed to the user, for example, the comment information is displayed in a barrage mode. The barrage is an information display mode with high user acceptance, and can effectively improve the participation of users and improve the user interaction experience. Barrages are generally used more frequently in video websites. The user can comment in each time point of video playing, after the barrage is opened, the same video is played, and when a certain time point of the video is reached, comments which are issued by other users aiming at the time point of the video can be seen. There are also pages or page content that do not have a time-stream attribute. Such as a fund presentation page, which does not feature sequential play/presentation in a particular time-stream mode.
In some cases, the time stream of comment information may not be consistent with the time stream of the corresponding page or page content, or the page or page content has a time stream attribute, but the corresponding comment information has no time stream attribute.
In many application scenarios, even if a certain page content has a time stream attribute, the content of comment information for the page content does not necessarily correspond to the time stream attribute of the page content. For example, in comment information for a video, a time stream attribute of the comment information (a video playing time node where the comment information is posted) is an initial video playing (such as a first minute of the video), but a content of the comment information is an ending content of the video (such as a last minute of the video). If the comment information is presented according to the time stream attribute of the comment information, the comment information should be presented at the beginning of playing the video, which inevitably presents the end-of-video content to the user, thereby affecting the viewing experience of the user.
In this embodiment, whether the comment information has a time stream attribute or not, an access stage corresponding to the comment information may be determined; whether the page content aimed by the comment information has a time flow attribute or not, the access stage corresponding to the comment information can be determined; the comment information aimed at by the embodiment may be comment information whose information content is inconsistent with the "time flow of the page content aimed at by it"; the comment information that the own time flow is inconsistent with the time flow of the page content aimed by the own time flow can also be used.
S103: judging the access stage of the user;
in this embodiment, the access stage of the user may be determined by 1.1 and/or 1.2 and/or 1.3 (the embodiment is not limited to 1.1 and/or 1.2 and/or 1.3):
1.1, judging the access stage of the user according to the access record of the user
For example, depending on whether the user accesses a page (i.e., a target page) one or more times, the stage of access of the user to the page content may be determined. For example, for the page, if the user accesses the page for the first time, it may be determined that the user is a beginner for the page; if the user accesses for multiple times, the user can be judged to be a more senior person for the page, which can all belong to the category of the access stage.
In this embodiment, the access stage of the user to the target page may be determined according to the access record of the user to the target page, and the access stage of the user to the target page may be determined in combination with or separately according to the access record of the user to the similar page of the target page. The classification mode of the pages is not limited in this embodiment.
1.2, judging the access stage of the user according to the access time of the user
The stage of user access to the target page may be determined based on the user's access time to the target page and/or the target page's homogeneous pages (e.g., cumulative access time or single access time). For example, for a target page, if the accumulated access time of the user is shorter or the longest access time of a single time is shorter, it can be determined that the user is a beginner for the page; if the accumulated access time of the user is longer or the single longest access time is longer, the user can be judged to be a more senior person for the page, and the method can belong to the category of the access stage.
1.3, judging the access stage of the user according to the user description information of the user
In some application scenarios, user descriptive information may be obtained, such as from a profile block of a user's internet account, including but not limited to the user's profession, work experience, etc., from which the user's access phase may be determined. For example, the personal data of the user internet account contains information such as computer profession, ten years of work experience and the like, so that the user can be determined to be a relatively deep person in the related technical field, and the information can belong to the category of the access stage; for another example, if the page content is a commodity (for example, a fund product), and the acquired description information of a certain user records that the user has purchased the commodity, then it can be determined that the user has a certain knowledge about the current page content, which can all belong to the category of the access stage; otherwise, if the obtained description information of a certain user does not record that the user purchases the commodity, the user can be determined that the user does not know the content of the current page deeply, and the information can belong to the category of the access stage. The access phase of the user may be different for different pages. For example, a user frequently accesses pages of a computer knowledge class and rarely accesses pages of a medical knowledge class, then the user's access phase may be different for a target page of a computer knowledge class and a target page of a medical knowledge class.
S105: and displaying comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user.
After the access stage corresponding to the comment information and the access stage of the user are determined, the comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user can be determined and displayed. For any user, when the user accesses a certain page or a certain content, determining the access stage of comment information of the page or the content and the access stage of the user can determine comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user and display comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user. In this embodiment, the access phase may be represented by a first access phase, a second access phase, … …, or other representation. For any user, when the user accesses a page or a content, assuming the user is a second stage, comment information for the page or the content for the corresponding second stage may be presented to the user.
In many application scenarios, even if a certain page content has a time stream attribute, comment information for the page content does not necessarily correspond to the time stream attribute of the page content. For example, the time stream attribute of certain comment information for a certain video is the video playing initiation, and the content of the comment information is the ending content of the video. According to the embodiment, the access stage of the comment information can be determined to be a video ending stage (for example, the access stage of the comment information can be determined according to the content of the comment information), namely, the time node pointed by the comment information is determined, and when a user views the video ending, the access stage of the user is the video ending stage, so that the comment information can be displayed to the user. For example, when watching the 10 th minute content of a certain video, the user sends a bullet screen, and talks about the 5 th minute scenario of the video, through this embodiment, the corresponding access stage of the bullet screen can be determined to be the 5 th minute, so that the bullet screen can be played at the 5 th minute of the video, and thus, other users can see the bullet screen when watching the 5 th minute of the video.
In this embodiment, after the comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user is determined, the comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user may be displayed in a bullet screen form. In addition, comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user can be displayed at the bottom of the page
Considering that the situation that the user browses the same page for a plurality of times exists, if the comment information of some comment information is displayed to the user each time, the comment information is difficult to bring greater benefit to the user, and some comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user is easy to be never displayed. In this embodiment, the displaying situation of the comment information may be marked, and when a certain user accesses any page, if the user accesses the page for the first time, the comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user is displayed; if the user does not access the page for the first time, comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user and not previously shown to the user can be shown to the user.
In this embodiment, for the comment information corresponding to the determined access stage of the user, the display priority of the comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user may be determined, for example, the display priority of the comment information may be determined according to the account level of the comment information publisher;
and displaying comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user according to the display priority. .
As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, comment information display conditions may be set, and after the comment information display conditions are triggered, that is, after the comment information display is triggered, the contents of S101 to S105 are executed, so that only when the comment information display is required, the access phase corresponding to the comment information and the access phase of the user are judged, and the comment information to be displayed is determined, so that the data storage and processing pressure can be effectively reduced, the data processing resources are reasonably allocated, and the waste of the data processing resources is avoided. In addition, the access stage corresponding to the comment information and the access stage of the user are determined only when the comment information is required to be displayed, and the comment information required to be displayed is determined, so that new comment information in the comment information required to be displayed is displayed in front, and the timeliness of comment information display is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, comment information display conditions may be set, and before the comment information display conditions are triggered, that is, before the comment information is displayed and triggered, an access stage corresponding to comment information and an access stage of a user are determined; after comment information display triggering, comment information corresponding to a user access stage is determined and displayed, so that data processing pressure can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, comment information display conditions may be set, and before the comment information display conditions are triggered, that is, before the comment information is displayed and triggered, an access stage corresponding to the comment information is first determined; after the comment information display is triggered, the access stage of the user is judged, and the comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user is determined and displayed, so that the data processing pressure can be reduced.
In this embodiment, comment interaction may also be performed. Specifically, an information input inlet for the displayed comment information can be further provided when the comment information is displayed, and the user can perform interactive operations such as comment or reply on the displayed comment information through the inlet. For example, if comment information is displayed in a bullet screen form, the user may perform the interactive operation on the clicked bullet screen by clicking the bullet screen. The interactive operation may be pushed to a publisher of comment information for which the interactive operation is directed in a message or the like. .
The present embodiment may be applied to a fund-related scenario (not limited to a fund-related scenario), including but not limited to browsing, buying and selling pages of a fund, and the pages in the present embodiment may be fund pages. Thus, the access phase may include pre-purchase, hand-in, hand-off, etc., i.e., the user's review information (about the fund) may be mapped to the pre-purchase, hand-in, hand-off, etc. access phase. According to the fund operation and/or the asset and/or the page access record and/or the page access time and/or the user description information and other data of the user, the access stage of the user can be determined, including the access stage of pre-purchase, warehouse holding, warehouse clearing and the like, so that comment information corresponding to the access stage of the user can be determined and displayed. For example, before purchasing, the access stage of the user can display comment information before purchasing to the user, and the comment information can be displayed to the user in a bullet screen mode in a flowing mode to assist the user in judging whether to purchase funds or perform other operations. Other user phases are similarly available.

The foregoing describes certain embodiments of the present disclosure, other embodiments being within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims can be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. Furthermore, the processes depicted in the accompanying drawings do not necessarily have to be in the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing are also possible or may be advantageous.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and identical and similar parts of each embodiment are all referred to each other, and each embodiment mainly describes differences from other embodiments. In particular, for apparatus, devices, non-transitory computer readable storage medium embodiments, the description is relatively simple, as it is substantially similar to method embodiments, with reference to portions of the description of method embodiments being relevant.
The apparatus, the device, the nonvolatile computer readable storage medium and the method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure correspond to each other, and therefore, the apparatus, the device, and the nonvolatile computer storage medium also have similar advantageous technical effects as those of the corresponding method, and since the advantageous technical effects of the method have been described in detail above, the advantageous technical effects of the corresponding apparatus, device, and nonvolatile computer storage medium are not described herein again.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD) (e.g., field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the programming of the device by a user. A designer programs to "integrate" a digital system onto a PLD without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Moreover, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing integrated circuit chips, such programming is mostly implemented by using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, and the original code before the compiling is also written in a specific programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), but HDL is not only one, but a plurality of kinds, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (Altera Hardware DescrIP address extension), confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware DescrIP address extension), lava, lola, myHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware DescrIP address extension), etc., VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware DescrIP address extension) and Verilog) are most commonly used at present. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchIP address PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include volatile memory in a computer-readable medium, random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of computer-readable media.
Computer readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of storage media for a computer include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium, which can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. Computer-readable media, as defined herein, does not include transitory computer-readable media (transmission media), such as modulated data signals and carrier waves.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article or apparatus that comprises the element.
The description may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The specification may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and identical and similar parts of each embodiment are all referred to each other, and each embodiment mainly describes differences from other embodiments.
