The second connecting piece 406 is fixedly sleeved on the second side band 404b, the length direction of the dovetail block 406a is the same as that of the cleaning piece 405, the cleaning piece 405 and the second connecting piece 406 which are connected in a matched mode through the dovetail block 406a and the dovetail groove 405a can ensure the connection stability between the cleaning piece 405 and the second connecting piece 406, the second side band 404b can pull the second connecting piece 406 and the cleaning piece 405 to move along the telescopic direction of the waterproof piece 200, the cleaning piece 405 and the second connecting piece 406 can be detachably connected, and the cleaning piece 405 can be conveniently separated from the second connecting piece 406 along the length direction of the cleaning piece 405, so that the cleaning piece 405 can be conveniently dismounted and replaced.
Further, in this embodiment, the sidewall of the test cabinet body is provided with a taking-out hole 501 corresponding to the cleaning piece 405, and the taking-out hole 501 is provided on the sidewall of the test cabinet body along the length direction of the cleaning piece 405. When the cleaning elements 405 need to be replaced, since the cleaning elements 405 and the second connecting elements 406 are detachably connected via the dovetail grooves 405a and the dovetail blocks 406a, the cleaning elements 405 can be directly extracted from the inside of the tester body 101 at the extraction hole 501, so that the new cleaning elements 405 can be replaced.
More specifically, the shape of the take-out hole 501 is rectangular, and the area of the take-out hole 501 is slightly larger than the cross-sectional area of the cleaning member 405 in the expansion and contraction direction of the waterproof member 200; in addition, when the bottom of the cleaning piece 405 is inserted with a sponge pad, the sponge pad can be only pulled out to be replaced with a new sponge pad.
Further, in the present embodiment, a shutter 502 is slidably mounted on the taking-out hole 501. When the cleaning piece 405 does not need to be replaced, the sliding shielding plate 502 can cover the taking-out hole 501, so that rainwater and dust are prevented from entering the test cabinet body from the taking-out hole 501; when the cleaning piece 405 needs to be replaced, the shielding plate 502 can be slid to enable the shielding plate 502 to cover the taking-out hole 501, so that the cleaning piece 405 can be taken out from the test cabinet body at the taking-out hole 501, and the cleaning piece 405 can be replaced normally.
More specifically, the shielding plate 502 is further provided with an operating handle 503 to facilitate the operator to slide the shielding plate 502; the periphery wall of shielding plate 502 is connected and is equipped with the round rubber pad, and the rubber pad be provided with and do benefit to the gap of sealed shielding plate 502 and extraction hole 501, reduces the inside that moisture flowed into tester body 101 from extraction hole 501, but also can have waterproof coating in the periphery coating of rubber pad, and waterproof coating's material is mainly polyurethane, and polyurethane has good waterproof ability, is favorable to further sealing the gap between extraction hole 501 and the shielding plate 502.

Claims (10)

1. A waterproof tester is characterized by comprising a tester body, a waterproof piece and a control mechanism;
the tester body is provided with a control panel and a placing groove, and the placing groove is arranged on the periphery of the control panel;
the waterproof piece is telescopically arranged on the tester body through the placing groove;
the control mechanism comprises a fixing piece and an expansion piece, and the fixing piece is connected with the tester body;
the first end of extensible member with mounting sliding connection, the second end of extensible member with waterproof piece is connected.
2. The waterproof tester according to claim 1, wherein the waterproof member has a cross-sectional area in particular of an inverted U-shape, an inverted V-shape or a gate-shape, the opening of the waterproof member facing downwards.

The waterproof type tester of claim 2 wherein the waterproof member comprises a front frame, a waterproof frame, and a rear frame; the first end of the waterproof frame is connected with the front frame, and the second end of the waterproof frame is connected with the rear frame; the front frame is matched with the placing groove.
4. The waterproof type tester according to claim 1, further comprising a cleaning member, a bottom portion of which is in abutting contact with the waterproof member.
5. The waterproof tester according to claim 4, further comprising a linkage mechanism including a first guide wheel, a second guide wheel and a transmission member, said first guide wheel being connected to said second guide wheel via said transmission member;
the transmission part comprises a first side band and a second side band which are connected end to end, and the first side band and the second side band are respectively positioned on two sides of the first guide wheel;
the telescopic direction of the waterproof piece is the same as the movement direction of the first side belt, and the waterproof piece is connected with the first side belt;
the cleaning member is connected to the second webbing.
6. The waterproof tester according to claim 5, further comprising a rotating rod eccentrically connected to the first guide wheel or the second guide wheel;
the test cabinet is characterized in that an arc-shaped groove is formed in the test cabinet body, and the first guide wheel or the second guide wheel drives the rotating rod to move in the arc-shaped groove.
7. The waterproof tester according to claim 6, wherein the rotating rod is provided with a sealing member matching the arc-shaped groove.
8. The waterproof tester of claim 5 wherein the cleaning member is connected to the second webbing by a second connector;
the second connecting piece is provided with a dovetail block, and the cleaning piece is provided with a dovetail groove matched with the dovetail block.
9. The waterproof tester according to claim 4 or 8, wherein the side wall of the test cabinet body is provided with a take-out hole corresponding to the cleaning member.
10. The waterproof tester as claimed in claim 9, wherein a shutter is slidably mounted to the extraction aperture.
