Background

The leakage detection requirement and the maximum allowable leakage amount can be clear on the drawing of each volute product, and the leakage value of some products is only 5 ml/min. In normal production, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the leakage detection system, leakage qualified samples and leakage unqualified samples are also manufactured for daily point inspection. The unqualified sample piece means that the leakage rate in unit time exceeds the maximum allowable leakage rate under the set pressure, and the leak detector gives an alarm at the moment. Only the failure sample piece requiring the overproof alarm is easy to manufacture; however, the customer requires that NG samples also display values to assess the effectiveness of the product's measurement system. The new requirement for detecting the failure mode of the product belongs to a new technology in the same industry.

(1) selecting a volute with a qualified leakage value as a sample piece;
(2) customizing a non-standard gauge block according to the leakage value requirement of a workpiece drawing, wherein the sum of the leakage amount of the non-standard gauge block and the leakage amount of a sample piece is greater than the leakage value required by the drawing;
(3) during actual use, according to different types of the leak hunting machine, the non-scalar block is inserted into the specified position of the leak hunting machine and then leaks with the sample piece together to obtain a total leakage value, or the non-scalar block and the sample piece are connected through an air pipe and an external thread and then leak hunting is carried out to obtain the total leakage value.
Further, the sum of the leakage amount of the non-standard block and the leakage amount of the sample in the step (2) does not exceed the maximum measurement range of the leak detector.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the reliability evaluation of a product leakage detection system is realized by a limit leakage value measuring method consisting of a leakage detector, a sample piece and a non-standard block, and convincing basis is provided for effectively ensuring the product quality; the method can be popularized and applied to the manufacturing and the determination of all non-assembled shell NG leakage value limit samples.

Example one
A manufacturing method of a volute leakage failure sample piece comprises the following steps:
(1) the maximum allowable leakage value of the volute is 5ml/min (required by a workpiece drawing), and a volute with the leakage value of 2ml/min is selected as a sample;
(2) customizing a non-standard gauge block with a leakage value of 3.3 ml/min according to the requirements of a workpiece drawing;
(3) and inserting the non-scalar block into the specified position of the side leakage instrument, and then carrying out leakage detection together with the sample piece to obtain that the total leakage value is about 5.3ml/min (due to the existence of errors, the average value is obtained by multiple measurements), the total leakage value exceeds the requirement of the drawing of 5ml/min, and the leakage detector can normally display the total leakage value.
Example two
(1) The maximum allowable leakage value of the volute is 5ml/min (required by a workpiece drawing), and a volute with a leakage value of 4ml/min is selected as a sample;
(2) customizing a non-standard gauge block with a leakage value of 2.1 ml/min according to the requirements of a workpiece drawing;
(3) and connecting the non-scalar block and the sample piece in series through an air pipe and an external thread, and overlapping the leakage values of the non-scalar block and the sample piece to obtain the leakage value which is about 6.1ml/min and exceeds the requirement of the drawing of 5ml/min, wherein the leakage value can be normally displayed by a leakage detector.
According to the invention, the leakage value is obtained by superposing the leakage values of the non-scalar block and the sample piece, the numerical value is controllable, and the leakage value can be displayed on a leakage detector; compared with a standard leak hole, the non-scalar block has the advantages that the leak value can be flexibly adjusted according to the sample, the drawing requirements and the leak detector, and the method can be applied to the manufacturing and the determination of the NG leak value limit samples of all non-assembled shells.

1. A manufacturing method of a volute leakage failure sample piece is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) selecting a volute with a qualified leakage value as a sample piece;
(2) customizing a non-standard gauge block according to the leakage value requirement of a workpiece drawing, wherein the sum of the leakage amount of the non-standard gauge block and the leakage amount of a sample piece is greater than the leakage value required by the drawing;
(3) during actual use, according to different types of the leak hunting machine, the non-scalar block is inserted into the specified position of the leak hunting machine and then leaks with the sample piece together to obtain a total leakage value, or the non-scalar block and the sample piece are connected through an air pipe and an external thread and then leak hunting is carried out to obtain the total leakage value.
